Since the days of the Clinton/Reno Administration, Homeland Security, National Guard, specialized police forces have regularly conducted exercises designed to train soldiers in various aspects of crowd control and large-scale detention. Clearly, this training is designed to one day plunge America into the Absolute Dictatorship of the Illuminati.

Do not be mislead: the Elite planned almost 200 years ago to impose the greatest Absolute Dictatorship the world has ever seen. Listen to their plan:
"These laws will withdraw one by one all the indulgences and liberties which have been permitted ... and our kingdom will be distinguished by a despotism of such magnificent proportions as to be at any moment and in every place in a position to wipe out any ... who oppose us by deed or word." [PROTOCOL 5 -- DESPOTISM AND MODERN PROGRESS]
What kind of "laws" is this portion of The Protocols, foreseeing that will "withdraw one by one all the indulgences and liberties which have been permitted"? The USA Patriot Act and its attendant pieces of attached legislation will prove to be the final undoing of our liberties and Constitutional Guarantees. Mark my word.
Did you catch the kind of dictatorship [despotism] that the Illuminati has planned for every nation once they are brought under the rule of Antichrist?
"... a despotism of such magnificent proportions as to be at any moment and in every place in a position to wipe out any ... who oppose us by deed or word."
Further, once they have full control, they plan on "wiping us out". You have been forewarned, and the handwriting is most definitely on the wall. The only question is, are you paying attention? Or, are you so engrossed in your investment strategies, football games, and other facets of your life right now, that you do not want to hear any truth, especially "bad news" truth?
"From this the conclusion is inevitable that a satisfactory form of government for any country is one that concentrates in the hands of one responsible person. Without an absolute despotism there can be no existence for civilisation...."
Can you believe this arrogance? The Illuminati is planning to save the civilizations of the world by imposing history's greatest Absolute Dictatorship! This arrogant attitude is mirrored by New Age author, Bill Cooper, as he quotes another planning document of the Global Elite.
"This publication marks the 25th anniversary of the Third World War, [1979] called the 'Quiet War', being conducted using subjective biological warfare, fought with 'silent weapons' ... It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering ... without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and benevolent genocide." [William Cooper, "Behold A Pale Horse", p. 36-37, printed August, 1990; Cooper is a New Age author. The date of the beginning of this "Third World War" is reported to be 1954]
Have you ever heard of benevolent genocide? The Illuminati coined this term to describe the ultimate goal of their plan, to be carried out by their coming Masonic Messiah. You have every right to be upset and concerned! The global leaders driving the world along this "benevolent genocide" path are the ones to control the armies, air forces, navies and all cutting edge weapons systems on earth! They are powerful and they intend to carry out benevolent genocide on this earth.
Now, let us return one more time to the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion:
"It is from us that the all-engulfing terror proceeds. We have in our service persons of all opinions, or of all doctrines, restorating monarchists, demagogues, socialists, communists, and utopian dreamers of every kind. We have harnessed them all to the task: each one of them on his own account is boring away at the last remnants of authority, is striving to overthrow all established form of order." [Protocol #9]
Now that we know precisely what the Elite has planned for us, let us turn our attention to the latest "training exercise", 'Jade Helm 15'.
"There has been a lot of conspiracy chatter in regards to the two-month long domestic military training exercise known as Jade Helm 15 ... Members of U.S. Army Special Operations Command will train with other units of the U.S. Armed Forces over a two month period beginning July 15. The multi-state exercise, known as Jade Helm 15, has caused quite a stir in the media ... According to an official U.S. Army press release,
'USASOC periodically conducts training exercises such as these to practice core special warfare tasks, which help protect the nation against foreign enemies. While multi-state training exercises such as these are not unique to the military, the size and scope of Jade Helm sets this one apart. To stay ahead of the environmental challenges faced overseas, Jade Helm will take place across seven states. However, Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) will only train in five states: Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado'." (Off The Grid, "The Truth About Jade Helm")
Here is a map of the seven states in which this exercise will occur. Note that states colored red will be deemed "hostile territory", while those states deemed "friendly" are colored blue.
The
official Army release continues:
"The training exercise will be conducted on private and public land with the permission of the private landowners, and from state and local authorities. In essence, all exercise activity will be taking place on pre-coordinated public and private lands.
"The public can expect nothing much different from their day-to-day activities since much of exercise will be conducted in remote areas. The most noticeable effect the exercise may have on the local communities is an increase in vehicle and military air traffic and its associated noise."
During the Administrations of Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama, numerous exercises of this type have been carried out. In every instance, extreme conspiracy believers have cried loudly and extensively that this exercise will result in the imposition of Martial Law and the dissolving of our Constitution - NOW!
In every instance, the exercise came and went and our freedoms remained intact.
We expect this scenario to occur at the end of Jade Helm.
So, what is the purpose of Jade Helm 15? One writer has an interesting take on the subject.
"It’s a drawn-out, expensive military training simulation ostensibly designed to train soldiers to fight in wars that this country should not be fighting, supervised by a marginally accountable and lavishly funded Defense Department office that can afford to dick around in the desert for two months while countless other federal programs and agencies struggle to make do with their meager allocations." (IBID)
I could not have said it any better!! However, I do think there is one link that no one has thought of, but which may very well be the bottom line truth of this whole matter once the dust settles.
In 1952, the Illuminati re-drew the map of the entire world, carving countries into "military patrol zones", designating that these new segments in each country were to be patrolled by troops foreign to the people of that segment. Let us examine the world's map where sovereign nations are eliminated and replaced by "military patrol zones"!

They sectioned off all countries of the world into patrolling zones, each of which would be patrolled by troops foreign to the peoples living within each zone. Thus, the Illuminati took a page directly from the Communist playbook. You see, Lenin and his leadership cadre realized very early in the implementation of Communist rule in Russia that troops could not be expected to be cruel and merciless to their own people. However, they would be cruel and merciless to people who were not their own. Therefore, Lenin rearranged his army so that Muslim troops patrolled non-Muslim areas, while non-Muslim troops patrolled Muslim areas. This change in tactics served Lenin very well, as millions of Russians were either killed or jailed as Communism was brutally installed.
The Illuminati took this experience to a global level in 1952. As you can see in this map, every major country was carved up into patrolling zones, each one of which will be patrolled by troops foreign to the people living in that zone. Imagine our surprise when Pat Buchanan revealed on Chris Matthews' show, Hardball , that Chinese forces and civilians were pouring into the Panama Canal, as Americans systematically pulled out. But, we should not be surprised, since this 1952 Illuminati Map of the World lists Chinese troops as occupying from the Panama Canal in the south to Los Angeles in the north.
The United Nations is acting to fully implement their Plan worldwide, fully in compliance with their 1952 world map. Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger -- one of the most high-ranking Illuminists today -- let the cat out of the bag for anyone who knew of the Plan. During the Rodney King rioting in Los Angeles, Kissinger made this following statement:
"Today, Americans would be outraged if U.N. forces entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow, they will be greeted."
A more succinct statement of this part of the New World Order Plan is not possible! Henry Kissinger has just stated the full and complete Plan for his listeners, but since most Americans do not know this part of the Plan, Kissinger's remarks flew right above the heads of most. Do not be deceived: the United States is not only going to voluntarily give up its sovereignty, its leadership is going to voluntarily allow foreign troops to enter so as to impose military rule! Every time you see the United Nations intervene militarily somewhere else in the world, you can know for increasing certainty that America's time for such intervention draws ever nearer.
We envision this intervention to come at the time when America, and the world, are in the planned throes of the many simultaneous crises that are planned to produce Antichrist. These are the crises:
1. World War III between Israel and her immediate Arab neighbors. Not only will this planned war fulfill Albert Pike's demonic vision of 1870 [NEWS1015], it will fulfill God's prophecy of Obadiah 15-18.
2. North Korea invades South Korea, utilizing unconventional weapons. China is probably planned to intervene on behalf of North Korea, thus setting up the scenario envisioned by New World Order author, Peter Lemesurier, writing in his book, The Armageddon Script .
"There will be numerous local conflicts in the Far East, the Middle East and Africa. A hair-raising nuclear confrontation in Korea, may, towards the end of the period, threaten man's very survival. And, above all, there will be the great Chinese war." [p. 223]
Please note that, when these two wars break out, American forces will be deliberately drained from this country to be sent to one of these two areas. America will be reacting to the massive war in the Middle East to protect our oil pipelines in the region. Since we are already committed to the defense of South Korea, and have American troops on the ground already, we will throw very large reinforcements into the fray. American troops will be purposely drained from our soil.
3. China will move militarily against Taiwan to recapture the island. During the seminar at the Naval War College , I specifically asked Dr. Kurth if our Navy could protect Taiwan if it was already tied up in the Middle East and Korea. He answered that, given the level of forces today, the Navy could not protect Taiwan under this scenario. We are also very short of the critically needed ship-to-ship precision munitions needed in a naval battle, since we fired so many of them in the past 6 years. China will take Taiwan back, just as the 1952 Illuminati Plan envisioned.
4. Economic Collapse will occur under the simultaneous blows of war in the Middle East disrupting oil shipments, wars in Korea, and the global loss of an economic giant, Taiwan. In NEWS1187, we noted that American military has already worked out a plan -- in conjunction with Wall Street -- to react to a riot that would occur during an economic meltdown.
5. Natural disasters will occur to further add to the panic. We have noted during several past articles that American and Russian military can control the weather, including storms. We can not only create huge storms and earthquakes, we can control the path of storms and tornadoes [See articles under button, Weather Control on our home page]. During this time, Americans would be greatly further panicked to learn of a 200 m.p.h. hurricane sweeping up the East Coast. We might even see an earthquake in Los Angeles.
During all this unbelievable time of multiple crises, planned riots could easily break out in American cities. If Los Angeles is hit by an earthquake, widespread looting could easily become the scenario by which an "embattled" U.S. President asks the United Nations for military forces to aid in restoring order. Since Chinese forces are given responsibility for the area from the Panama Canal to Los Angeles, they might pour over the border. Irish troops are to patrol from Los Angeles to the Canadian border, so they might come in to "assist" Los Angeles as well.
This scenario would fulfill Kissinger's statement, and the 1952 Illuminati Plan.
Therefore, you have every right to be concerned when the United Nations intervenes somewhere in the world, even if the intervention is in a country you never heard of before. Remember, today East Timor, tomorrow Los Angeles .
Examining this Military Patrol Zone Map, we can see the various foreign troops which will be assigned to patrol the United States of America:
1) Northeast will be patrolled by Columbian and Venezuelan troops.
2) From Washington, D.C., south to Florida and west through Texas, Russian troops are assigned to patrol
A very loyal and long-term Cutting Edge supporter called me to report that his friend saw huge Russian military armored vehicles and uniformed Russian officers at a truck stop in northern Texas. Seeing Russian troops in the very area they have been assigned one day to patrol is very significant, don't you think?
3) Midland America -- from Chicago to the Pacific Northwest -- will be patrolled by Belgian troops
4) The Pacific Northwest will be patrolled by Irish troops
5) From Southern California all the way to the Panama Canal, Chinese troops will patrol
The sole reason for Jade Helm 15 is to train our soldiers to overthrow a democratically elected government and to properly handle extremely large numbers of prisoners. The only question is, are they training for the overseas deployment for American soldiers? What territory are the Americans assigned according to this Military Patrol Zone Map?
American troops will patrol "the Balkans, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece"!
By the time this map is implemented, World War III will have produced Antichrist on the global scene as the "World Dictator" and the Church will have been raptured. Antichrist will have gone through his initial seven years headquartered in Jerusalem, "settling the Jewish problem". Now, he is getting ready to rule the entire world for 1,000 years.
A huge part of this global plan is to end the sovereignty of the ten supernations and to force the entire world into Military Patrol Zones. By this time, 66% of the world's population has been murdered and Antichrist is the sole ruler for the next 1,000 years.
At least, that is the Illuminati Plan.
But, we Christians know that, just as God cut Hitler's plans for 1,000 years of rule, so shall he cut Antichrist off after seven years of ruling from Jerusalem. The reality is that our American soldiers are planning to brutally crack down on citizens in "the Balkans, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece". Our soldiers training in Jade Helm 15 will be training for duty in Europe.
But, those Russians spotted in Texas are some reason for concern -- not now, but later, after Antichrist arises.
The world is so close to the End of the Age that American soldiers are training for duty in Europe, while the Russians who have been assigned to brutally repress Americans are training here. Truly, the End has never seemed closer!
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
