LOS ANGELES - A majority of Americans back the war in Iraq and half reported
they would support military action against Iran if it continues to develop nuclear
weapons, according to a Los Angeles Times poll released Saturday."
Newswire report dated April 6, 2003.
It was from simple sources like this report on Yahoo! that I concluded in late
2001 that Iraq would soon be invaded. ZOG Media Inc. is a propaganda machine
used for purposes of population control, not for information or news reporting.
For this reason it's an invaluable resource for learning what the regime wants
its population to think at any given time. The ZOG media campaign cranking up
against Iran has the same timing as the previous one against Iraq. Civilian
psyops to prepare for the next battle are starting as the current military campaign
is winding down. It was when Afghanistan was winding down in late December 2001
that 'Iraq' started becoming more and more prominent.
There is much more evidence for this coming Iranian campaign. We can start with
President Bush's inclusion of Iran in the "Axis of Evil". More disturbing
are the concrete military preparations being rapidly taken to bring the military
forces up in size and capability.
Dogs That Don't Bark.
Cheese Paring Active Force Deployments for Iraq.
Most have seen the minor media flap caused by claims that Defense Secretary
Donald Rumsfeld sent too few forces to Central Command and General Franks. And
indeed he was very parsiminous ... in his stinginess with active force deployments.
General Franks received only one Army armored division although the US Army
has the equivalent of five armored/mechanized divisions on active duty. Similarly
only one Marine division of the three available ACTIVE divisions was sent to
Iraq. So of 14 regular 'division equivalents' in the Army and Marines General
Franks initially received only 3 for an apparently 'major' campaign. We have
also been told by military sources this was because of Rumsfeld's (acting on
Wolfowitz/Perle advice?) specific directions to reduce the numbers of units
sent to CENTCOM.
But the demonstrated actions of the government instead show large military preparations
for a much larger war.
Vast Reserve Forces Mobilization: "The Roster"
http://vialardi.org/IRAQ/pdf/roster_of_all_Nat.G_R.pdf
This document claims to be a list of all US reserve forces mobilized to active
duty as of March 26, 2003. It's 220 pages long and lists units by state, by
branch of service, by unit type and by numbers of personnel. The total is 216,811
reserve troops of all services. It can make very tedious reading but is probably
the most vital news in the last year. In spot checks this document has proven
to be 100% accurate so far. That is to say, when the document lists an infantry
battalion, corroborating local hometown internet media stories were found via
Google describing that unit's mobilization and movement to an active station.
Secretary of Defense 'Ebenezer' Rumsfeld has also presided over the largest
reserve force call up since 1940. These actions by Donald Rumsfeld only make
sense if he and his masters are expecting a much larger war soon. Secretary
Rumsfeld's strange behavior is precisely how General Marshall behaved in 1940
and 1941 over reinforcements for General MacArthur and the Phillipines. Vast
forces were being gathered in North America but only a few were sent to MacArthur,
or even to Hawaii for that matter. This is because Franklin Roosevelt was already
planning and preparing a much larger war in Europe. They just hadn't told the
American people yet.
When compared with the history of Desert Storm in 1990-91 'The Roster' can only
be considered as evidence of preparations to fight James Woolsey's "World
War IV". In Desert Storm, the Department of Defense only wanted reserve
support units of mechanics, medical personnel and truck drivers. The generals
actively resisted using any reserve combat units. The case of the Georgia Army
National Guard's 48th Infantry Brigade became well known. This unit had long
been planned to be the third brigade in General Barry McCaffrey's 24th Infantry
Division (Mechanized). In a last minute change the active duty separate brigade
at Fort Benning was sent to Saudi Arabia in place of the 48th Infantry Brigade.
At the time this was said to be necessary because of 'unreadiness' and the better
training efficiency of regular troops. Many well-founded accusations were leveled
that this change was really made because the Generals wanted as large a post-war
active Army as possible. Using reserve combat units might tempt the Congress
to reduce the post-war active army even more.
Here's one of the most unnoticed aspects of 'Operation Iraqi Freedom': At least
three Army National Guard combat infantry battalions were sent to Kuwait before
the war started for 'security' duties. These are the 1st Battalion - 152d Infantry,
1st Battalion - 293d Infantry (both from the Indiana Army National Guard) and
the 1st Battalion 124th Infantry (Florida Army National Guard). One soldier
from the 1-152d is even listed by CNN as dying from a non-combat related illness.

So, why is "The Roster" real evidence of secret plans for a larger
war? "The Roster" lists dozens of reserve infantry, armor and artillery
battalions among the activated reserve units. In 1990, the Department of Defense
didn't want any reserve combat units for Desert Storm. In 2003 the Department
of Defense sends reserve combat units to Kuwait, holds back most active duty
combat units and also activates dozens more reserve combat units stateside.

P.S. Of the very few reinforcements Marshall agreed to send MacArthur, most
were National Guard troops.
