NEWS BRIEF: "Over objections, Virginia executes Paraguayan: High court rejects appeal of convicted killer", by David Reed, Associated Press, reported in The Sun Chronicle, Wednesday, April 15, 1998, page 5.

"JARRATT, Va. -- Despite pleas from the World Court and a warning from Secretary of State Madeleine Albright ... a Paraguayan man convicted of murder was executed in Virginia. Angel Francisco Breard, 32, condemned for the 1992 slaying and attempted rape of an Arlington woman was executed by injection Tuesday night. The deed sparked anger in his homeland."

" 'Breard's guilt is not in doubt, but the United States acted in an overbearing way in its lack of respect for an international treaty', said Miriam Delgado, a government employee. 'From now on, any court can do what it likes with a foreign citizen because a world leader has given this terrible example.' "

"The World Court, a United Nations tribunal, asked last week that the execution be blocked ... On Monday, Albright asked Gov. Jim Gilmore to stay the execution ... She said the execution could give the impression that the United States 'does not take seriously its obligations under the Convention.' "

"But Gilmore said his duty is to protect Virginians and that delaying the execution would transfer responsibility from American courts to the international court."

We all need to profusely thank Virginia Governor, Jim Gilmore for having his head on right! Gilmore seems to be of the Old School, which recognized National Sovereignty as the only true type of government which would protect the lives and welfare of its particular citizens.

Remember these facts about individual governments versus a global government.

1. At the Tower of Babel [Genesis 11], the peoples of the world spoke one language, and they physically lived in one area of the world rather than spreading out to fill and to subdue the earth, as God commanded in Genesis 9:1. The people became filled with pride and rebelled against God. They decided to build a religious worship tower as the symbol of their rebellion. They had formed a One World Government, Religion, and Economy.
2. In anger, God moved against this monumental human effort. He instantly created many different languages so that men could not communicate with each other in finishing their worship tower. This sudden change in the languages spoken by the people caused the construction of the tower to immediately cease. Further, the people who could understand each other coalesced into groups and began to move away from the groups who spoke a different language. This was the genesis of nations.
3. God made it quite clear that His plan in this age was for many nations to exist, none of which would ever gain global control. (Daniel 2:21)
4. Satan's plan of rebellion has always envisioned bringing all nations back under a single global control. The Bible states repeatedly that, for a very short time, at the End of the Age, God will allow Satan to bring the world back under a one-man, global government. This single ruler will be Antichrist, aided by the False Prophet.
5. The very fact that all the functions of society (Government, Economy, Religion) are rapidly going global to an unprecedented degree, is reason enough to know that we are at the End of the Age.
6. We should know that any attempt to promote this globalization of Government, Economy, and Religion is a work of Satan, not God.

Therefore, when Secretary of State Albright urges Virginia Governor Gilmore to obey the ruling of the World Court, she is advocating the godless viewpoint.

Until World War II, people seemed to understand that their best protection against hostile neighbors was a solid sovereign nation that looked out carefully and vigilantly for their best interests. Jews learned this lesson the hard way, following the Nazi Holocaust. They realized that the best defense against aggression against the Jews was to have their own sovereign nation, backed by the most powerful military they could muster. This realization gave great impetus to the national rebirth of Israel in 1948, and has served to keep the Jews energetic in their defense of national sovereignty.

Americans have traditionally been strong advocates of a powerful, sovereign nation. Led by our first President, George Washington, our Founding Fathers built the kind of nation that would protect the freedoms of individual citizens while simultaneously possessing the strength necessary to defend us against foreign enemies. Indeed, all Globalist American leaders have chafed at the strength and durability of the American sovereign ideal.

Utilizing the precepts of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, our Globalist leaders have steadily conditioned the American electorate to the concept that we need the United Nations to possess power over every nation on earth, including the United States. Let us quickly review the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan to see how it is being used in this battle to end American sovereignty, with the blessing of the people. Remember, this Plan is used to change deeply held values without the people being aware that their values and/or attitudes have changed. This kind of change is subtle, over a long period of time, and works invisibly.

Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.

The first step in understanding how this Plan is being used to condition us to accept United Nations sovereignty, you need to understand that this very concept is a shocking, offensive concept! For two centuries, Americans have been ingrained with the very concept of national sovereignty. We have accepted national sovereignty as readily as we accept the air we breathe. Therefore, many Americans are heartily offended whenever this subject is brought up directly.

However, we are less shocked by an indirect approach on the part of our national leaders. Secretary of State Albright certainly qualifies as a RESPECTED expert, and her high office is highly respected by most Americans. When President Bush declared, repeatedly, that he could not act on his own, but that he could only act as the United Nations had ordered, Bush was subtly changing the minds of many Americans. Bush was certainly a RESPECTED expert, and his office was respected by almost all Americans. When President Clinton has repeatedly gone to the United Nations for "advice and consent", he was furthering the precept of surrendering national sovereignty to the United Nations.

Very soon, probably after a major contrived crisis, the American people will be fully ready to accept the full power and authority of the United Nations government, especially if the supreme leader of this global government is the fully "enlightened" superman, Antichrist.

This movement toward globalization in Government, Economy, and Religion is a very, very strong sign that the End of the Age draweth nigh. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.

If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there.
