Rationale For This Peace Conference
"A war rationale is gradually imposing itself onto international relations: massive, unilateral re-arming of the United States; attack of Afghanistan without proving the case for self-defence; attack of Iraq under false pretence before plundering its resources; open threats against Syria and Iran; declaration of a remodeling of frontiers in the 'Great Middle-East'; development of the hatred media and the 'clash of civilisations' ideology."
"Only the principles of international mediation and pacific coexistence offer an alternative to this 'rise of perils' ... the Voltaire Network and its partners have called up an international conference in Brussels, on November 17th and 18th 2005, to assess contemporary forms of conflict and interference, and to shape a relevant and efficient discourse in favour of peace. Titled Axis for Peace, 2005, the conference will gather political and intellectual personalities from more than thirty nations, already committed against the war logic and who wish to install a permanent structure that could make the voice of peace be heard."
Notice that these leaders want to establish a "permanent structure' which "could make the voice of peace be heard".
No doubt, these leaders will be uniformly anti-American and no doubt, the results of the conference will be clarion calls for a United Nations which would be strong enough to force its "Peaceful Will" upon all the nations of the world, from small to superpower. You see, the underlying rationale here is that wars are created by nations exercising their own "Will To Power", also known as "National Sovereignty".
How important is "Will To Power". Occultists believe that the only reality open to human beings was the actual physical experience of Willpower. No word was more on Hitler's lips than Will. Neitzsche -- who authored the Antichrist thesis "Thus Spake Zarathustra" -- wrote a treatise titled Will-To-Power. Literally, this term means the ability of a Black Magick practitioner to create the reality he envisions! Such a man is greatly feared by White Magic practitioners. This is the reason some of the greatest revelations as to what is occurring in the world today come from White Magic occultists, for they know the leadership to the New World Order has been captured by the evil, Black Magick forces.
The Black Magick Plan in operation today calls for abolition of National Sovereignty so that the benevolence of mankind can finally produce "Peace and Safety".
According to this convoluted thinking, if a United Nations International Community was to finally be able to abolish National Sovereignty in favor of a "benevolent" international government, the world would finally know peace. Wars and bloodshed would finally cease. That is the utopian dream of all real globalists; totally disregarding the Biblical admonition that man is inherently evil, these globalist dreamers believe that mankind can enter into a 1,000 year period of "Peace and Safety" if only National Sovereignty could be abolished, being replaced by a benevolent global dictatorship!
I heard this dreamy utopian philosophy expressed in the last place in the world I expected -- in the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, on 15 June 1999, from a US
Naval Commander! You would normally expect such high-level military commanders to be hard-nosed realists, but in this realm of goals for the future, American Naval leadership is totally on board with the plans of the New World Order. During a 3-day conference, to which I gained an invitation, every single civilian and military leader espoused the globalist goals and some used the term, "New World Order".
Now, listen to an exchange between me and Naval Commander David Smith, 15 June 1999, during a panel with Smith moderating.
"Goals of the Panel" - Identify three (3) key issues pertaining to the world of 2010 -- Recommend three (3) public policy steps that should be taken as we move toward 2010"
"I was in Seminar 45, chaired by Commander David Smith. Smith was part of the Naval War College Think Tank, called Naval Systems Defense Analysis.
As part of his opening monologue, Cmdr Smith made this startling statement:
" 'Having a monopoly on military violence is a good thing'."
"I immediately challenged this statement by raising my hand and saying, 'This is true only if you have leadership that is continuously benign and benevolent. If the leadership of a force that has a monopoly on military violence turns evil, then what you will have is a global military dictatorship that has a monopoly on military violence'."
"Only one person on the panel agreed with me, at least overtly.
"The startling aspect of this statement is that it undoubtedly reflects Pentagon thinking. Of course, this type of thinking is precisely in accord with the New World Order Plan that foresees that the global Government of Antichrist -- the United Nations -- having just such a 'monopoly on military violence'."
"But, this U.S. Naval Commander did not see it this way. He thought it was a splendid idea. While he was shocked at my response, and never did answer it, he also never did refute my conclusions." (Taken from NEWS1298).
President Bush has stimulated this National Sovereignty debate greatly, has he not?
President Bush and British Prime Minister Blair exercised their National Sovereignty rights as individual sovereign leaders to order the attack on Iraq. The U.N., on the other hand, was asserting their professed Global Sovereignty in resisting the attack on Iraq. For the past 100 years, New World Order writings have attacked the issue of National Sovereignty, saying that this concept had to be destroyed forever if the world community was ever to live in "Peace and Safety". The concept of National Sovereignty is based upon patriotism, otherwise known as the "Nationalistic Spirit"; therefore, patriotism is often spoken of synonymously with National Sovereignty. Let us examine some of New World Order writings that tell of the "evil nature" of nationalism and national sovereignty.
"Intense nationalism was one of the prime movers in bringing about this war (written, January 1941) and no nation has been exempt from this spirit of national pride and from a nationalistic, separative outlook. Selfish interests have controlled the reasons for which every nation has entered this war ... In the future, the contributory factor in life must be emphasized and developed and the good of the entire family of nations must be substituted for the good of one nation or a group of nations ... The family of nations, viewed as a unit ... must be the realised goal of all national enterprise and the resources of the entire planet must be shared collectively ... belonging to the whole of mankind and to no one nation exclusively. No nation liveth unto itself ... the nation or individual who attempts to do so must inevitably perish off the face of the earth." ["The Externalisation of the Hierarchy", by Alice Bailey - channeling the demon, Master D.K. - page 372-374]
Key phrase: "the nation or individual who attempts to do so must inevitably perish off the face of the earth."
This issue of abolishing National Sovereignty is paramount in the CIA undercover agent scandal currently beginning to envelop the White House. Mass Media is reporting that someone within the White House -- said to be Libby, Cheney's Chief of Staff -- deliberately revealed Valerie Plame to be an undercover CIA agent so that her husband (Joe Wilson) could be punished for his bold statement that the President's assertion regarding uranium from Niger was false -- and the President knew it was false.
Since this false assertion that Saddam had tried to buy significant amounts of uranium from Niger was one of the key points in persuading Americans to support an invasion of Iraq, the gradual revelation of how this falsehood was created and disseminated could result in the discreditation of President Bush, and could possibly even end in his impeachment.
If President Bush goes down on this issue, he takes down with him the principle of National Sovereignty, i.e., the principle that a national leader can take action based upon what is right for his nation, even if the International Community adamantly opposes that action. According to the utopian dreamers, once no leader can take action based on his own power, wars will immediately cease. You see, the International Community will always choose the path of peace -- didn't you know that?
Of course, this stupid concept conveniently ignores the fact that the heart of every man is evil continually -- the Bible clearly teaches this reality, but the dreamers believe otherwise. And, the dreamers include the members of all secret societies like Skull & Bones. If the President is found guilty of falsely invading Iraq based upon his authority as a National Sovereign, then the definition given by Master D.K. in "The Externalisation of the Hierarchy" is clear:
The President should "inevitably perish off the face of the earth."
This principle of disallowing National Sovereignty is so important to the globally utopian idea of "Peace and Safety", let us keep it firmly in mind as we review more details of this "Peace Summit". We now go to the "Manifesto" of the peace conference. Notice references to an evil "coalition"; by description, this reference can only be to the "Coalition Forces" which invaded Iraq and which occupy that poor country to this day.
"The sovereignty of the peoples, a precondition to the establishment of democracy, is today being challenged by certain members of the United Nations’ Security Council ... Some peoples have been deprived of their freedom to choose their political system, of their cultural identity, of their natural resources’, and of the fruit of their labour. Based on fictional allegations, a coalition has asserted its right to self-defense in order to militarily impose complacent regimes, and take control of communication corridors and oil fields. State-related associations, supposedly dedicated to the promotion of noble ideals, have financed street protests aimed at overthrowing governments.
"The main challenge to world peace is the phenomenon of extremism on all sides, including governments and oppositions. An ideology of hatred is spreading, discriminating and humiliating some civilisations. It is inevitably leading to a conflict. Proclaiming the superiority of a lifestyle, it is summoning its expansion by the means of force."

The timing of this "Peace Conference" is also suspicious, as it is planned to occur very soon after American prosecutor Fitzgerald begins the trial of the Chief of Staff of Vice President Cheney, on charges related to the revelation of the CIA undercover agent working at the White House, Valerie Plame.
The world will likely get an earful of how much death and destruction Coalition Forces have wreaked on Iraq without just cause. Can you see the Public Relations battle forming here for the hearts and minds of people throughout the world. Even though no powerful government representative is planning to attend this anti-war, anti-government meeting, this forum could provide worldwide press, delivering public conditioning against the Coalition Forces in Iraq who are "spreading, discriminating and humiliating" that ancient civilization.
Once the world has suffered through World War III which is planned to produce Antichrist, its people will be completely fed up with the arrogant, pro-christian, nationally sovereign government of President George Bush. At the same time National Sovereignty is discredited, Christianity will likely be discredited also, for its ridiculous support of President Bush, totally ignoring both Bush's evil religious fruits and Jesus' admonition to consider only such fruits when determining whether a person is truly of the faith.
At a most interesting time in world history, we see a global call for a conference on "Peace". Truly, the world is rushing towards God's End of the Age judgments. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
