"WASHINGTON, Oct 14, 2001 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Israeli security last month arrested a man linked to suspected terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden armed with a radiological backpack bomb, as he attempted to enter Israel from the Palestinian Territories via a border checkpoint at Ramallah, according to U.S. government officials. The arrest took place during the last week of September, according to one knowledgeable official who spoke on condition of anonymity. He declined to give the exact date of arrest. Two other sources interviewed by UPI confirmed the incident, but also declined to give further details."
"Former Pentagon terrorism expert, Peter Probst, described a radiological bomb as a device with a small explosive core that is encased in radioactive material. 'It would not kill a great many people, but it would contaminate a considerable area with radiation,' he said ... Backpack bombs have no such codes, but they were also designed for Spetznetz forces ... Probst is nevertheless convinced that radiological bombs are still a danger for New York City. "Bin Laden is fascinated by Wall Street. My fear is that he will attempt to smuggle in some 'dirty' bomb that wouldn't kill many people but would dangerously contaminate the area ..."
We have learned a very valuable lesson from the handful of Anthrax cases confirmed in this country: it does not take a huge outbreak of a substance considered dangerous by the general public to create a lot of panic amongst the population. We have seen a run on supplies of Cipro and other types of antibiotics; we have seen people stocking up on food and other materials in the case of a large-scale attack. This Sunday paper contained a large article on how to "seal" one or more rooms in a family house in case of a large-scale attack. This is panic and it has been produced by just a very few cases of Anthrax.
RADIOACTIVE CONTAMINATION OVER A LARGE AREA
Can you imagine the panic that would ensue if a terrorist detonated a backpack nuclear device in a downtown section of one of more major cities in America? Let us examine what a "dirty radiological bomb" is, so you can more easily understand the threat such a device poses to tiny Israel, and how it can threaten America.
A 'radiological bomb' is one in which the 'small explosive core' described above is really a very small nuclear device. This core causes a chain reaction so that a small nuclear charge does occur. This chain reaction not only physically blows the radioactive core outward, but it charges it and makes it more potent. This type bomb would not work if the core was a standard explosive; the core has to be a tiny nuclear charge that will set off a chain reaction.
Even though the immediate killing radius would not be more than a few hundred yards, the freshly-charged radioactive material is going to blow up in the sky. If strong winds are blowing at the time of the explosion, the radioactive material could be blown miles from the blast site. If the charge were set off on a busy downtown street, numbers of people would die; however, the real destruction would come from the radioactive material being blown into the air. Numbers of people could die, and many more could get sick and some die downwind. In war, an enemy can be more significantly damaged by having to take care of large numbers of wounded than by suffering large numbers of dead. An army is likely to quickly forget and abandon the dead, but devote precious resources to taking care of wounded. Thus, in Vietnam, both sides sought to inflict wounds that would be significant enough to both take the soldier out of the battle while activating the treatment portion of the fighting force. In this manner, precious resources are diverted from the actual battle field.
However, the real danger in this scenario is that a lot of people could panic and panic badly. Riots in the streets is a most definite possibility, which is exactly the scenario the Illuminists desire. In Israel, the Arabs have long felt that, if they can make daily life a living hell for the Jewish citizens, so many people would begin to emigrate that Israel would be weakened and perhaps even made to fall. Israel is the size of New Jersey, but has only 6 million citizens. If this type of weapon were allowed to be detonated a few times, the combined death toll, numbers of sick and possibly dying, and the sight of significant numbers of Jews leaving Israel, could doom the state. Israel must preemptively strike before the Arabs can successfully carry out this type of attack.
But, let us return to the possibility that Osama bin Laden has "dirty radiological bombs" aimed at this country. Capitalism is a mighty engine of production and prosperity but it runs on two distinctly vulnerable psychologies. First, Capitalism is very dependent upon peace and safety to operate at its peak. Secondly, Capitalism is most dependent upon consumer and investor faith in the future, especially in an economy that generates so much capital through the Stock Markets.
A "dirty radiological bomb" could severely damage both of these types of psychologies. This bomb would produce absolute panic in the financial markets, sending this troubled economy into a market free fall. Thus, the severe recession already hitting the United States and Europe would only quicken and deepen. Many companies would begin to go out of business literally overnight. The resulting large-scale job layoffs could hit the economy like a massive tsunami wave, creating even more panic.
PLANNING FOR MARTIAL LAW
Since the Illuminist plan for this country is to produce the scenario by which our authorities could impose a martial law that could eventually be used to dissolve our Constitutional form of government and take away our liberties, we believe this type of bomb would be most useful. If the public is in acute panic because of the use of this 'dirty radiological bomb', they would not object if military martial law were imposed so authorities could "successfully" deal with the disaster and prevent more occurrences.
Thus, we are highly interested in two developing situations in our country right now!
First, Governor Jeb Bush is the only governor in the whole union who has already imposed martial law!
Let us first examine the panic which has struck the good citizens of Florida.

"The escalating fear among some South Floridians about possible exposure to the lethal anthrax bacteria may be a more serious public health hazard than the infection itself, officials said Tuesday. In recent days, state public health offices have been flooded with hundreds of calls from fearful Floridians, authorities say.
'From where the disease is at this point, probably the panic is more dangerous than the actual disease', said David Roach, administrator of the Broward County Health Department.
'We are reaching a point where the fear is becoming an epidemic in itself,' said Dr. Jim James, director of the Miami-Dade Health Department. 'People are scared, and we have to come to grips with that fear'.''
In the mind of the Illuminati, great changes are forced by great crises. The exact wording is: "Conflict brings about change; Controlled conflict brings about controlled change".
Therefore, the Illuminati is famous -- or should we say infamous -- for deliberating fomenting a crisis and then stepping in with their solution. Always, this solution either gives them outright power or continues the march down the road to eventual outright power. As we demonstrated in Seminar 2, America Determines The True Flow of History, and Seminar 3, Knowing The Time of Thy Visitation , World Wars I and II were planned by the Illuminati! Further, a Third World War was also planned, out of which will stride their New Age Christ [Antichrist]. And, all these wars and rumors of wars the Illuminati has foisted upon mankind exactly fulfills Bible prophecy in Matthew 24
A corollary to this maxim is very interesting: "Fear of War is almost as good in achieving controlled change as is war itself". When people greatly fear war, they will allow the same societal and governmental changes to be made as they would allow during war itself. However, such people would never allow these type of changes to be made if events were normal. Thus, many controlled changes were made during the Cold War Era, that time of Controlled and Contrived Conflict between the Thesis Powers [Western nations] and the Antithesis Powers [Communism]. People allowed many bills to be passed that will ultimately en enforced to take away our rights, and even land more than a few dissidents in prison, under the ruse of fighting Communism. In Florida today, is Fear of Anthrax reaching the point where people will allow changes to be made in their liberties? We believe the Illuminati believes we are close to this point. Consider the further fact that Governor Jeb Bush is the only governor in the 50-State Union who has declared both Martial Law and a State of Emergency, actions he took on September 7 and 11 respectively. In other words, Jeb Bush must be clairvoyant, as he declared Martial Law and placed the Florida National Guard at the disposal of law enforcement authorities four (4) days before the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Thus, Governor Jeb Bush -- brother of the President -- declared Martial Law four full days before the September 11 attack, and he then used this attack as an excuse to declare a State of Emergency. Now, he has the power to use the National Guard as a police authority over the citizenry and to turn the entire state court system into a military tribunal.
The ultimate goal is plain for any thinking American to see.
Secondly, this next news story tells you that imposing Martial Law by the National Guard is a paramount goal.

"WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 Terrorism experts warned for years that federal, state and local governments were ill-prepared to handle a biological attack, and elaborate drills found glaring gaps in coordination, communication and command. This month, real life looked frighteningly like the practice runs ... It was just the kind of confusion that drills like "Dark Winter" a make-believe smallpox attack staged this summer by several think tanks had shown might occur.
" 'Today is a horrific reprise', said Gov. Frank Keating of Oklahoma, who played himself in the exercise, in which a million people were 'killed', public order collapsed, state and federal officials disagreed over how to handle the situation and put out information, and the National Security Council wound up discussing the need for martial law."
Did you catch the last few words? "... the need for martial law".
Consistent with the practice of the Illuminati to stage a crises so their people can rush forward with a 'solution', this scenario simply reeks with this type of odor. While we are daily hearing about Anthrax, I wonder if the real planned killer might turn out to be smallpox, and if the real planned goal is massive vaccination. The United Nations has recently warned nations throughout the world to begin preparations for a mammoth outbreak of smallpox. Consider this news story:

"Governments around the world have been warned to prepare against a terrorist smallpox attack which could kill millions. The World Health Organization has told them to ensure they can produce enough vaccine to protect their population against the disease, and is preparing to order mass precautionary vaccination of all citizens."
At this moment, we wish to warn our fellow citizens that much has been written in New Age literature about using the system of vaccinations to accomplish "depopulation" in the final stages of planned terror designed to produce the New Age Christ. Dr. Leonard Horowitz speaks of these dangers of vaccinations in his books, "AIDS and Ebola", and "Death In The Air ". While we encourage you to read these medical facts, we do warn you to beware of Dr. Horowitz's New Age religious characteristics. However, when he speaks of scientific fact, he is exceedingly credible.
Vaccinations on a massive scale might be the end goal of this scenario, as it would allow government officials to seed a certain percentage of the vaccinations with material that could kill a lot of people. Yet, if we are confronted with a disease like Smallpox that can kill tens of millions, and is running rampant, not many people would have the courage to decline the vaccination.
BIBLICAL ANCHOR TO THIS DISCUSSION
Since Tom Brokaw officially informed the world on October 11, 2001, that the world had entered the New World Order, we know we are at the very End of the Age. This occult term -- New World Order -- has a very simple, basic definition: the Kingdom of the New Age Christ [Biblical Antichrist]. Therefore, we need to be aware of certain Bible prophecies that carry great weight at this moment in world history.
Matthew 24:22 -- "And if those days had not been shortened, no human being would survive ..."Most people have the greatest difficulty believing that their elected officials might not have their best interests at heart. These same people most definitely reject the idea that their government officials might be actively planning their imprisonment and/or death. Yet, historically, government has been the greatest threat to the lives and security of the citizens of any state. Our Founding Fathers knew this historic fact so very well they created a government in which no one person could gain control to rule as dictator. Sadly, this wonderful government is the target of these planned disasters.
The fact of the matter is that Satan hates all human beings -- even those who have given themselves over to Satan worship -- because God has created all people in His image [Genesis 1:26]. Satan would like nothing better than to completely eradicate all mankind from the face of the earth, just as this prophecy of the End of the Age, Antichrist prophecy so clearly states.
If you go through God's judgments in the Book of Revelation and carefully note all the people prophesied to be killed by His judgments, you will realize that two-thirds of the population of the world will die, through war, plagues, and natural disasters. The New World Order plan foresees exactly this scenario: they plan to kill two-thirds of mankind through war, plagues, and natural disasters.
Truly, God is correct when he told His followers at the End of the Age to actively study His prophecies. Listen:
"For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end fulfillment; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait earnestly for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day." [Habakkuk 2:3; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary].
Daniel 8:25 -- "And through his policy ... he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many."
The forces and men of Antichrist will promote many false "peace" agreements that are secretly designed from the beginning to "destroy many". One has only to look at the Middle East at the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians to see the face of this prophecy. Literally hundreds of "peace agreements" and "cease-fires" have been announced to a world desperately seeking such a peace, but every single one has dissolved into more war and bloodshed.
Jeremiah 17:9 -- "The heart is deceitful above all things and it is exceedingly perverse and corrupt and severely, mortally sick! Who can know it [perceive, understand and be acquainted with his own heart and mind?" [Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary] The Holy Spirit is going to withdraw His "restraining" influence just as 2 Thessalonians 2 foretells. Thus, God is going to allow man's inherently basic nature to run amok, wreaking unbelievable havoc. Most people today believe that man is inherently good, which is one of the major reasons the Illuminati can pull their bold, bodacious, and public plan off without the vast majority of the people understanding what is happening to them.
Daniel 12:10 -- "And none of the wicked shall understand, but the teachers
and those who are wise shall understand." The reason so many people
refuse to believe in the conspiracy of the Illuminati is because they are not
in right standing with God through Jesus Christ, and so have
their "spiritual eyes" darkened to the truth. The Holy Spirit will
open many eyes through the terrible events about to unfold, so vigorously prepare to
witness!
CONCLUSION
Terrorist attacks will occur in the United States because it is the Illuminist plan, in order that their precious New Age Christ may successfully arise. No major event is the result of "accident" or the will of any one man. Osama bin Laden is simply now a tool of the Illuminati, as he no doubt has been promised that his efforts will result in the appearance of the Muslim Messiah, Imam Mahdi. Perhaps Osama bin Laden has even been promised that role!
These are exciting times for the Born Again Christian who knows Bible prophecy, for the Daily News is fulfilling it exactly. As these events continue to unfold, you will be in a great position to be the spiritual Salt and Light of Jesus Christ to a dark and despairing world. If a person is armed with Bible prophecy, plus the Plan of Salvation, plus a knowledge of how world events are fulfilling prophecy, that person can lead a great many people to Jesus Christ. Such a Christian will be able to convincingly show frightened people exactly what is happening and why, and lead them to Jesus, the Savior.
