NEWS BRIEF: "Newly released files identify more alleged abusive priests" Boston Herald, December 17, 2002.
"A Dominican brother who allegedly molested a boy at a Dover priory and his Cambridge apartment from 1965 to 1968 went on to become an elementary teacher in the Boston Public Schools for 31 years, newly released church files reveal. And, the records show, Archdiocese of Boston officials knew of the alleged abuse when they discovered former Brother John Dominic Karow, now 66 and retired in Brenham, Texas, was teaching third grade at the Grew School in Hyde Park, but hesitated telling school officials."
NOTE: This Dominican brother was allowed to go to the public school system, even after he had molested children while in the priesthood.
NEWS BRIEF: "Letters show fear of scandal in '84 alleged abuse case", Boston Globe, 12/19/2002.
"Seven months after Bernard F. Law arrived in Boston as the new diocesan archbishop in March 1984, he wrote an urgent letter to a bishop in Thailand asking for the recall of a Thai priest accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl while assigned to St. Margaret Church in Dorchester. Law's letter did not mention any concern that the priest, the Rev. Peter S. Kanchong, might molest more children. Instead, it noted that a criminal complaint had been filed against the priest and focused on the risk of scandal for the church and the damage to Kanchong's reputation ... Law also referred to a sympathetic probation officer who was attempting to handle the case ''in such a way as to help Father Peter and avoid scandal to the Church and the priesthood.'' He concluded that recalling Kanchong to his native Thailand ''may be the only way for him to cooperate in salvaging his priesthood and his reputation.''
NOTE: Cardinal Law wanted to "solve" this problem by shipping this priest back to Thailand, where he would truly be beyond the long arm of the U.S. authorities.

"Rev. James Porter accused by more than 100 people of having molested them in the 1960s when he was a priest in Fall River ... Coverup alleged. Globe Spotlight team publishes documents showing that the archdiocese moved Geoghan from parish to parish, despite knowing of abuse allegations in his past ... Rev. Paul Shanley accused. The lawyer for one of the accusers holds a press conference and releases documents showing that the archdiocese knew that Shanley advocated sex between men and boys and assigned him to posts that allowed him access to children."
In these three typical instances of sexual abuse of children by pedophile priests, we see that the official policy of Cardinal Law was simply to move the offending priests from one parish to another, from one state to another, and even from the United States to Thailand! In every case, the concern of the archdiocese was not for the victim, but for the reputation of the Catholic Church!
BEYOND LAW
Is this a typical response of Roman Catholic bishops and priests throughout the nation, or is this just the way Cardinal Law has chosen to handle his sexually abusive priests? As Law was slowly twisting in the wind, and getting closer to legal action against him, articles abounded that other priests had acted in the same manner as did Cardinal Law, and the Vatican was afraid that Law's resignation would trigger an avalanche of other resignations throughout the country. This next article demonstrates this truth:
NEWS BRIEF: "What Murphy Knew: Memos detail L.I. bishop’s role in some Boston abuse cases", Newsday.com, December 15, 2002.
"The resignation of Cardinal Bernard Law and the widening criminal investigation in Boston has shifted the church sex scandal spotlight to the role of his deputies, including Long Island Bishop William Murphy. Murphy, leader of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, served as the second-in-command to Law for more than seven years before coming here in September 2001. He is expected to testify soon before a Massachusetts grand jury investigating why Boston church leaders failed for decades to report priests who had been accused of sexually abusing children to civil authorities."
"Also subpoenaed to testify are other former Law deputies, including Bishop Thomas Daily of Brooklyn, Bishop John McCormack of Manchester, N.H., Archbishop Alfred Hughes of New Orleans and Bishop Robert Banks of Green Bay, Wis.
"A lot of attention and scrutiny will shift toward Murphy and the others -- Daily, McCormack and Hughes, and it should,” said David Clohessy, national director of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests. "Law didn't act alone.”
Did you catch that bit of startling information?

If the victims continue to press the issue through our legal system, we will discover that the manner in which Cardinal Law of Boston moved sexually active and abusive priests around the country to other parishes is very typical of the ways in which bishops and cardinals handle their priests throughout the entire country -- and throughout the world.
“Pope’s 1999 Order Directed Law On How To Handle A Sex Offender In The Priesthood”
It has always been the practice of Roman Catholicism to cover up her dirty deeds and hide criminals from justice to save her reputation. The Vatican Ratlines is just one example. Roman Catholic intelligence operations assisted thousands of Nazi war criminals such as Adolph Eichmann, Franz Stangl (the commandant of Treblinka), Walter Rauf (the inventor of he "mobile" gas chamber), Klaus Barbie (the "Butcher of Lyons") and Ante Pavelic (the bloody dictator of Croatia) to escape from justice immediately after World War II. Pope Pius XII personally authorized the smuggling of Nazi war criminals and the operation was directed by his political advisor Giovanni Montini (later known as Pope Paul VI). Many of the Catholic monasteries in Europe were used as asylums to hide these criminals from justice, since no one is permitted to enter them.
Rome knew that these Nazi criminals were able to point the finger at her for her collaborations with them all during World War II. Of course, this left no other option for Rome but to hide them, for in so doing, she could hide herself.
Things have not changed! The Vatican is still defending the criminals within her midst, and doing whatever it takes to protect its own reputation. Just recently, a group called the Coalition of Catholics and Survivors have discovered, amidst thousands of documents, one specific document from May 25, 1999, that proves that the pope put the Vatican ’s “image” before the welfare of innocent children. In this shocking document, Pope John Paul II says a defrocked Catholic priest (Burns), who had a history of molesting boys should leave the area where his “condition” was known — or stay put as long as it caused no scandal. Of course, this would explain why other bishops have moved sex offenders from parish to parish without notifying the parishioners of the dangers. They had orders from their Chief Executive, the Pope, a man who knew little children were in grave danger and being molested, yet turned his back on their cries for help. [MSNBC News, 12/11/02]
Roderick MacLeish, a Boston attorney who released the archdiocese’s file on Burns along with those of other priests accused of sexual misconduct, said, “Now for the first time we’ve seen documents from the Vatican that emphasize the word that we’ve seen so often here in Boston: ‘scandal',”. The pope’s order came in response to a memo Law wrote to the Vatican in which he explained that the archdiocese had assigned Burns to two Boston-area parishes even though it had been advised by a center for troubled priests that the man should not be given a job that would put him in contact with children because of his history. At the time the memo was written, the archdiocese said it was aware of at least six young men whom Burns allegedly molested while he worked in Boston between 1982 and 1991.
Rev. Robert Bullock, a leader of the Boston Priests Forum, a group that represents about half of the 600 or so priests in the archdiocese, speaking of Cardinal Law, said, “He’s in hiding. He can’t appear in public here. We need new leadership.”
Why blame Cardinal Law’s leadership? After all, wasn’t he just obeying the pope’s order, to whom he swore allegiance? Who is leading who? Why not demand that the pope step down from his position for protecting pedophiles and endangering little children? When a soldier follows his commander’s orders, are not both responsible? But Rome will protect its pope’s reputation and let Cardinal Law take the fall for the pope’s orders.
FATHER PORTER -- THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THE POPE'S COMPLICITY
Of course, this is not the first time nor the first pope to protect pedophile priests. In 1973, one Catholic priest, James Porter, confessed directly to Pope Paul VI that he had been sexually molesting children. The pope took no action whatsoever. This priest went on to molest 50 more children. Rather than suffer a scandal, the pope allowed little children to suffer molestation. [Read NEWS1656 for full details].
Father Porter displayed a trait fairly typical of serial criminals: a part of him hated what he was doing, and cried out for someone to stop him. Let us quote a portion of NEWS1656 just in case you have not read the full article yet. Listen:
"Porter's personnel file included a 17-page letter he wrote to Pope Paul VI in which he asked to be removed from the priesthood. The file was forwarded to the Vatican in 1973.
In the letter addressed to `Most Holy Father,' Porter, who was a priest at St. Mary's Church in North Attleboro during the early 1960s, recounts that Fall River Bishop James Connolly knew he had been caught molesting a boy, and Connolly sent him home to be with his family until the scandal died down.
" 'A short time later Bishop Connolly gave me another chance and assigned me to Sacred Heart Parish in Fall River', Porter wrote. 'I can't recollect much about my stay there except after a short time I again fell into the same situation that plagued me in North Attleboro'."
Porter has admitted to molesting at least 50 children while he was a priest in the Diocese of Fall River in the 1960's. He pleaded guilty to molesting 28 children in 1993 after victims formed a group in 1992 and detailed the abuse against them."
Former North Attleboro priest James Porter told Pope Paul VI in 1973 that he had been sexually molesting children, nearly 20 years before victims stepped forward to reveal the abuse they had suffered. The Pope took no action whatsoever!
This information is unbelievable! Both Cardinal Medeiros and Pope Paul VI knew that Father Porter was sexually raping boys and yet did nothing to bring him to Justice!? Both Catholic Church officials knew Porter was raping boys, but they just moved him from parish to parish, each move to a position that gave him continued access to other young boys?
If the Pope is directing the manner in which sexually abusive priests are handled -- moving them and protecting them -- then we should expect two factors to be true:
1). Children worldwide in the Roman Catholic system are being horribly and continually abused;
2). This method of moving and protecting priests must be a historic way of handling the situation
We shall demonstrate that both these factors are true.
WORLDWIDE SEXUAL DISASTER
The Irish Times editorialized that the church “faces the greatest institutional crises in its modern history”, having to pay out $110 million to an estimated 3,000 victims of child molestation and abuse, the problem being so bad that they actually set up a “child-protection office”. In England, twenty-one priests were convicted of child molestation. Canada has faced devastating sex abuse scandals, where over 2,500 victims of physical and sexual abuse at Catholic boarding schools filed complaints, some even given electroshocks and confined to straitjackets though there was nothing wrong with them. The order, “Oblates of Mary Immaculate” filed for bankruptcy protection yet never once offered an apology to the victims. In Australia, 50 priests and brothers were sentenced for the “worst involved sex rings” at four orphanages. In Sydney, Australia, hundreds of orphaned children, many from Britain, suffered public floggings, sadistic torture and sexual abuse at the hands of Roman Catholic nuns. The brutality took place for over 90 years at the Sisters of Mercy orphanage in northern Queensland. The Queensland state government, has apologized for the cruelty, described as some of the worst atrocities that Australia has ever known. The report by Professor Grundy describes a "catalogue of terror":
"One woman told her that the nuns once thrust a red-hot poker down her back to 'exorcise the Devil'. Another child almost lost her legs, which became infected after a nun pulled out troublesome ingrown toenails with pliers while other children were forced to hold her down. Yet another was severely scalded and permanently injured after a leg was thrust into a bucket of boiling water by a nun who thought the water she had been washing in was not hot enough. Boys and girls were routinely violated and sexually abused by priests or men working at the orphanage. Some girls had miscarriages and fetuses were flushed down lavatories. To hide injuries from visitors, children were locked away in the "black hole" -- an underground cell --without bedding, ventilation or light...Madness, ruthless and sadistic madness, on the part of at least some of the nuns, and a depthless depravity on the part of some of the men who inhabited the place, are the defining characteristics of some of those who ran the orphanage...There's no limit to the sexual deviance that could be engaged in with those unlucky enough to find themselves singled out as 'the chosen ones'." It’s evident that these Catholic priests and nuns were hiding each other's crimes and that this conspiracy among the Catholic hierarchy reaches to the very top of the Vatican itself, to the Pope.
HISTORICAL DISASTER
Has the Roman Catholic church always been so deceitful in protecting criminals? The answer is “Yes”. The truth is that protecting criminals has always been the practice of Rome. Monasteries and nunneries, which in olden times were called "asylums" were used by Catholicism to scuffle criminals and conceal them without fear of having the civil law bring them to justice. By claiming to be a “religious organization”, they were able to cover up the infamy of their actions. According to ex-priest Bernard Fresenborg, in his book, "Thirty Years in Hell: From Darkness To Light":
“Catholicism teaches, and acts accordingly, that if a confessor forgives the sins of these criminals that God has taken away all guilt from their heinous crimes and that the civil laws have no right to punish these criminals after a Catholic priest has forgiven their sins, and on this damnable dogma, Catholicism bases her right for the existence of these ‘asylums’” (p. 141).
To better understand how Rome works, we need but look at some historical facts. John Wilkes Booth, a Roman Catholic, was the assassin of President Lincoln. The Roman Catholic Church was always believed to be responsible for this diabolical assassination. That plot was laid to destroy the republican form of government of the United States, and the assassination of Abraham Lincoln was the first step. Here in America, Catholics, with their houses adorned with crucifixes, rosaries, scapulars, and religious images of “saints” and relics, would plot assassination against the president.
It was to the house of Mrs. Surratt, located in the very heart of Washington, D.C., that the officers of the United States government proceeded after the assassination of President Lincoln, and the occupants of this house were arrested. The ones who were arrested were: Mrs. Surratt, a Roman Catholic; her daughter, Anna, a Roman Catholic; Mrs. Fitzpatrick, a Roman Catholic, and Miss Hollahan, a Roman Catholic. Before the officers had left this house a light knock was at the door and a young man appeared in disguise, as he was dressed as a common laborer and carried a pick upon his shoulder; his hands were white and soft and he was also arrested, and his name was Powell, another Roman Catholic.
John Wilkes Booth, the assassin, was also a Roman Catholic. Consequently, the belief is undoubtedly well founded that not only the was the scheme to assassinate Abraham Lincoln laid in the City of Rome by Roman Catholics, but was carried into execution by the same set in this country. Booth, after the assassination, fled to Surrattsville to the hotel of Mrs. Surratt, and there a Roman Catholic woman had concealed a carbine. Mrs. Surratt, at Washington, had warned the folks at the hotel that the weapon would be called for the night of Abraham Lincoln's assassination, which is prima facie evidence of the plot to assassinate Lincoln. After the assassination Booth fled, but on the eastern shores of the Potomac he was concealed in a Roman Catholic Church for nearly a week. As we relate this history, which is true, the evidence becomes more damaging against Roman Catholicism. The finale of this national tragedy was that Herald, Powell and Mrs. Surratt were hung, and Dr. Mudd and O' Laughlin were committed to lifelong imprisonment, and all of these were Roman Catholics.
The question now arises: How did John H. Surratt escape from the same fate of Herald, Powell, and Mrs. Surratt? John H. Surratt escaped by the assistance of Catholic officials and went to Canada, was concealed in a "Trappist cloister" near Montreal, and remained there until 1865, when, as a Priest, he went to Liverpool. In the spring of 1866, Mr. Wm. H. Seward was informed by a Mr. King, at Rome, Italy, that John H. Surratt had enlisted in the Papal Guards, under the name of John Watson. He was arrested at Teroli, in Italy, but escaped by plunging down a ravine twenty-three feet deep. He was wounded by the fall and crawled off to a monastery and remained there until he was healed and then resumed his flight.
Vatican helped this criminal escape justice by using monasteries. Now, bear in mind, the reason that the Catholic Church is such a refuge for criminals is because no police or detective is ever allowed to cross over the door-sills into these places of Catholic refuge, “where the worst chapters of crime never will be told, and where these criminals flee to avoid the punishment of their crimes.” ["The Supressed Truth of the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln", by Burke McCarty].
Another example took place in December of 1900. A boy named Edward Cudahy, Jr., was walking to his father's mansion when he was invited to step into a buggy and was informed that he was under arrest, This was in reality ploy to abduct him. Soon a ransom note demanding $25,000 was sent to his parents, or “the boy's eyes would be put out and he would forever lose his sight.” The poor frantic mother insisted that her millionaire husband, Edward Cudahy, Sr., give up the $25,000 and save her precious boy's eyesight. Her husband resisted as long as he could, but at last took the $25,000 in gold and drove to a certain spot, designated by Pat Crow, who is the one who abducted Cudahy, and with the $25,000 bought his boy's liberty. Pat Crow made away with the $25,000 in gold.
Cudahy offered a reward for the capture and arrest of Pat Crow. All of America was looking for this man, but he escaped justice. You see, Pat Crow was a “good” Irish Catholic who had gone through the Catholic school system and was a “brother in the cloisters”. With these credentials, he traveled on a “permit as Father O’Cannier”. When he arrived in St. Louis, disguised as a Catholic priest, he immediately went to the confessional and confessed to murder, robbery, kidnapping and then asked if he could do “penance”. He then said:
“He [the priest] was impressed with me because I was a 'big fish' in his line, and because I had done no harm to the millionaire's boy. I told the inmates of St. Anthony's Church that I wanted to make confession and do penance the remainder of my life. A brother came with the scissors and I received the 'tonsure' for the third time, which left only a circle of hair around my head, and no Pinkerton detective, or even Bertillion himself could have identified me. In a short time I left this St. Anthony Church in a 'Catholic Habit,' which disguised me as a Catholic official, and I went to Omaha and passed myself off as 'Brother Clement from St. Louis.' When I reached Omaha I had no trouble in passing myself off as 'Brother Clement.' After I had remained there awhile I excused myself and in my priestly robes I walked to the banks of the Missouri River and raised by buried treasure, as I had left a part of the money that I received from Cudahy buried near the river, and I took the train to St. Louis, and from there to New York, and from New York I took a German steamer to Southampton. "I stayed in London two weeks and read in the paper all about Pat Crow. London was not the place for a man like me, as I had been there before, and they knew me; so I sailed for the diamond fields of South Africa, where I am now free, by the system of 'asylums' (which are Catholic monasteries) of the Catholic Church”.
Pat Crow’s final words were, “...if you ever needed to try this plan you could do it...the Catholic Church is the refuge of criminals.” ("Thirty Years in Hell", p. 140)
Rome has not changed her ways. The criminal is still being protected and that criminal is the pope. He ordered the moving of pedophiles from parish to parish to protect the reputation of Rome. Cardinal Law should be prosecuted for child endangerment even though he was only obeying the pope’s orders. Meanwhile, the criminal who ordered the children to be endangered will be hailed as a “saint”, and his reputation will be protected.
Historically, this has always been the "modus operandi" -- Method of Operation -- for the overseer of a perverted priest. Listen to Father Vinet in his book, "I Was A Priest", as he described how a bishop of Canada used the same methods as Cardinal Law used to hide his pedophile priests:
"... if a priest is too widely known in the town where he is stationed,
he will be transferred to the East or to the West as the case may be. Priests
with sex records roam the country and pervert the young as they pass. We still
have fresh in our memory the Jesuit priest pervert of a Montreal parish who
was sent to the West, and the exhibitionist priest pervert of a Manitoba town
who was dispatched to the East." [P. 31]
How true and fitting are the words of our Lord Jesus Christ:
“And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.” (Luke 16:15)
How appropriate does the Holy Spirit speak of the Roman Catholic Church? Listen:
"... in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith." 2 Tim 3:1-8 (KJV)
Notice the key words that certainly apply to this horrific global sexual abuse by Roman Catholic priests:
1.) "lovers of their own selves" -- All sexual sin is a symptom of loving oneself supremely.
2). "unholy" - No one claims to be more holy than the Catholic Church, and yet no institution has more regularly been so unbelievably filthy
3.) "Without natural affection" -- God has created us for heterosexual marriage, and for sex to be channeled through the spouse. Throughout history, priests have either preyed upon women in their confessionals or upon young boys; both types of activities destroy God's heterosexual plan through the spouse.
4.) "despisers of those that are good" -- The graves of over 75 million Protestants testifies to the fact that Catholics have hated those who would hold literally to God's Word.
5). "lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God"-- "Sex-starved clerics" is the phrase one historian used to describe Catholic priests laboring under the merciless yoke of Forced Celibacy. Read NEWS1679 for full treatment of Biblical celibacy versus Catholicism's Forced Celibacy
6.) "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof" -- Rome claims to be the only church on earth by which men can be saved, and they historically have used a combination of the sword and the torture rack to back that claim up; yet, these terrible "spiritual fruits" can only mean that the Holy Spirit has written the word, "Ichabod" over the door of the Vatican and of every Catholic Church building in the world -- "Ichabod" means the "glory has departed" [1 Samuel 4:19-22]
7.) "led away with divers lusts" -- Another word for "divers" is "manifold", or many kinds, multiple. Historically, we have seen sexual perversions without number involving heterosexual, homosexual, sadomasochism, and many others, as we noted above. Our articles, listed below, deal with these many types of sexual sins historically practiced within the Roman Catholic system.
8.) "men of corrupt minds, reprobate" -- The dictionary definition of the word, "reprobate" really does apply to the sexually predatory priests of today and of yesteryear. Listen:
a. Morally unprincipled person
b. Scoundrel
c. Predestinated to damnation
d. Shameless
e. Rejected by God
In the current book, "Goodbye Good Men", which is an apologetics book trying to cover up the current pedophile priest disaster, the author admitted "the priesthood is increasingly becoming a gay group, a gay occupation" [P. 276]. This shocking revelation means that the scandal reaches far beyond the 3,000 priests who have been identified nationwide as having engaged in sexual sin.
Once again, we find that history records that this statistic is nothing new! In a book entitled, "I Am A Priest", by Father Lucien Vinet, 1949, we discover the truth about the historical Catholic priesthood:
"What is the percentage of priests who are abnormals and sex perverts? We certainly do not know and would not risk a guess, but we will state here the estimate of a group of young priests whom we visited in a Quebec college. They thought at least ninety percent of all the priests were either sex perverts or sex addicts of some variety and degree …" [Page 31; Emphasis added]
What was God's command in dealing with persons like this? Going back to 2
Tim 3:1-8, we see where God says, "from such turn away".
Truly, the appearance on earth of the Roman Catholic Church and its continued
dominance in many countries and localities today, is a sign that we are approaching
the End of the Age. With all the events coalescing in all other parts of society
and the world into fulfillment of Bible prophecy, these terrible sins by the
Roman Catholic Church reaching their present climax, tells us again the the
Whore of Babylon in Revelation 17 is the Church of Rome.
Clearly, we are at the End of the Age.
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.

He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.

* NEWS1670 -- "Proofs That The Sexual Sins of Roman Catholicism Existed Long Before The 40 Years Admitted to By Priests Today -- Part 1 -- We quoted from a former priest, in a book published in 1904, that shows celibacy producing sexual sins through the confessional in the 1870-1900 time frame. This book was entitled, "30 Years In Hell", by Father Bernard Fresenborg.
* NEWS1671 -- Part 2 of the above series. Here, we
quote a former priest who wrote a book published in 1949, where he was reporting
sexual sins by the great majority of priests, again working through the Confessional,
and again consisting of both heterosexual and homosexual predatory priests.
This former priest was actually so bold as to say, "This
vow of celibacy is the greatest hoax invented by Romanism", and.
"The forced law of celibacy has destroyed him." ["I Was

Then, to ensure that we understand the deep-rooted problem, former priest Lucien Vinet states: "Forced celibacy, auricular confession and some aspects of the priest's training, render a Roman priest a sexually-abnormal person or a sex pervert."
NEWS1675 -- Part 3 of the above series. We quote from a book written by a former priest published in 1832, by Father Gaven. In this book, Gaven reports confessional logs of confessions given in 1710, plus an account of a priest dying in 1710. In these accounts, we learn that priests of that day regularly used the threat of the Inquisition to "persuade" women of their confessional to have repeated sex with them!
NEWS1676 -- "The True Face of the Roman Catholic Inquisition" -- In this 2-part article, we report true historic facts of the Roman Inquisition, which lasted for 1,200 years and claimed about 75,000,000 deaths at least 60,000,000 of whom were Protestant. The second part reports in detail the Standard Operating manual of the Inquisition from December 5, 1484 when Pope Innocent III issued it via a Papal Bull. This manual reportedly taught Catholic judges how to recognize a woman as a witch and how to torture her to death. This operating manual reads as a pornographic book straight from the pit of Hell, and demonstrates that the Inquisition from that point on was driven largely on an obsession with perverted sex! Just as Father Lucien Vinet states in his book, "I Was A Priest".
