The "Re-Wilding" of New Orleans is apparently on schedule, as the real news continues to filter through the official Mass Media which is beginning to spin the lie that matters are improving in New Orleans and that people are starting to move back into the shattered city.

We have felt from the beginning of the disaster in New Orleans that, if the city was going to eventually be declared a "Re-Wilding" zone, we would begin to hear stories as to how "poisoned" the city was, to be followed by stories as to how poisoned the soil itself had become. Some of those stories have begun to appear already.

As you will note with this first news article, the American expert quoted is charging Federal and state officials with a "cover-up" as they try to keep the full news from the American public.

NEWS BRIEF: "Cover-up: toxic waters 'will make New Orleans unsafe for a decade' ", By Geoffrey Lean, Environment Correspondent, The Independent, UK, Online, 11 September 2005

"Toxic chemicals in the New Orleans flood waters will make the city unsafe for full human habitation for a decade, a US government official has told The Independent on Sunday. And, he added, the Bush administration is covering up the danger."

This is a very serious charge, but one which I have expected. The scenes of horror are so strong, that unless a mass media campaign gets underway to hide what is truly happening in New Orleans, the American people are going to start screaming for President Bush's political head!

If the death toll were understood to be 50,000, Americans would demand to know why the Federal Government waited until day 5 to actually get meaningful supplies and physical relief to the city. Citizens would demand to know why FEMA turned back water trucks and gasoline re supply and why their people cut emergency communications lines!

But, if the death toll were 400, the average American citizen would be much less alarmed. Therefore, we believe a mass media campaign has already begun, spinning this disaster into being a whole lot less than it really is. We have already seen stories that rescuers are finding less bodies than they had feared; yet, the state of Louisiana is reported to have ordered 50,000 body bags from eight different manufacturers!

Therefore, expect to see and hear a lot of "positive spin" stories during the coming weeks and months. The official death toll must be kept down at all costs, as must the true nature of the devastation. Just as in the early days of the Iraqi invasion, we had to depend upon foreign sources for our news, because the official American and British versions were highly censored. Months later, as the censorship began to relax, the truth came out, and it was very close to the Cutting Edge reporting all along. We suspect this situation will be identical in New Orleans.

Now, let us return to our featured news story.

"Hugh Kaufman, an expert on toxic waste and responses to environmental disasters at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), said the way the polluted water was being pumped out was increasing the danger to health. The pollution was far worse than had been admitted, he said, because his agency was failing to take enough samples and was refusing to make public the results of those it had analysed." (Ibid.)

Did you catch that pertinent phrase? "The pollution was far worse than had been admitted".

Not only is the EPA not taking enough samples to get an accurate understanding as to how polluted the water really were, and then were compounding the problem by not making the results public. Whenever a government can shut off the flow of information, they can slowly change the perception of what is occurring. I believe that is exactly what is happening here, with the government taking two actions simultaneously.

First, they are using the "good old boy" services of Mass Media to impart the idea that things in New Orleans are not as bad they were originally thought to be.

Secondly, the government is engaged in doctoring the medical and science reports which are coming out right now.

Regarding the deliberate campaign to make sure that only good news is reported -- and/or that only news which is not as bad as had originally been thought, let us go to another article for some really important information. You are going to be shocked.

"With most of the living now evacuated, officials are focusing on the gruesome task of recovering bodies - many of them bloated, decomposed, or gnawed at by animals. The media were excluded from accompanying official search parties, and a morgue set up in the small town of St Gabriel, on the way to Baton Rouge, did not issue updated figures on its body count."

Let us repeat that pertinent information for you, so you do not miss the impact.

Several days ago, FEMA forbade the Mass Media from taking any pictures of dead bodies and now we see that reporters are not allowed to accompany search parties. Such control of information leaves the path wide open for government lies and abuse of the truth. Just a couple of days after reporters were forbidden to accompany search parties, we started to see news stories that "we are not finding as many bodies as we thought".

Be prepared for a long-term propaganda effort to persuade citizens that things in New Orleans are really a whole lot better than people originally thought. Politicians and military leaders will pose for the necessary photo-ops to convince people that the city is not badly damaged and can be rebuilt speedily.

Now, let us go back to our first Independent article for more information:

"Other US sources spelt out the extent of the danger from one of America's most polluted industrial areas, known locally as 'Cancer Alley'. The 66 chemical plants, refineries and petroleum storage depots churn out 600m lb of toxic waste each year. Other dangerous substances are in site storage tanks or at the port of New Orleans. No one knows how much pollution has escaped through damaged plants and leaking pipes into the 'toxic gumbo' now drowning the city. Mr Kaufman says no one is trying to find out." ("Cover Up": Op. Cit.)

On the day that all people were ordered out of New Orleans -- no exceptions -- we ran an article which described the sudden worry officials had when they got their first scientific sampling of the waters inundating the city. That report was very troubling to them, so they ordered the entire evacuation of the city. But, not only that, but officials warned that people should not even allow the water to splash on their skin -- indicating that this water soup was so toxic, it could even penetrate the skin and cause severe health problems.

In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, we posted quotes from health authorities telling us that the toxicity of the waters in New Orleans represented every type of toxic chemical produced by our society. Oil and gas pollutants, household chemicals, industrial chemicals, and a wide variety of other toxins. This type of pollution fits in nicely with the Mother Gaia concept, that we are so badly polluting her earth, air and waters that she is starting to take action on her own to reduce this type of stress on her "fragile ecosystem". She is sending more and more storms, with greater and greater intensity, until mankind "gets the message" and begins to change.

And, if mankind never "gets the message", Mother Gaia will send a storm -- or a series of storms -- so strong and so widespread that entire continents can die. This was the point delivered by the movie, "The Day After Tomorrow" and other movies and TV shows of similar character.

Now, let us turn to the movie, "The Day After Tomorrow' to gain some significant insights and possible application to the sudden strength of all these hurricanes in 2004-2005.

REMEMBERING KYOTO IN "DAY AFTER TOMORROW"

The unprecedented national disaster in the movie, "The Day After Tomorrow", began within a few days after the Vice President of the United States derided the Kyoto Accords. He then stated that, if the United States actually implemented the Kyoto Accords, the economy would suffer greatly. The response back from the Professor Jack Hall, climatologist played by Dennis Quaid, was simple: the damage from a Super Storm would be so devastating that the American economy would suffer far greater harm in the long run than if she just met the requirements of Kyoto, thus reiterating what radical environmentalists like Al Gore have been saying for years.

Within a few days, the global Super Storm was underway, a storm that virtually annihilated the Industrial Civilization of America, Great Britain, and Europe. At the end of the movie, the President of the United States singled out Third World countries which had come to the aid of America during her disaster, thanking them profusely; I could not help but remember that Third World countries have largely supported the Kyoto Accords while the United States has refused to consider the pact.

In fact, until recently, the United States has steadfastly refused to admit that "human activity" had anything to do with "Global Warming", the supposed culprit in producing these dramatically increasing storms. President Clinton had no trouble acknowledging the impact of human activity upon Kyoto, but President Bush initially refused to even acknowledge this theory.

One little known fact about America's involvement with the Kyoto Accord is that President Bush, Sr., was the President who initially signed the Accord! Not Liberal Bill Clinton, but "conservative" President Bush, Sr. When the Kyoto Accord was set to begin, President Clinton opted out for the United States, realizing that the Accord would shut our economy down very quickly.

However, in early June, 2002, President Bush allowed a report to the United Nations issued by his own administration to "admit" that "human activity" was responsible for "Global Warming" (Read NEWS1663 for full details). Remember, Global Warming is named as the culprit behind these ever more devastating and increasingly weird weather throughout the whole world.

But, even though President Bush, Jr., is now on record for admitting that radical environmentalists like Al Gore were right about Global Warming, he has refused to take America into an implementation of the Kyoto Accords -- for the exact reason the American V.P. noted in the movie -- the Accords would destroy the American economy. (NOTE: The Illuminati desperately wants to destroy our Industrial Civilization, for the reasons we explain in NEWS1693).

Therefore, let us reiterate the sequence of events in the movie, "The Day After Tomorrow" are worth summarizing:

1. Climatologists throughout the world note that weird weather is occurring in many part of the world -- snow in areas which normally do not get snow, famine in areas usually noted for abundant rainfall, etc. Los Angeles was hit with many powerful tornadoes, a part of the country which normally does not get any tornadoes!

2. Leading climatologists meet in New Delhi, India, to address why these climatic changes are occurring.

3. V.P. of the United States derides Kyoto to the leading climatologist of the day, played by Dennis Quaid. The climatologist linked the Kyoto Accords to these unnatural storms and weather patterns.

4. On the very next day, scientists note disturbingly weird cooling temperatures in the North Sea, but do not know what to make of it. Surface ocean temperatures suddenly dropped 13 degrees.

5. Scientists noted three "super-cells" in the northern regions of the world -- hurricanes forming over land -- but hurricanes nevertheless! Within 72 hours, these three hurricanes joined together to form one massive "Super Storm".

6. Shortly thereafter, a 40-foot wall of ocean water buried New York City, ruining that city completely and causing massive loss of life.

7. Within hours, a massive cold front colder than anything man has ever seen descends upon the United States, killing our Industrial Civilization and causing extreme numbers of deaths.

With this in mind, let us examine some very interesting developments which seem to be running according to the script in this movie.

1. Climatologists throughout the world have been taking note in the past several years that weird weather is occurring in many part of the world -- snow in areas which normally do not get snow, famine in areas usually noted for abundant rainfall, etc. During much of last year, we even posted a "Weird Weather" section in our Daily News Updates.

2. President Bush still pointedly refuses to lead America into the Kyoto Accords.

3. A leading politician in Great Britain -- Deputy Prime Minister Prescott -- linked the Kyoto Accords to Hurricane Katrina, saying that such powerful storms are being caused by "Global Warming", but the Bush Administration is refusing to acknowledge the fact and is most definitely refusing to ratify the Kyoto Accords. Let us review that story.

"DEPUTY Prime Minister John Prescott was last night accused of opportunism after he linked the hurricane disaster in New Orleans with America's record on climate change. Prescott's controversial outburst came on the eve of Tony Blair's trip to New York ... Prescott, speaking in Berlin, said he believed global warming was to blame for rising sea levels and increased storm activity. He drew a parallel between the US city devastated by Hurricane Katrina and the island states which scientists believe are under threat unless the process is halted."

"Prescott criticised the US for failing to sign up to the Kyoto Protocol, which aims to reverse global warming by reducing emissions of greenhouse gases ... President Bush has been reluctant to accept that human activity is to blame for global warming, but some commentators have suggested that Katrina is an example of storms which will become more common as the world heats up. Prescott stressed his 'compassion' for the US, but said Bush's administration was 'wrong' not to join Britain and many other leading industrial nations in supporting Kyoto. And he hailed the example of US city mayors who have ignored their own federal government's opposition to Kyoto and taken action locally to limit carbon emissions."

This verbal political blast against President Bush along this radically extreme environmentalist line of reasoning is shocking, because it comes from an extremely high ranking politician so closely allied with the United States on most issues. British Prime Minister Blair has been a Bush shadow for the entire time of President Bush's tenure. Therefore, one has to believe that the Deputy Prime Minister would not speak out so forcefully on such a sensitive issue, unless his remarks had been cleared beforehand by Prime Minister Blair.

Since this is the case, we may be looking at a calculated new effort by the global Illuminati to set in motion a sequence of events similar to the scenario of "The Day After Tomorrow". If that is the case, will America experience a new major "natural" disaster in our near future? The scenario of this movie was an inundation of New York City by a 40-foot wall of water. However, the disaster awaiting this country could be another devastating hurricane, or an unprecedented earthquake. In NEWS2070, we noted that, on the day before the 9/11 attacks, FEMA telegraphed the punches of the Illuminati. Let us review this story briefly here.

NEWS BRIEF: "12 lessons that S.C. can learn from Katrina", The State Newspaper, September 4, 2005

"In 2001, the Federal Emergency Management Agency ranked the most likely and deadly disasters that could befall the United States. The top three were a terrorist attack on New York, an earthquake in San Francisco and a hurricane in New Orleans. The list was announced at a conference on Sept. 10. The next day was 9/11."

This news is so incredible that we need to stop right here, so we can accurately understand what we have just been told. On September 10, 2001, FEMA accurately "predicted" three" most likely and deadly disasters that could befall the United States". These deadly disasters foretold were:

On the very next day after this FEMA prediction, the attacks of 9/11 occurred -- the Twin Towers and The Pentagon were attacked, precisely as the Illuminati Card Game predicted in 1995! Obviously, disasters #1 and #3 have already occurred. Therefore, one has to worry that an unprecedented earthquake on the West Coast -- either in Los Angeles or San Francisco -- might be next on the "hit list" of the Illuminati.

As we have noted before, New Age author, Bill Cooper, noted that an unprecedented earthquake was planned for Los Angeles, and the move "10.5" depicted just this scenario. So, will the massive coming quake occur in Los Angeles or San Francisco, or both, since both cities lie on the same end of the same geological quake faults.

Or, will a massive wall of water smash into New York City, as "The Day After Tomorrow" depicts? Remember, the Russian directed scalar wave technology can create all such weather disasters. We can only wait and see, for we may be just one or two more major natural disasters away from military rule -- even military rule by foreign troops, as we reported in mid-1999 (NEW1270).

Remember the "Mother Gaia" concept of "sustainability" underlying the entire radical environmentalist program called the Kyoto Accords. The use of the word, "sustainable" in the footnote, above, is damning evidence that all these natural disasters fit nicely into the New World Order Plan. One of the most used words in New Age literature is "sustainable". The demonic Guiding Spirits of the New Age leadership have repeatedly stated that the current Industrial Civilization is not "sustainable" and must be eliminated.

These Guiding Spirits further claim that, if mankind does not voluntarily eliminate its cherished Industrial Civilization, Mother Gaia (Earth Goddess) will begin to "cleanse" the earth herself. How will this Earth Goddess, Mother Gaia, "cleanse" the earth of the Industrial Civilization? She will cleanse the earth through natural disasters that will steadily build to such enormous levels that our Industrial Civilization will fall. Tens of millions, and perhaps hundreds of millions, of people will have to die for Mother Gaia to properly "cleanse" herself. But, once this "cleansing" is accomplished, the world will be able to live in perfect harmony with nature, because its civilization will be the kind that existed 300 years ago, and the population of the earth will have been reduced by two-thirds ["Herald of a New Age", by Ruth Montgomery].

This scenario is laid out in numerous New Age books. Isn't it convenient that Mother Gaia will have such wonderful assistance from Russian and American scientists? As I have stated before, scientists working for the Illuminati can today create the kinds of natural disasters we have been seeing lately in books, movies and TV shows. Once they do occur, radical environmentalists can claim that these storms were caused because our Industrial Civilization has placed such unbearable stress upon Mother Earth (Gaia) that she has become "out of balance". She sends these storms as a way of correcting that imbalance, and will send progressively more devastating storms until this civilization is shut down -- as was depicted in "The Day After Tomorrow".

This is our immediate future, as the world spins toward the beginning of the "Final Birth Pangs" war, earthquakes in divers places, and enough natural disaster to overthrow the present world order.

Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones?
