I. A startling editorial this week boldly pronounced that V.P. Dick Cheney and other Neo-Cons are urging that a dictatorship be established!

"In the winter of 1933, before Franklin Roosevelt's first inauguration on March 4, there was a clamor in the United States for a military dictatorship. The banks were closing, a quarter of Americans were unemployed, rebellion threatened on the farms. Only drastic reforms, mandated by the president's power as commander in chief, would save the country ... men as different as William Randolph Hearst, financier Bernard Baruch, commentator Lowell Thomas and establishment columnist Walter Lipmann argued for the necessity of dictatorship to reorganize the country's economy. The call for a military style dictatorship is the ultimate temptation to the greatest treason of a democratic society. Fortunately for us, FDR resisted the temptation ..."

Then, Army General Tommy Franks nearly let the cat out of the bag shortly after he resigned in the Fall of 2003.

NEWS BRIEF: "Gen. Franks Doubts Constitution Will Survive WMD Attack", by NewsMax, 11/21/03.

"Gen. Tommy Franks says that if the United States is hit with a weapon of mass destruction that inflicts large casualties, the Constitution will likely be discarded in favor of a military form of government ... the former commander of the military’s Central Command warned that if terrorists succeeded in using a weapon of mass destruction (WMD) against the U.S. or one of our allies, it would likely have catastrophic consequences for our cherished republican form of government."

We wish to thank General Tommy Franks for succinctly stating the domestic terror plan by which our Constitutional Government will be collapsed! We have been stating this reality for a long, long time, but this is the first instance where an official acknowledged the existence of a major portion of the New World Order Plan.

II. Seymour Hersh, one of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) favorite journalists, shocked a lot of people when he announced that the Pentagon is solidly opposed to any military strike on Iran's nuclear facilities because they do not know what targets to hit!

NEWS BRIEF: ""LAST STAND": The military’s problem with the President’s Iran policy, by SEYMOUR M. HERSH, The New Yorker, Issue of 2006-07-10

"... the U.S. Strategic Command, supported by the Air Force, has been drawing up plans, at the President’s direction, for a major bombing campaign in Iran. Inside the Pentagon, senior commanders have increasingly challenged the President’s plans, according to active-duty and retired officers and officials. The generals and admirals have told the Administration that the bombing campaign will probably not succeed in destroying Iran’s nuclear program. They have also warned that an attack could lead to serious economic, political, and military consequences for the United States."

We have listed the many consequences of an attack on Iran -- 1) That nation is so much more powerful than Iraq ever was; 2) Iran can shut down the Straits of Hormuz, through which about 60% of all crude oil passes; 3) Iran could immediately attack the weak Coalition garrison at Basra with overwhelming forces; 4) Iran truly does have terrorists in place throughout America, Great Britain and the European Union which could immediately wreak such havoc that Western Civilization would truly fall.

While these are parts of the plan of the coming World War III which will produce the Masonic Christ, they will not be triggered before all elements of this coming global war are ready to jump into action. Therefore, until Israel has withdrawn from the West Bank and is ready to annihilate all Palestinians in fulfillment of Obadiah 15-18, neither America nor Israel will not trigger a war with Iran by an ill-advised military strike.

Now, let us get back to Mr. Hersh for more additional insight as to why the Pentagon considers a strike on Iran to be foolhardy and nearly worthless.

"A crucial issue in the military’s dissent, the officers said, is the fact that American and European intelligence agencies have not found specific evidence of clandestine activities or hidden facilities; the war planners are not sure what to hit. 'The target array in Iran is huge, but it’s amorphous', a high-ranking general told me. 'The question we face is, When does innocent infrastructure evolve into something nefarious?' The high-ranking general added that the military’s experience in Iraq, where intelligence on weapons of mass destruction was deeply flawed, has affected its approach to Iran. 'We built this big monster with Iraq, and there was nothing there. This is son of Iraq', he said."

Indeed, Iran is "Son of Iraq". In January, this year, we posted an article which pointed out this very fact.

NEWS2106 -- "OH, NO! HERE WE GO AGIAIN -- U.S. 'PSYOPS' PROPAGANDA USING SAME TACTICS AGAINST IRAN THAT THEY USED AGAINST IRAQ TO JUSTIFY AN INVASION!"

Truly, the Bush Administration is simply regurgitating the same phony intelligence scare tactics against Iran which she used to justify an attack on Iraq. However, this time, Russia and China are determined not to allow Bush to attack Iran. This Seymour Hersh article seems to also be a warning to President Bush not to attack Iran, only this time the force behind the warning is the CFR.

Please also take note that the Pentagon is admitting that American Intelligence has not provided any specific hard target locations, so the Pentagon does not know where to strike. In fact, Pentagon officials are not even sure if the Iranian nuclear program has turned "nefarious" (evil, terrible).

In fact, the position the Pentagon is taking seems very close to the Iranian position that they have every right to pursue a civilian nuclear program, and that means they have the right to enrich uranium. that is the meaning of the general's rhetorical question, "When does innocent infrastructure evolve into something nefarious?"

But, the bottom line is, why should Iran risk such international condemnation and possible military strike to actually produce her own nuclear capability, since she has possessed nuclear weapons since early, 2002 (NEWS1660)?

Before we leave this subject, note that the Pentagon is admitting that, in Iraq, "there was nothing there".

This next segment demonstrates just how phony the Administration's case against Iran is.

"In President Bush’s June speech, he accused Iran of pursuing a secret weapons program along with its civilian nuclear-research program (which it is allowed, with limits, under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty). The senior officers in the Pentagon do not dispute the President’s contention that Iran intends to eventually build a bomb, but they are frustrated by the intelligence gaps. A former senior intelligence official told me that people in the Pentagon were asking, 'What’s the evidence? We’ve got a million tentacles out there, overt and covert, and these guys'—the Iranians—'have been working on this for eighteen years, and we have nothing?' " (Ibid.)

The key words here are:

* "What’s the evidence?" Or, as Ronald Reagan said in one of his Presidential debates, "Where's the Beef?" The Bush Administration is shouting empty hot air, on the basis of no evidence! Remember that fact the next time you pay nearly $3 a gallon for Unleaded Gas.

* "We’ve got a million tentacles out there, overt and covert" -- And yet --

* "we have nothing"

We encourage you to read this full Seymour Hersh article, for it contains other critically important issues, all of which argue against the probability that President Bush will ever order an attack. For all his faults, Bush is not a "loose cannon", but is merely acting his role in the global Illuminati Plan. And, remember, that the Illuminati Plan is following Biblical prophecy, because God's Omnipotent Power is forcing them to do so. III. As if to make the global point that North Korea is close to developing an intercontinental ballistic missile capability, news stories pointedly reported that more long-range missiles are being moved up to their launching facilities.

NEWS BRIEF: "More North Korea rockets ready: North Korea has three or four more missiles on launch pads", Yahoo News, July 7, 2006

"SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea has three or four more missiles on launch pads, South Korean media reported Thursday ... Chosun Ilbo, one of South Korea's largest newspapers, said the missiles the North were preparing were either short- or medium-range. The paper cited an unidentified senior South Korean official. Another major newspaper, JoongAng Ilbo, carried a similar report.

" 'There is a possibility that North Korea will fire additional missiles', Yonhap news agency quoted South Korean Defense Minister Yoon Kwang-ung as telling lawmakers ... Shinzo Abe, the chief Cabinet secretary, told reporters in Tokyo that North Korea does not appear to have any of the long-range ballistic missiles ready for imminent launch, but said he could not rule out the possibility that one could be test-fired at a later point.

"The North's Taepodong-2 missile is believed capable or reaching the United States with a light payload. A test of the missile Wednesday failed seconds after launch."

Meanwhile, North Korea continued its steady drumbeat, insisting that they have the right to test these missiles.

NEWS BRIEF: "Defiant North Korea vows to continue missile tests", Reuters News, July 6, 2006

"SEOUL (Reuters) - A defiant North Korea acknowledged for the first time on Thursday that it had launched several missiles, vowed to carry out more tests and threatened to use force if the international community tried to stop it ... 'The KPA will go on with missile launch exercises as part of its efforts to bolster deterrent for self-defense in the future, too', North Korea's official KCNA news agency quoted a Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying.

" 'The DPRK will have no option but to take stronger physical actions of other forms, should any other country dare take issue with the exercises and put pressure upon it'. DPRK stands for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea."

"Officials say North Korea launched at least six missiles from its east coast early on Wednesday and, as the international community fumed, it fired off a seventh some 12 hours later. The missiles included a long-range Taepodong-2, which some experts had said could hit Alaska. U.S. officials said it flew for less than a minute and splashed into the sea west of Japan."

Once again, the response from President Bush was diplomatic, as he expressed willingness to resume the 6-party talks with North Korea, even though all previous such negotiations have proven absolutely worthless.

NEWS BRIEF: "Roh, Bush Stress Diplomatic Solution To North Korean Missile Tests", By Ryu Jin, Staff Reporter, The Korea Times, 07-06-2006

"President Roh Moo-hyun and U.S. President George W. Bush Thursday discussed the North Korean missile issue and agreed to make joint efforts along with other relevant nations for a diplomatic solution ... In the 10-minute dialogue, the two leaders shared a view that the July 5 missile firing was a 'serious provocation' and stressed the need for close consultations with China, Japan and Russia, as well as between the two allies ... Asked if there was a request by American officials for Seoul to stop giving assistance to North Korea, Song said, ``No,’’ adding that there were only the discussions on what could be done by South Korea and the United States, either respectively or together. He put an emphasis on the usefulness of the six-party framework, in which bilateral and multilateral discussions have been possible, reiterating that Seoul and Washington agreed to find a solution within the framework of the talks."

Six-party talks do serve a useful propaganda purpose right now for President Bush -- they serve as a public show which takes the place of real progress. But, of course, real progress is not the agenda; the true goal is to condition people to believe that North Korea can obliterate them, for that is the role assigned this backward nation in the World War III scenario.

As always, it is best to remind ourselves of the real plan -- the exact wording.

Breaking News -- Received Story 10:15am, Saturday, July 8, 2006

This is the news story for which I had been waiting! Now the worldwide panic can begin to set in.

NEWS BRIEF: "N.K. long-range missile flew for 7 minutes, not 42 seconds: Raises questions as to whether long-range test 'failed' or succeeded and was simply aborted to keep missile from flying over land", YONHAP News (Japan), July 6

"SEOUL, July 6 (Yonhap) -- North Korea's long-range Taepodong-2 missile travelled for about 7 minutes after liftoff before it plunged into the East Sea, a top South Korean military officer said Thursday. The North's multistage missile was initially believed to have gone down 42 seconds after it blasted off from its launching pad in the reclusive country on Wednesday, sparking questions over whether the flight was a technical failure or was aborted."

Initially, Western Intelligence reported that the North Korean intercontinental ballistic missile had flown for only 42 seconds before it crashed into the sea. This initial news story was written in order to give the impression that the North Korean long-range missile had failed. That word was repeatedly used in the Fox News Alert to which I was listening on July 4, the day the launch was made.

By having the peoples of the world believe the North Koreans did not yet have the capability to successfully launch a multi-stage rocket having a range of 6,000 miles if it is two-stage and 10,000 miles if it is three-stage, the panic impact is lessened dramatically.

However, if the missile flew for 7 full minutes, it is likely the North Koreans simply aborted the missile so it would not fly over land. In other words, this new story makes it likely that the intercontinental ballistic missile test was successful, but was simply aborted.

The printed scenario -- shown above -- just jolted forward dramatically. The planned panic can now begin in the hearts and minds of the people. What did Jesus foretell as one of the signs of the End of the Age?

IV. The hot crisis between Israel and her Arab neighbors escalated to the point this week where people started asking whether an all-out Regional War might explode.

NEWS BRIEF: "Fighting in Gaza escalates", International Herald Tribune, July 7, 2006

"BEIT LAHIYA, Gaza Strip Israeli aircraft struck armed Palestinians in northern Gaza early Friday after the bloodiest day of clashes in the strip since Israel withdrew last summer ... Twenty-four Palestinians and one Israeli soldier were killed in fighting that began on Thursday, pitting militants armed with assault rifles and rocket-propelled grenades against Israeli tanks and attack helicopters. Israeli troops invaded two northern towns not far from the Gaza-Israel border on Thursday, taking control of a ribbon of land in an attempt to win freedom for a soldier captured by militants and put Israel out of the militants' increasingly longer rocket range."

This "ribbon of land" is simply a buffer zone, designed to remove Israeli settlements from the range of the Palestinian Kassam rockets, which only have a range of a few miles. For weeks prior to the invasion, Palestinian terrorists have been routinely firing these rockets into Jewish settlements, causing little physical damage, but inflicting great emotional and mental distress -- and a very large diplomatic crises, since Olmert can little afford a demonstration of Palestinian capability from Gaza if he is to order more unilateral withdrawals from the West Bank.

"After sunrise Friday, Israel renewed its assault in northern Gaza with two airstrikes, killing one militant from the Palestinians' ruling Hamas Party, and wounding three, Hamas and hospital officials said. The military said aircraft fired at four armed Palestinians where there were exchanges of fire earlier. Two were wounded in the second airstrike, hospital officials said ... Amid the fighting, there was still no word on the fate of Corporal Gilad Shalit, captured June 25 by Hamas-affiliated militants."

Indeed, the fate of this poor soldier seemed, at times, to be almost an afterthought. In fact, is his fate an afterthought? We shall investigate this intriguing possibility more next week.

'Israeli leaders have singled out Hamas as their chief enemy, and the Palestinian prime minister, a Hamas leader, accused Israel of trying to bring down his government ... Hankie called the Israeli push 'a desperate effort to undermine the Palestinian government under the pretext of a search for the missing soldier'. His Hamas movement, with a history of violence against Israel, was voted into power in a January parliamentary election.

"Interior Minister Said Siva of Hamas issued the Palestinian government's first call to arms since Israeli ground forces invaded Gaza last week, appealing on Thursday to all security forces to fulfill their 'religious and moral duty to stand up to this aggression and cowardly Zionist invasion'. The security forces are dominated by officers loyal to the rival Fatah Party, and there was no immediate response to his appeal.

"Israel insisted it was not planning to reoccupy Gaza, but military commanders said they had orders to win the soldier's release and prevent militants from firing rockets, even if that meant repeated short-term incursions."

Prime Minister Olmert issued a clarifying statement just hours after the Gaza invasion began, saying that Israel had no intention of re-occupying the Gaza Strip, which PM Sharon had evacuated in August, 2005.

V. As Former Secretary of State Albright severely criticized President Bush's foreign policy this past week, a recent poll shockingly revealed just how far down Mr. Bush has fallen.

NEWS BRIEF: "Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright harshly criticized the Iraq war", Arab News.com, July 5, 2006

"Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright today harshly criticized the Iraq war, calling it the 'biggest mistake in US history'. Asked by the Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper, whether the US invasion of Iraq was a mistake, Albright responded by saying that this is 'likely the biggest wrong foreign policy decision in the history of the United States'. She pointed out that Washington did not take into account the repercussions of the Iraq war, according to the German-language transcript of Albright's interview with the Frankfurter Rundschau."

"Albright made clear that America's reputation was 'badly damaged, its moral status undermined and its credibility in terms of rule of law harmed' in the wake of incidents at the Abu Ghraib prison. The ex-US official added that America would face a hard time to restore its image as role model in the world ... She called it 'fatal' that the Iraq war is seen in the Arab states as an example of a western crusade against Islam."

I find it ironic that these statements would be accepted in the Arab world, for when she was Secretary of State under President Clinton, Ms Albright was loathed by Arabs, both because she was a woman occupying the position normally reserved for a man, and because she was considered by Muslims as being very harsh in her demeanor.

Nevertheless, this is the ultimate type of verbal judgment against President Bush for his Iraq invasion. No sitting President ever wants to hear that his major foreign policy adventure of the past 5 years is a total failure. We started pointing out in February, 2004 (NEWS2045), that it seemed like President Bush was being deliberately set up by the Council on Foreign Relations to be considered a failure -- and possibly even be impeached. In many newsletters and articles since then, we have noted specific developments which point to this deliberate campaign to discredit Mr. Bush.

Are there any indications as to how well this campaign is progressing? You might be surprised to learn how effectively American citizens have been convinced.

NEWS BRIEF: "A Happy Birthday, Mr President?", by Alex Massie, In Washington, The Scotsman, 6 July 2006

"A poll commissioned by Quinnipiac University, in Connecticut, last month reported that a plurality of respondents considered Bush the worst president since the Second World War. Worse than Richard Nixon. Worse than Jimmy Carter."

Worse than Nixon and Carter?

In modern America, Jimmy Carter is held up by many discerning Americans as THE worst President of all time. After all, America under his leadership had unprecdented interest rates, unemployment rates, while the cost of gold hit all-time highs. One of the most decisive blows Ronald Reagan delivered against President Carter came at the end of their last televised debate, when Reagan looked into the camera and said, "Ask yourself, are you better off now than you were four years ago?"

Most Americans turned immediately against President Carter at that point, electing Reagan in a landslide.

In modern America, Richard Nixon is held up to be THE most corrupt and deceptive President of all time. After all, people became so aware of Nixon's lying that the poor President actually stood in front of a TV camera and pleaded, "I am not a crook".

Now, President Bush is said to be considered worse than Richard Nixon and Jim my Carter! That is bad company with which to be associated.

Let us return to this article in The Scotsman:

"Enoch Powell's famous quip - 'all political lives end in failure' - is especially apt for second-term presidents, for whom the triumph of re-election frequently proves ephemeral even as they concern themselves with the substance of their legacy. Asked at a White House press conference in March what had happened to the political capital he built up following his re-election, Bush said: 'I'd say I'm spending that capital on the war'. Unfortunately, the money has now run out, and Bush is slipping ever further into the red." (Ibid.)

When President Bush said, after his reelection, that he now had "political capital" to spend, I just shook my head in disbelief, because he did not win by a landslide, and he was a "Lame Duck" President the moment he won reelection. Now, 18 months later, Bush is discovering that he really has spent his "capital" on the surging wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, both of which plague him daily.

"To all intents and purposes, the president no longer has a domestic-policy agenda, while the wisdom of his boldness in foreign policy remains, to put it charitably, unproven. As for the Bush Doctrine? Well, of the original 'Axis of Evil', Iraq remains, well, Iraq; Iran shows little sign of abandoning its nuclear ambitions and North Korea tested a new long-range missile this week. No wonder many Americans, deep down, would like to return to a period of 'normalcy' after the hectic Bush years." (Ibid.)

If the Republican Party suffers the loss of either house in Congress during the Fall election, President Bush will only see his popularity plummet further down into the Abyss. A significant chance of impeachment actually looms should the Republicans lose both houses of Congress.

VI. To no one's surprise, the pro-Market, pro-American, Conservative won the closely-contested Presidential election in Mexico, barely beating out the pro-Communist candidate. As usual, allegations of voter fraud abounded!

NEWS BRIEF: "Mexican conservative wins tight Presidential election battle", By Kieran Murray and Greg Brosnan, Reuters News, July 6, 2006

"MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Conservative presidential candidate Felipe Calderon won a narrow victory on Thursday in an election that divided Mexico, but his leftist rival vowed to fight the result in the courts and on the streets. The Harvard-educated Calderon was elected with 35.88 percent of the vote and Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, a combative left-wing former Mexico City mayor, trailed close behind on 35.31 percent, final official results showed ... A relaxed Calderon led supporters in a noisy party at his ruling National Action Party's offices and immediately called on his adversaries to forget an ugly and fiercely contested election that has plunged Mexico into a political crisis. 'If the contest is behind us, our differences are behind us. Now is the hour for unity and agreements between Mexicans', said Calderon, a pro-U.S. former energy minister."

Because Mexico shares a long border with the United States, she is considered to be in the "Sphere of Influence" of the superpower. Therefore, if the Leftist candidate had won the election, President Bush would have been very embarrassed and the march toward the unity of NAFTA could have been set back for years. The pro-American candidate simply had to win.

This next segment speaks to that point.

"... Calderon promises to clamp down on violent criminals and powerful drug trafficking gangs as well as create millions of jobs with pro-business reforms, more foreign investment and a boom in construction. Calderon, 43, would be an ally of the United States in Latin America, where leftists have taken power in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay and Venezuela and turned away from Washington .... He was the clear favorite of investors and Mexico's financial markets jumped on news of his victory. The stock market was up 2.7 percent in afternoon trade and the peso currency gained 1.6 percent." (Ibid.)

On the other hand, supporters of the Leftist candidate were in a somber mood.

"In Mexico City's Pensil neighborhood, a working-class warren of dilapidated tenements and greasy car repair shops that staunchly backs Lopez Obrador, the mood was somber. Angry supporters gathered in doorways and on street corners raging against the electoral institute and Calderon's party. One bewildered group thronged around a newspaper stand, staring incredulously at front page pictures of a jubilant Calderon.

" 'It's as if somebody stole your child', said taco-seller Beatriz Montoy, vowing to attend Saturday's rally to support the man she referred to as her 'Robin Hood. 'We're not going to let them do this', she said. 'There is going to be an avalanche of people'." (Ibid.)

Make no mistake: this was a very close election, one that prompted a recount.

"Lopez Obrador had led the recount for hours but Calderon overtook him in the early hours of Thursday as the last votes came in from his strongholds in northern and western Mexico." (Ibid.)

Also not surprisingly, there were strong indications of voter fraud.

NEWS BRIEF: "In Mexico, 2.5 Million Missing Votes Reappear", The Narco News Bulletin, July 5, 2006

"Today, in Mexico, begins a 'recount' of votes cast in Sunday's presidential election... in which the umpires are refusing to recount the votes. Election authorities of the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE, in its Spanish initials) closed ranks on Tuesday with the National Action Party (PAN) of President Vicente Fox and candidate Felipe Calderón to oppose the actual recounting the votes. This, on the heels of Tuesday's 'discovery' of 2.5 million votes hidden by IFE since Sunday's election, added to a growing body of evidence - and corresponding public distrust in the institutions - that a gargantuan electoral fraud has been perpetrated."

Of course, voter fraud has always been part of the Illuminati Plan to ensure that candidates favorable to their cause continue to get elected. The most famous voter fraud occurred in the 1960 election between John Kennedy and Richard Nixon, where tens of thousands of dead people voted in Democrat enclaves in Chicago and Texas. Now, however, the vote stealing has become much more sophisticated, with the advent of electronic voting machines.

As I stated before, the Illuminati simply had to see the pro-American candidate win. And, win he did, with a little help from his friends.

VII. When the Iraqi Prime Minister severely criticized the American handling of the rape/murder case currently roiling the countryside, you know that President Bush is in real trouble in that sorely troubled land.

NEWS BRIEF: "Iraqi PM opposes immunity", Dawn International News,

"BAGHDAD, July 6: Iraq’s Prime Minister Nuri Al-Maliki said on Thursday that the blanket immunity enjoyed so far by foreign troops must be reviewed following allegations of rape and murder by US soldiers in Iraq. 'We have to review the immunity enjoyed by members of these forces or look for ways in which Iraqis can participate in the investigation', he said. 'A lot of mistakes have been committed before Mahmudiyah that have caused grief and anger in the Iraqi people who cannot tolerate these brutal crimes for very long'.”

"In his last decree before the transfer of power from the US-led occupation authority to Iraqi officials, former US administrator in Iraq Paul Bremer in June 2004 granted immunity from prosecution for coalition forces and private security contractors working with the Americans and US-backed Iraqi government.

I well remember when CFR member and former Kissinger associate, Paul Bremer, issued this blanket immunity, for I cringed greatly. Cutting Edge had been running stories for over a year at that point, warning that our soldiers considered the Iraqi people to be sub-human beings and were already reportedly murdering them.

This next segment shows that our fears were well-founded.

"US prosecutors on Monday charged a former soldier with raping and killing an Iraqi woman and gunning down three of her family members, including a five-year-old girl in March in the town of Mahmudiyah, south of Baghdad. The Justice Department has said that Steven Green, 21, could face the death penalty if convicted over the latest of a string of alleged atrocities committed by US soldiers against Iraqis." (Ibid.)

Even this action by American authorities did not satisfy the pro-American government of Iraq.

"Vice-President Tareq Al-Hashemi called on Thursday for severe punishment for the US soldiers responsible for the crimes and said the US government must make amends with the tribes of Mahmudiyah. This came after demands by some MPs for an independent Iraqi investigation into the incident and calls by Justice Minister Hashem Al-Shibli for the United Nations to be involved in the case."

This call for the United Nations to become involved in this rape/murder case will eventually land in the lap of the International Criminal Court, thus strengthening the coming Global Government -- exactly what the Illuminati wants.

VIII. The enormity of the American trouble in Iraq was further demonstrated when our Ambassador to Iraq and our top-ranking general both issued apologies for this civilian atrocity. However, this case is just one example of so many, in that it demonstrates the "low-life" mentality of our soldiers towards the Iraqi people, a sad reality.

"BAGHDAD, Iraq The United States ambassador and the top American military commander here together issued an unusual apology on Thursday for the rape and murder of a young Iraqi woman and the killing of her family, saying that the crime, in which at least four soldiers are suspects, had injured the 'Iraqi people as a whole'."

"The statement came just hours after Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki said at a news conference that he might ask the American military to scrap a rule that grants foreign soldiers here immunity from Iraqi prosecution. Such a move would be a direct rebuke to the Bush administration, which has fought tenaciously to ensure that American soldiers are exempt from local or international laws when serving on foreign soil.

" 'I'm about to talk to the multinational forces to reach solutions that will put an end to such practices', Mr. Maliki said of criminal behavior by soldiers. One possible course of action, he said, would be to 'revise the issue of immunity'."

The Iraqi people are not the only Muslims to be thoroughly angered over this incredible string of atrocities now coming to light. Just as we have been saying since March, 2003, the Illuminati seems to be following their vaunted "Blood In The Streets" strategy designed to so completely anger the Islamic peoples of the world that they will finally attack Western forces -- including Israel -- even though they know their forces are radically inferior.

Atrocities like this one will make that strategy mature very quickly. At that point, the prophecies found in Zechariah 12 will come to fruition.
