Once you understand this reality: that some countries and regions are lagging behind the rest of the world in being incorporated into the Global Economy and Government, and need to be boot-kicked into fully joining the world body, you will understand why we are now at war, and why we will keep on going to war, from the Middle East to the Korean Peninsula, to Indonesia, to Pakistan, to Cuba!
The author is a member of the U.S. Naval War College. According to Illuminist thinking, there are only two types of nations in the world today:
1. Nations who are already functioning in the new Global System or who are clearly and firmly going in that direction -- the "Functioning Core"
2. Nations who are not now functioning in the Global System and are not likely to do so in the foreseeable future, unless they are kicked into it by U.S. or European troops, or by the threat of invasion. These nations are called the "Non-Functioning Gap".
The strategy being followed by the United States and the European Union is to "shrink the gap".
With this as background, let us now examine this article thoroughly. Remember one thing: this author is working for the U.S. War College, an Illuminist Think Tank. No one is supposed to know that this Globalization effort was planned in Macrocosm 227 years ago, and in Microcosm right after World War II; therefore, this author writes this plan as a "new strategy" devised after those dastardly Muslims attacked us on 9/11. Therefore, this part of this article is sheer disinformation; however, the rest of the article is golden because it tells us exactly where the next "regime changes" are going to occur, from the Middle East to North Korea to Indonesia and beyond. While the major wars are going to be the Middle East and North Korea as we have always stated, many minor wars -- and many more threatened wars -- across the globe are planned in order to jump-start these nations into the New World Order.

"Our next war in the Gulf will mark a historic tipping point -- the moment when Washington takes real ownership of strategic security in the age of globalization." [P. 174]
Let us stop right here to digest just what this author has just told us. Using 9/11 as the excuse, President Bush is wielding America as the Super Power battering ram to knock down those nations who are really standing in the way of fully implementing the New World Order. We knew that the Y2K scare was designed to force governments all across the world -- rich and poor alike -- to upgrade their computer systems so that they can all plug into the economy of this coming Global System. However, this article identifies other, non-technical reasons why certain countries are still lagging terribly behind the rest of the world in integrating into the New World Order.
These reasons are simple but profound and so deeply entrenched that an invasion or a threat of an invasion is necessary to change the regime so that compliant, responsive leaders may be implanted within these countries. What are these non-technical factors?
1. Repressive Dictatorship run by one man
2. Repressive Religions that hold on to "Tradition" with all means, thereby resisting the new paradigm
3. Abject poverty is mentioned as a reason a country is not "connected" to the Global System, but poverty is usually the result of a repressive dictatorship that either siphons huge resources out of the economy or is so repressive he won't allow the individual freedoms necessary to produce wealth in the economy.
4. Civil Wars also keep a country from being able to join the "Functioning Core". Thus, troops from the European Union are already in the Congo to put down that Civil War and U.S. troops just might be headed to Liberia.
Thus, America is "taking real ownership" of the "strategic security" of these types of countries. We have just taken control of the "strategic security" of Iraq, have we not? And, our forces are reportedly massed on the borders of Syria and Iran, as we threaten them with the military force we deem necessary to take control of their "strategic security"!
Using America in this manner is consistent with the Illuminist Guiding Spirit principle first enunciated during the Revolutionary War and its immediate aftermath; the demonic Guiding Spirits of our Masonic and Rosicrucian Founding Fathers told them that America was to be established as the occult "New Atlantis" so that she would gradually move all nations of the world into the Satanic system known as the New World Order [Seminar 2, "America Determines The Flow of History"]. Thus, America has been instrumental in all wars of the 20th Century and is now moving into high gear to force all the rest of the countries in the world into this new system.
Let us now return to this article:
"A country's potential to warrant a U.S. military response is inversely related to its globalization connectivity." [P. 227]
On page 176, the author puts this matter in a different way: "Any time American troops show up -- be it combat, a battle group pulling up off the coast as a 'reminder', or a peacekeeping mission -- it tends to be in a place that is relatively disconnected from the world, where globalization hasn't taken root because of a repressive regime, abject poverty, or the lack of a robust legal system. It's these places that incubate global terrorism. Draw a line around these military engagements and you've got what I call the Non-Functioning Gap."
Those countries who are not now properly "connected" to the Global System economically or politically are likely to "warrant a U.S. military response", i.e., an invasion or threat of invasion, and certainly a public demand for a "regime change". These dis-connected nations are called the "Non-Functioning Gap", and in truly arrogant fashion, this author threatens to invade these countries in a rather flippant manner. Listen:
"So where do we schedule the U.S. military's next round of away games? The pattern that has emerged since the end of the cold war suggests a simple answer: in the Gap." [P. 174]
Our invasion of countries like Iraq in Gulf Wars I and II, with the resulting death and destruction of civilians and infrastructure in its wake is arrogantly written off as "away games"! Can you begin to understand how the people living in these "Non-Functioning Gap" nations hate us?
The author then lists those countries that the United States considers to be "Non-Functioning". Speaking generally, these nations fall into the following regions: the Caribbean Rim, virtually all of Africa, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East -- Israel excepted -- Southwest Asia and much of Southeast Asia. The population of these "Non-Functioning" nations is two billion people, or one-third of mankind.
Now, let us look at specific countries:
1. Haiti -- Efforts to build a nation in 1990 were disappointing. Expect more intervention and soon.
2. Colombia -- Country is broken into lawless chunks and repeated efforts to solve the problem and unify the nation have been unsuccessful
3. Former Yugoslavia -- Now you know the reason President Clinton waged war in 1999 against this region. They were not moving into the "Functioning Core"!
4. Congo and Rwanda/Burundi -- "Two to three million dead in the past decade. Congo is a carrion state -- not quite dead or alive, but everyone is feeding off it. And then there's AIDS." [P. 177]
5. Angola -- Never really solved its ongoing civil war (1.5 million dead in past quarter-century).
6. South Africa -- Only "Functioning Core" country in Africa, but is now slipping. South Africa may be a "gateway" country for lawless elements. Crime and AIDS are a concern. Mandela's Socialist policies and reverse discrimination have greatly reduced this country's functioning within the Core.
7. Israel - Palestinian State -- "Terror will not abate -- there is no generation on the West Bank that wants anything more than more violence" [P. 177]. "The only thing that will change that nasty environment and open the floodgates for change is if some external power steps in and plays Leviathan full-time." [P. 228] This author states that Iraq was the key to America playing the "Leviathan" role in Israel, stepping in to force major changes.
However, the problem with this viewpoint is that the only side we are forcing to change is Israel, while we coddle and excuse all the Palestinian terrorists from making any meaningful changes; in fact, our policies can only be called appeasement of terror, thus ensuring that the biggest blow-up imaginable is about to occur! But, then again, this is the plan!
8. Saudi Arabia -- This author takes note of the instability of the young people and of the ruling family but states that the United States will prevent this nation from really collapsing. I find it highly instructive that this Naval War College professor does not mention Saudi Arabia's nuclear arsenal sitting atop Chinese theater missiles, nor of the extremely militant Wahhabism emanating from this kingdom. The lack of taking these factors into account really will "upset the apple cart" at the moment of most turbulence -- which undoubtedly will involve Israel's war with her Arab states!
9. Iraq -- The invasion of this nation occurred after this article was written; but, today, we find ourselves more and more enmeshed in a war that did not turn out as we expected! The people hate our guts and guerilla war with the Iraqi side wielding increasingly sophisticate weapons seems to lie directly in our future. Of course, when Israel begins her war against the Palestinians, Syrians, and Egyptians, the entire Middle East is likely to blow up into the planned World War III.
10. Somalia -- "A poor man's Vietnam". [P. 177]
11. Iran -- "The counterrevolution has begun: This time the students want to throw the Mullahs out. Iran wants to be friends with the U.S., but the resurgence of fundamentalism may be the price we pay to invade Iraq. The mullahs support terror and their push for WMD is real. Does this make them the inevitable target once Iraq and North Korea are settled?" [P. 177-9]
This author has no conception of the role Bible prophecy is going to play in this whole scenario. We find it difficult to believe that the U.S. will really be able to overthrow this Fundamentalist, Israel-hating government, to replace it with a pro-West, Liberal, pro-Israel government. You see, Iran (Persia) is listed as one of the nations accompanying the Russian-led invasion of Israel in Ezekiel 38-39. Thus, Iran now has exactly the kind of Israel-hating regime she needs to have to march against Russia. Prophecy might prevent our conquest of Iran.
12. Afghanistan -- After noting the extreme lawlessness inherent in this country, this author notes that the U.S. is "stuck there for long haul". As we have previously noted [NEWS1794], Iran planned a counter-strategy to defeat the United States in our plan of intervention in the Middle East. This Iranian plan was called "Lighting Many Fires", and featured a greatly increased war in Afghanistan after the United States was properly bogged down in Iraq! Have you noticed increased levels of fighting in Afghanistan in the past few weeks? Just as Saddam returns to Iraq, the war in Afghanistan is beginning to ratchet upward.
13. Pakistan -- "There is always the danger of their having the (nuclear) bomb and using it out of weakness in conflict with India ... Out of fear that Pakistan may fall to radical Muslims, we end up backing hard-line military types we don't really trust ... Pakistan doesn't seem to control much of its territory." [P. 179]
Pakistan is clearly being ravaged by radical Muslim extremists, a group fully in sync with the militants controlling the Pakistani Intelligence Service and with many high-ranking military officers. If these militants overthrow this pro-West government, the entire Middle East might very well light up in a full-scale nuclear exchange.
14. North Korea -- "After Iraq, may be next". North Korea certainly is behaving like she is the "next" regime to be invaded. However, since the U.S. performance was disappointing during the first two weeks of battle in Iraq, the Russian Intelligence service concluded that the U.S. could not defeat North Korea without resorting to nuclear weapons ("Progress Of War Shows US Cannot Defeat North Korea Without Nuclear Weapons!", Russian Intel, April 3, 2003]
What is the New World Order battle plan for North Korea?
"A hair-raising confrontation in Korea may ... threaten man's very survival." ["The Armageddon Script", p. 223]
15. Indonesia -- "Usual fears about the country breaking up, as well as containing the 'world's largest Muslim population'." [P. 179] If you have been reading our Daily News Updates, you will know that, for reasons unknown, Indonesia launched a powerful military campaign against militant terrorists in the Aceh region on May 19 ["23 Killed in Indonesia's Aceh Province", Newsday, carried in May 23, Daily News Updates].
Now you know why Indonesia invaded Aceh Province! The government was trying to bring Indonesia into the "Functioning Core" of states!
16. India -- "... there is always the danger of nuking it out with Pakistan ... Kashmir pulls them into conflict with Pakistan and that involves the U.S. in a way now it never did before, due to the war on terror." [Ibid.] What this author does not realize is that the Kashmir conflict that threatens to send India and Pakistan into nuclear war -- with China sitting on the border ready to back Pakistan -- has dramatic prophetic implications! As we detail in NEWS1602, China's all-weather road that will allow her to move her army to the Middle East, across the dried-up River Euphrates in fulfillment of Revelation 16:12, runs right through the Pakistani section of Kashmir!! India knows this road is built and she knows why China devoted such time and expense to build it; India feels very threatened by the close proximity of this road to her borders and is trying mightily to seize control of the Kashmir section of that road, a section she must wrest from Pakistan by force.
This is the REAL reason the India - Pakistan conflict is so very important.
These are the states deemed to comprise the "Non-Functioning Gap". The United States clearly hopes that, by making an example of some of the earlier targeted states, the other states will fall quickly once a public threat is made against them. The President of Liberia wasted no time declaring that he would voluntarily step down once America peacekeepers had arrived in his country. However, the dictator of Zimbabwe told Bush to stop "meddling" in his inner affairs; Zimbabwe may have to be invaded -- for humanitarian reasons of course -- for this dictator to be removed.
The danger -- the plan -- is that this tightly constructed scenario of the United States will suddenly go wrong at the worst possible time, sending the world into a free-fall caused by a World War III. We know the Illuminati has been planning a World War III since January 22, 1870 [NEWS1056], so this "new" Pentagon strategy, on the surface, seems doomed to fail and to plunge the world into the final war which will produce Antichrist. Of course, during the course of this World War III, the Illuminati can destroy many of the "Non-Functioning" nations with various Weapons of Mass Destruction whom the Illuminati has decided cannot integrate into the world system fast enough. Former Satanists have told me that more people will die in this 91-day war than in all the wars in the 20th Century combined. With all the destruction and terrorist attacks planned in this global conflagration, the peoples of the world will hardly notice when certain "Non-Functioning" nations are simply destroyed. We cover this a bit more in the "Conclusion" section, below.
That is the Plan, for the Illuminati Plan is to have the rest of the world ready to "Function" within the globalist, cashless system of their Masonic Christ -- exactly the system called for in Revelation 13:16-18, as the "Mark of the Beast" system is foretold.
CONCLUSION
We can see clearly now that we know the "Pentagon's World Map"! We now realize the following facts to be true:
1. President Clinton began this effort to "shrink the gap" by his nonsensical war against Yugoslavia in March, 1999. Thus, we see the fact demonstrated anew that the Illuminati had this war and this strategy in place years before the attacks of 9/11/2001!! We thank this U.S. Naval War College professor for making this point extremely clear!
2. While the European Union publicly opposed Bush's invasion of Iraq, they are in the forefront of this invasion of selected countries in Africa! Thus we can see that this campaign to "shrink the gap" is a combined U.S. - E.U. operation. The global plan of the Great White Brotherhood goes forth, equally pushed by both Europe and America.
3. We can see that, unless a searing war erupts that stalls this plan, wars will continually unfold until the entire "Non-Functioning Gap" countries are all overthrown so they can integrate into the "Functioning Core" of the global New World Order.
4. Since Israel was identified by this author as being a "Functioning Core" state in the midst of "Non-Functioning" states, we know that the Illuminati plans to protect Israel's survival. Truly, America seems bent on fighting Israel's battles for the Jewish state!
However, this author did not mention any time frame, any deadline by which all these changes are to have occurred! We know the Illuminati is marching according to God's time table, and as we have pointed out in earlier articles, the Illumined Ones have been operating according to their own timetable since New Year's Eve, 1999.
What happens if some of these nations successfully resist this Illuminist global strategy to "Integrate" them into the world system? What happens if the hidden timetable is approaching and several nations are not cooperating? I believe the events of war foretold in Scripture and threatened in New World Order literature will occur. All-Out War
"... a very short but very deadly global war using nuclear weapons upon select population centers has been contemplated, and ... was not ruled out." ["Behold A Pale Horse", New Age author, Bill Cooper, p. 167] Has this Naval War College author identified the "select population centers" for which this nuclear war has been "contemplated"? Are these doomed nations those "Non-Functioning" states who have resisted the plan of the Illuminati too long and too successfully?
"As a means in the hands of the United Nations to enforce the outer forms of peace and thus give time for teaching on peace and the growth of goodwill to take effect, the atomic bomb ... belongs to the United Nations for use (or simply for threatened use) when aggressive action on the part of any nation rears its ugly head." ["The Externalisation of the Hierarchy", by Alice Bailey, channeling the Master D.K., p. 548]
The Illuminati plans to nuke any nation(s) who oppose the will of the Global White Brotherhood! If all nations are not in line when the hidden deadline is up, they stand at risk for annihilation.
Biblical Prophecy
"And when He broke the second seal, I heard the second living creature call out, Come! And another horse came out, flaming red. And its rider was empowered to take the peace from the earth, so that men slaughtered one another; and he was given a huge sword." [Revelation 6:3-4; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary] We are convinced that this "huge sword" by which war is waged is comprised of nuclear weapons, plagues, and possibly chemical weapons -- WMD in other words.
"And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come." [Joel 2:30-31] The "Great and Terrible Day of the Lord" begins the moment Antichrist confirms the covenant with Israel [Daniel 9:27]. Therefore, we should expect to see "blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke" in the Middle East before Antichrist arises! We have already seen a Red Moon eclipse on May 15 and a very rare Black Sun eclipse on May 31.
These are very perilous times. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
