MYSTERIOUS BIBLE PROPHECY:  Revelation 13:1, "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy."  For centuries, Bible scholars could not figure out the exact meaning of the 7 heads and 10 horns of this Beast called Antichrist, although they found much about this Scripture about which they could agree:

AGREEMENTS AMONG SCHOLARS

1)  This Scripture is a parallel to the one found in Revelation 12:3, "And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born."  In this Scripture, God shows us the battle which occurred in Heaven when Satan rebelled against God's authority [See Isaiah 14:12-14].  Satan was able to persuade one-third of God's holy angels to follow him in this rebellion.  The last portion of this verse is clearly identified as the time when Jesus Christ was born, with Satan ready to destroy Him.  However, the Dragon [Satan] which is called a "great red dragon" is pictured as having 7 heads and 10 crowns at the time of Satan's original rebellion, an event which occurred well before Jesus Christ created this universe.  Therefore, the picture of Antichrist's arising in Revelation 13:1 with seven heads and ten horns is simply a recreation of the Kingdom of Satan many eons ago, before the creation of the universe.

2)  Revelation 13:1 is a picture of the appearance of Antichrist.  Since the "sea" in the Bible almost always refers to the Gentile nations, Antichrist must be coming out of the Gentile nations of the earth.  Later, in verse 11, God foretells that the False Prophet, a counterfeit Christian, is coming out of the "land".  Since the "land" in Biblical prophecy almost always refers to Israel, we can assume that the False Prophet must be of a faith which has arisen out of Israel.  The second sentence of verse 11 depicts the False Prophet as a counterfeit Christian, i.e., "... he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon."  Of course, the "two horns like a lamb" refers to Jesus Christ, the "Lamb which taketh away the sins of the world".  But, the heart of the False Prophet is Satanic to the core ["he spake as a dragon"].

3) The Antichrist and his Kingdom is pictured as a beast having seven heads and 10 horns.  The term, "horns" most definitely referred to leaders, or kings, a political entity.  However, this political grouping of 10 horns seems to be dependent upon the seven heads for support and life.  In Daniel 2:41-44, we see the explanation of the vision earlier in the chapter.  We see that the kingdoms of the world will be divided into 10 super kingdoms in the time of the End of the Age, during the time of Antichrist.  In Daniel 7:7-8, and 23-24, we see that the Antichrist will arise after the 10 kingdoms are established. 

4)  Finally, in Revelation 17:12-17, we see that the 10 kings not only precede Antichrist, but that they join in a global conspiracy to draw all the world's political power to themselves for the express purpose of giving it to Antichrist!

Thus, Bible scholars agree that the 10 horns of this prophecy represent a reorganization of the nations of the world into 10 super nations, each one with a king.  However, they were unable to understand the significance of the 7 heads which are supporting the 10 horns.  However, developments in the past two decades have occurred which seemingly fulfills this most mysterious prophecy.

NEWS BRIEF:  "G-7 Presses Large Banks On Bailouts",  by Michale M. Phillips and Bob Davis, and Pamela Druckerman, The Wall Street Journal, November 2, 1998, page A27.

"The world's seven major economic powers are ratcheting up pressure on private banks and investors to chip in for international bailouts, including the rescue now being assembled for Brazil.  In statements Friday, the Group of Seven industrialized nations endorsed the creation of a preapproved credit line for nations in danger of being hit by investor panic ... The G-7 leaders, finance ministers and central bankers stressed that the private sector must join the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and wealthy nations in funding the plan ... 'the private sector ... needs to be appropriately involved in crisis management and resolution', the G-7 finance ministers and central bankers said."

"The G-7 includes the world's seven major industrialized nations Great Britain, Italy, Canada, the United States, France, Germany and Japan.  They began as six nations meeting at Rambouillet, France in November 1975, comprised of France, the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and Italy. Their objective, from the beginning, was to plan for a smooth transition from individual economies and countries to a global economy and a one-world government.  Many times since then, the G-7 has been referred to as the "seven most wealthy" nations on earth.  Certainly, when nations comprising over 75% of the world's total G.N.P. decide to put their economic muscle behind a particular goal, they can be assured that success is more likely than failure.

From 1994-1997, Russia joined the group in political discussions, giving rise to the term, G-8; however, the Russians did not participate in economic discussions.  In the 1998 Birmingham Summit, Russia joined the group, supposedly as a full member.  However, the original G-7 group continued to meet as a separate entity and to make all the decisions.  With Russia's failure to convert to Free Market Economics, and her subsequent default on her foreign loans, she is most definitely "out of the loop" regarding economics decisions.  Of course, the G-7 was originally founded for economic reasons!  As we stated earlier, G-7 set its goal to smoothly make the transition to the economy of the New World Order.

As we proved in Seminar 2 , "America Determines The Flow Of History", much of the impetus to achieve the Synthesis system of the New World Order was, and is, economic.  Jesus spoke more about money and the proper handling of it than any other subject, proving again that man is naturally a greedy sort.  As this world has ground toward this global system, New World Order leaders have discovered that people love their money almost as much as they love their country. Truly, Jesus was correct when He stated, "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." [Matthew 6:21].  Slowly, gradually, the G-7 consortium of the world's most wealthy nations has been silently leading the world into the Kingdom of Antichrist.  The G-7 has provided the key leadership to establishing this coming Kingdom.  Their ultimate goal is to establish the global economy and government so that Antichrist can arise to take control of it, just as the Bible prophecies foretell.

Therefore, the 7 heads of Revelation 13:1 is probably G-7 .

But, what about the 10 kings, or rulers which are prophesied to be on top of the 7 heads? Fortunately, we have already identified this phenomenon.  In NEWS1002, "NAFTA Is Fulfillment of Bible Prophecy", we demonstrated to you that the many nations of the world [170+] has been reorganized into just 10 Super Nations!  Beginning with the unification of Western Europe on December 31, 1992, and then moving on to NAFTA in 1994, and then concluding with a series of economic conferences which lasted until 1996, the world was systematically reorganized into only 10 Super Nations.  While we encourage you to read the full details in NEWS1002, we will list these 10 Super Nations for you.

REORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD INTO 10 SUPER NATIONS !

The purpose of this reorganization is specifically to smooth the transition between the many individual nations in the world today, to the global government of the Antichrist.  We go to great lengths in NEWS1002 to give you the full occult justification for selecting 10 as the number of super nations.  However, we know the reason, do we not?  The reason the Number 10 was chosen was because God had uttered a prophecy back in the time of Daniel, and Satan must fulfill it exactly.

FINAL IDENTIFICATION IS NOW POSSIBLE

Therefore, we know now the identity of the Beast of Revelation 13:1, with seven heads and ten horns.  The New World Order organization of G-7 fulfills the seven heads portion of the prophecy, while the reorganization of the nations of the world into 10 Super Nations fulfills the ten horns portion of the prophecy!

Thus, in your daily news, under your nose, God has fulfilled this most mysterious Bible prophecy!  Surely, the Time of the End of the Age, of the appearance of Antichrist, and the Rapture of God's Church, cannot be far off.
