Nearly two years ago, Cutting Edge Ministries posted a most revealing article which finally provided the authoritative answer as to why President Bush has taken America to war more often than any President since Franklin D. Roosevelt! What do the following countries all have in common?

* Afghanistan
* Iraq
* Iran
* North Korea
* Cuba

The surprising answer: they are all "Non-Functioning" states in the strategy which is enunciated in the book, "The Pentagon's New Map". These countries are representative of the countries which the Pentagon views as not able to immediately -- or in the near future -- plug into the cashless economy of the coming New World Order. You know the kind of economy of which we are speaking -- the kind where "no buy can buy or sell" unless they have the mark.

These countries have either been invaded or have threatened to be invaded simply because neither their government nor their economy can now enter the "Brave New World" known as the New World Order. We invaded Afghanistan and Iraq largely because their economy was too far away from this kind of system and their government was headed by a strong- minded dictator who was refusing to cooperate with the Illuminati.

We cover this most interesting subject in two major articles. If you have not yet read them, take a moment now to do so:

* NEWS1833 -- "U.S. - E.U. INVADING AFRICA -- AND ALL OTHER "NON-INTEGRATING GAP" COUNTRIES"

* NEWS1900 -- "AFTER INVADING HAITI - AGAIN - IS AN INVASION OF VENEZUELA POSSIBLE?"

Immediately after President Bush was elected, he began to speak of "spreading democracy" to the rest of the world. That phrase sounds a whole lot nicer than preaching "Regime Change" for the past three years, but the meaning was the same. Targeted countries around the world were going to switch to "democracy", by violent overthrow, if necessary.

As we have stated before, our Founding Fathers hated and distrusted "democracy", believing it to be untrustworthy and incapable of long-term success. They feared the rule of the out-of-control mob, to which most true democracies descend. Or, a democracy soon would turn into the control of a silent, but powerful, group of politicians, financiers, and/or military men. Such powerful men found it very easy to manipulate the masses of the people to voting for the candidate of their choice -- because they knew the weaknesses and foibles of the average person.

Therefore, they established a "Representative Republic" with the three major centers of government divided into independent, and equally powerful branches.

As we alluded, above, the difference between "democracy" and a "Representative Republic" is simple.

* A democracy is when two wolves and one sheep decide what is for dinner
* A representative democracy is when the sheep are armed and the constitution forbids any and all discussion about dinner.

Today, the Illuminati is carefully eliminating all dictatorial strongmen who are resisting the wave of New World Order change rushing through the world, replacing them with weak and/or divided governments. The plan is to rapidly force through changes once the old regime is overthrown so the country can rapidly proceed into the economy and the obedient government required in this new global system. And, once one country in a region has been invaded and overthrown, the rest of the countries in that region are expected to realize that they are next if they do not voluntarily change -- quickly.

Since President Bush's inauguration for a second term, a large number of countries have undergone the transformation to a democracy. The news at first began to note protests against the existing government, the struggle for change was intense but rapid, and the election which followed installed a new, pro-Western government. President Bush always got the pro-Western candidate he wanted, while Russia and China sat by and watched. These countries are all Non-Integrating nations and most are strategically located, as you will soon see.

Let us examine these countries now. This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, just long enough to make our point.

REGIME CHANGE PRODUCING "DEMOCRACY"

Uzbekistan

NEWS BRIEF: "Witnesses: Armed Crowd Frees Prisoners in Uzbek City While Thousand Rally in Street", AP Breaking News, May 13, 2005

"TASHKENT, Uzbekistan (AP) - Thousands of people, many of them armed, took to the streets of an eastern Uzbek city on Friday, attacking a prison and freeing the inmates ... Uzbek President Islam Karimov and other leaders immediately rushed to Andijan, where witnesses reported chaos in the streets. The city 300 miles east of Tashkent near the Kyrgyz border has been the scene of growing unrest in recent weeks. The 23 defendants are charged with anti-constitutional activity and forming a criminal and extremist organization, but rights activists say the case is part of a broad government crackdown on religious dissent."

The religion against which President Karimov is acting is "radical Islam" as we see from the next segment.

"On Wednesday several thousand people turned out to protest the allegations against the men, who have been on trial since early February on charges of being Islamic extremists ... Radical Islam was a bugaboo for the Soviet Union long before its collapse ... The movement continues to bedevil Central Asian leaders, especially in neighboring Uzbekistan, where deep-rooted radical groups have been accused of a series of bombings and militant incursions. Thousands of Muslims have been jailed in Uzbekistan over the past few years in a government campaign that critics say has affected many innocent believers and only inflamed anger against Karimov's harsh rule."

One of the principal elements in a country targeted for "Regime Change" is a country ruled by a "strongman" dictator. President Karimov is most definitely that kind of dictator and may be viewed as inhibiting "progress". This next segment shows how strongly Karimov reacted to this uprising, just as any good dictator would do!

NEWS BRIEF: "700 may be dead in Uzbek uprising", The Scotsman, 17 May 2005

"THE United States last night stepped up its criticism of Uzbekistan and said it was "deeply disturbed" by reports that troops in Uzbekistan fired on unarmed civilians during a protest in the east of the country, killing up to 700 people. Britain also spoke out against the Uzbek government’s reported violent repression of a four-day old uprising. Jack Straw, the Foreign Secretary, said he was 'very concerned indeed' about the situation ... According to witnesses in Andijan, soldiers outside a school gunned down a large crowd, including women, children and 10 police hostages.

" 'It was a massacre', said a 31-year-old cobbler who witnessed the killing. 'This sickening smell of blood, smashed brains, guts, and blood, blood, everywhere. I could not put my feet on a dry spot. I saw soldiers killing several wounded with single shots to the head after asking ‘are there any wounded around?’," he said, asking not to be named as he had been detained twice by the security services'. "

This is the kind of bloodshed certain to provoke outside governments to action against the incumbent. Surely, enough, the United Nations issued a call for an investigation, backed by some of the most powerful nations on earth.

NEWS BRIEF: "Uzbekistan govt dismisses call for international probe into violence", Khaleej Times, 21 May 2005

"ANDIJAN, Uzbekistan - The US, NATO and the European Union have joined the United Nations in pressing for an international probe into the alleged killing of hundreds during an authoritarian crackdown in Uzbekistan. The Uzbek leader has staunchly resisted calls to end the crackdown on the opposition in the city of Andijan, prompting the US State Department on Friday to express concern over the situation ... US diplomats have been in touch with officials from Uzbekistan, and the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe along with European governments, Boucher said ... The European Union’s foreign ministers on Monday are expected to approve a resolution calling for an inquiry and condemning Uzbek authorities for disproportionate use of force."

The United States backed the UN call.

NEWS BRIEF: "US tells Uzbek to allow UN probe into killings", Khaleej Times, 22 May 2005

"WASHINGTON — The United States wants Uzbekistan to allow an inquiry into a bloody military crackdown on rebels, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said, after President Islam Karimov declined a UN call for a probe. “We’re urging the Karimov government to allow inquiry into the events that took place there,” Rice said. Witnesses said that on May 13 Uzbek soldiers indiscriminately slaughtered 500 to 1,000 people around the eastern town of Andijan.'

Not to be deterred, President Karimov's forces continued their crackdown.

NEWS BRIEF: "Uzbeks arrest Andizhan rights activist", Khaleej Times, 24 May 2005

"TASHKENT - Uzbekistan has arrested a human rights activist who gave reporters first-hand testimony about a bloody government crackdown on protesters, the New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) said on Tuesday. It said Saidjahon Zainabitdinov was held as part of a government effort to suppress details of the May 13 bloodshed in the city of Andizhan when troops are believed to have killed hundreds of protesters ... Uzbekistan is an ally in the US war on terror and leases its Khanabad air base to the US military, which uses it to supply its operations in neighbouring Afghanistan. Washington, with the United Nations and the European Union, has told Karimov he faces international isolation and the prospect of having aid cut off unless he allows a full inquiry."

The international heat is putting intense pressure on President Karimov to allow international authorities to investigate these stories of atrocities. Were Karimov to allow this investigation, he would be sacrificing his own national sovereignty. We need to watch this case carefully, for you might just see news one day where President Karimov has been forced from office and has had to flee the country. At that moment, calls for free elections would resound throughout the world -- another country has been introduced to "democracy", Illuminati style.

Next door, another serious situation seems to be developing.

Kyrgyzstan

This small country is as strategic as Uzbekistan and may be more so, since it borders China. Listen to the unrest there.

NEWS BRIEF: "Kyrgyzstan May Host Second Russian Military Base", AP Breaking News, May 24, 2005

"OSH, Kyrgyzstan (AP) - Russia has discussed opening a second military base in Kyrgyzstan to help fend off terrorist threats in the volatile region ... Kyrgyzstan hosts both U.S. and Russian military bases, located about 20 miles apart. The Kremlin cautiously welcomed the U.S. military deployment in Kyrgyzstan and the neighboring ex-Soviet republic of Uzbekistan for operations in Afghanistan following the Sept. 11 attacks, but Moscow later grew uneasy about the U.S. presence, saying it should terminate with the end of fighting in Afghanistan. Russia's air base in Kyrgyzstan was broadly seen as an effort to reassert the Kremlin's influence in the strategic, resource-rich region."

Russia has stood by in the past few years, allowing American foreign policy in this region to become more and more aggressive. However, there are signs this flexible policy may be changing. If Russia is seeking a new military base in Kyrgyzstan, she may be signaling that she intends to resist American "Regime Change" efforts in this particular country if she deems it necessary. I would think China might be getting nervous, worried that Washington may be trying to encircle her with military bases.

Now, let us return to this featured article, to see that this unrest is geographically centered.

"Kyrgyz officials fear that unrest could spill over from neighboring Uzbekistan, which has been shaken by the May 13 riots in Andijan, where troops fired on protesters. The borders of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan converge in the densely populated Fergana Valley, where poverty runs deep and radical Islamic groups are active, creating a hotbed of instability."

This next article demonstrates the importance of Kyrgyzstan to the major nations of the world.

NEWS BRIEF: "Kyrgyzstan curse", By Swati Parashar, Asia Times Online, May 12, 2005

"Kyrgyzstan on the strategic map -- With a population of about 5 million, Kyrgyzstan is a country of nomadic Sunni Muslims. It is a poor country lacking in energy resources or mineral deposits, but has been an important strategic ally of the United States and Russia. Post September 11, it was Kyrgyzstan that provided the much needed air base that the US was looking for to assist in its Afghan campaign. About 1,500 US, French and South Korean coalition troops are stationed at a base near Bishkek. Russia, too, has a base in Kyrgyzstan and there has been considerable public agitation within the country against American imperialism and what many perceive as Islamophobia of the West."

And, once again, Islamic extremists are seen as the source for the conflict.

"The events in Kyrgyzstan have once again brought the Hizbut Tehrir, (HT), an Islamic movement that has a worldwide presence and network, under close scrutiny by the international community. After its initial religious and political activities in the Middle East, the HT today has a visible presence in Central Asia. With its aim of uniting all Muslims of the world under what it projects as a perfect Islamic caliphate, the HT perceives ample opportunities for its growth and the realization of its final vision in the Muslim-dominated and politically and economically unstable states of Central Asia. The HT initially began its activism in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan and established itself strongly in the Ferghana Valley."

Actually, the Illuminati is using the presence of these extremists as an excuse to carry out the "Regime Change" so precious to their global plan. And, why not use Islamic fundamentalists as the "strawman" in your plans of revolution and overthrow? The foundational tenets of Islam are situated in such a way that its very presence stops countries under her influence from ever joining the global economy so coveted by Western leaders. This situation invites "Regime Change" actions by Western governments.

Georgia

Even though the government of Georgia was overthrown into the Western orbit some time ago, President Bush offered words of encouragement to her fledgling "democracy".

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush Brings Words of Support for Georgia's Democracy but Little Concrete Help", AP Breaking News, May 11, 2005

"TBILISI, Georgia (AP) - President Bush brought no firm promises to help this former Soviet state wrench itself free from Russia's influence, but he had ringing words of support for Georgia's young democracy and aspirations to join NATO. Some of those words are likely to antagonize the Kremlin, including a slap at Russia's support for rogue governments in two separatist regions of Georgia. To the delight of the huge audience, Bush offered to "make a phone call or two if needed" - presumably to Moscow - to help Georgia work out its problems with the breakaway provinces. But Bush stopped short of offering concrete help in getting Russia to withdraw two military bases and said the United States cannot impose a solution on the separatist issue."

"Georgia - sliced apart by separatists, deeply impoverished and increasingly becoming an irritant toward its giant neighbor Russia - had huge expectations ahead of Bush's visit, the first by a sitting U.S. president to the young democracy still very much struggling. In an incident that could have marred Bush's visit, the Secret Service was investigating a report that a hand grenade was thrown at the stage while the president spoke in the former Soviet republic of Georgia. The device did not explode and was removed by a Georgian security officer ... The big winner from the U.S. visit is likely to be Saakashvili, the 36-year-old pro-Western president who beamed whenever he stood by Bush's side. Saakashvili won the presidency in a landslide in January 2004 after leading the Rose Revolution protests that toppled the corruption-tainted rule of Eduard Shevardnadze, a one-time hero to the West for his restraint as the Soviet Union's foreign minister. Some Georgians joked darkly that Shevardnadze played off those laurels for years even as his country sunk deeper into chaos..."

Russian Resistance?

However, Russia seems determined to start attempting to counteract American fomenting of revolution in countries so strategic to her interests.

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush and Putin in democracy row: Russia's leader criticises voting system, US president warns Moscow not to stir up fears in border states", The Guardian (London), May 9, 2005

"Vladimir Putin and George Bush endured one of the bitterest patches of their reputed friendship yesterday when they made pointed criticisms of each other hours before a key meeting, and then papered over the cracks for the TV cameras. The Russian president, who will host 53 world leaders for a military parade and Kremlin reception marking the 60th anniversary of the Soviet defeat of Nazi Germany today, told CBS news yesterday that, unlike the US, Russia would not "poke its nose" into America's democratic system ... their public show of friendliness was overshadowed by growing US criticism of Mr Putin's authoritarian style, and the Kremlin's fury at America's increasing sway in the former USSR."

President Bush's Middle Eastern foreign policy intrusions into Iraq and Afghanistan have already prompted Russia to re-enter the Middle East militarily and politically in ways not seen since the USSR collapsed. Russia has now personally guaranteed the safety of the Iranian hardline government (NEWS2014), and is pouring massive amounts of military supplies into Syria to guarantee her survival against American threats.

Soon, Russia will be in position to lead the prophesied lineup of nations against Israel, in fulfillment of Ezekiel 38-39 (NEWS2014), and when that day arrives, the world can thank President Bush and his Illuminati policies. Events are spiraling toward God's prophesied conclusion.
