AOL NOW BLOCKING ALL EMAILS COMING FROM CUTTING EDGE: We Are Part The 25% of ALL Legitimate Email Now Being Blocked

Imagine your local postal carrier deciding that because some of your neighbors complained about getting mail from someone in California, that it was his duty to now return all mail to any and ALL senders from California, for your entire neighborhood. Now image that the postal carrier also did that for 25% of all other mail from other states, even if you wanted that mail! You would not get magazines to which you are subscribed; you would not get mail from friends and relatives who lived in those states.

That is exactly what AOL now does by blocking ALL email from some mail servers whether they are sending spam or legitimate email. When Cutting Edge sends order updates and email newsletters alerts to subscribers, AOL has been bouncing back 100% of them. In the case of order notifications that have bounced back to us, I have tried to re-send them out through my local phone company’s mail server that handles my DSL service and personal email and they blocked that too. Read our article NEWS1850 posted in 2003 on this subject and you will see the problem was bad even 2 years ago. It is much worse now!

I commend AOL for trying to stop real spammers, but let me explain how they are now blocking legitimate email and why it is so disastrous to you, an AOL subscriber, and to the people who really need to contact you. Mail servers have a number called an "IP Address" and when AOL blocks, they often now block based on that number which identifies that mail server. A mail server may handle the mail for one company or for thousands of companies and individuals so when AOL blocks an IP, they block ALL that mail, even if AOL users have the sender on their personal AOL "white list" -- which is the list of all people from which you want to make sure you get mail. Good spam filters all have a "white list" and a spam folder where you can check to see if it is throwing away something it should not have. By blocking the entire IP, AOL does not allow users any say so whatsoever about whether they want to get email from that mail server.

Now remember that AOL blocked my mail from the Cutting Edge Server, as well as the single emails I sent from the phone company’s mail system.

AOL has a "white list" for mail service providers also and Cutting Edge has always met the requirements to be on that list until a recent addition was added which I find quite disturbing. Before I tell you about that new regulation, I need to explain something so you will understand the danger to your privacy and your personal rights. Mail servers are not the only thing on the internet that has a numeric IP address. You have one also. When you log onto the internet, your service provider, such as AOL, assigns you an IP address that identifies you while you personally are on the web. Any sites that you go to record everything you look at and it is recorded to your assigned IP address in the site owners log files. We at Cutting Edge do not know who has that IP address unless the service provider who assigned it to you provides it to us which they will only do if you are breaking the law.

Let me demonstrate this for you. Go to http://whatismyip.com/

That number you see there is your personal IP address right now and if you were breaking the law while at a web site, the site owner can look up who owns that IP from his log files and the owner of the IP who assigned it to you will share the rest of the information -- your name, address and phone number -- but the site owner must prove you are breaking the law from hard evidence in the logs. Since the site owner does not know who is using the IP, his log files hold no information about you personally unless that personal information is shared by the internet service provider. Each side of the equation only holds one-half of the information needed to track you. The site owner has the individual IP address of the people who have been on his site, but cannot track you down because only the IP provider contains the other half of the information needed to identify you.

I do "tech support" for several companies and have gotten this information from log files of clients and helped the Dallas Police in the prosecution of credit card fraud which now has the guilty people in prison in Dallas Texas and the UK.

Now in the case of AOL let us look at that new regulation to get on their "white list" for email servers. You can find the entire regulation on their web site at http://postmaster.info.aol.com/tools/whitelist_guides.html

Now look in the portion under E-mail Formatting Requirements: in the second half of the third bulleted statement and you will see the following new regulation.

“Such details as the date and time when the e-mail address was obtained along with the IP address of the subscriber and the web site they visited to sign-up must be made available to AOL upon request.”

AOL keeps the record as to whom they assigned that IP address, plus the time you were using it. What AOL is now demanding is for ALL IP service providers to provide them your IP address and the time you were on, plus what web site you were on when you signed up for a such things as a newsletter upon request. This gives AOL both halves of the information needed to identify you -- and what information or service for which you are signing up -- even though you have not broken any law whatsoever.

This is not just an issue between AOL and Cutting Edge and has nothing to do with our being a Christian Ministry. The emails from as many as 25% of all IP Service Providers was being blocked by AOL according to Triangle Business Journal.

To understand how wide spread this problem is and how much legitimate email AOL users are missing from friends, relatives and companies that you are trying to do business with just go to a search engine such Google and type three key words "AOL blocking email" . Prepare to be shocked if you are an AOL user or anyone concerned about privacy as over 600,000 results come back from your search. These includes law suits as well as hundreds of articles regarding AOLs blocking of legitimate email spanning a period of several years.

DVD or VHS I. A second wave of terror bombing attacks occurred in London, Thursday, July 21, 2005. While not resulting in any deaths, this bombing continued the occult signature of "7" (sevens) which characterized the original bombing (Read NEWS2054 for full details). Subway trains and busses were again the target.

NEWS BRIEF: "Panic as London is hit again", The Guardian (London), July 21, 2005

"Terrified passengers were evacuated from parts of London's transport system today after incidents involving explosives at three underground stations and a bus. The explosions were attempts to kill that had failed ... Two small blasts occurred on tube trains: one near Warren Street station in central London, and the other on a tube train near Oval station in south London. A third small explosion was reported on a No 26 bus in Shoreditch, east London. A suspect package was also found at Shepherd's Bush station in west London ... Witnesses at the various scenes said the blasts had come from rucksacks; police appealed for images from mobile phones. Passengers described hearing a blast, and then seeing a man fleeing the station."

There is little doubt that these attacks were linked directly to the original attacks of July 7.

Let us consider the "occult signature" under girding this second attack. Once again, the numeric signature is "7" and intensifications thereof.

* Second blast occurred again in July - the 7th month, in a year (2005) which adds to a "7"

* Second blast occurred on the 21st day, which any knowledgeable occultist would recognize as (7+7+7)

* Interval between the first blast on 7/7 and the second blast on 7/21 is 14 days, which is (7+7)

Therefore, this attack seems to be another in a long attempt to scare the peoples of the victim nation, and other nations throughout the world, to accept draconian laws which will take away their freedoms, liberties and rights -- actions which national leaders are insisting are necessary to "protect" such freedoms, liberties and rights from Muslim extremists.

To further the hyped scare even more, DEBKAfile noted how significant these latest attacks truly are, even though no one died.

NEWS BRIEF: "Second al Qaeda Attack on Central London Was More Brazen than the First", DEBKAfile Intelligence, July 21, 2005

"The most striking feature of London’s second al Qaeda bombing rampage in two weeks, Thursday, July 21, is the bombers’ brashness ... the second group did not hesitate to activate them in full sight of the passengers ... Operating under so many eyes may have caused them to fumble and be careless. And so not all the devices went off properly and only one person was hurt. A rucksack was also left in the Hackney bus for police specialists to examine ... The fact that the four attacks were almost simultaneous is an al Qaeda hallmark, indicative the group’s predilection for coordinated strikes."

"But four more unusual features make this incident especially dangerous:

Prime minister Tony Blair and the police commissioner Ian Blair did their best to radiate calm and persuade people to go back to normal business. But there is no glossing over the fact that London is in the grip of an al Qaeda offensive and British security services have no real answers."

This type of language is very frightening, especially the warning that British Intelligence has "no real answers". The very professional service upon which the British people have always depended upon for protection is now admitting helplessness! This type of hysteria is the basis upon which these politicians will one day completely take away citizen's freedoms, liberties, and the very government which has always protected those freedoms. Remember the tactic foretold in that infamous Illuminati planning document which was originally cunningly passed off as a Zionist plot to seize control of the world -- the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion -- originally written in the 1820's, according to a former Black Magick wizard trained in the Illuminati:

Doesn't this tactic sound just like today's newspaper? This is the plan, and the chosen tactic is city terrorism.

II. Calls for dramatically increased state police powers flowed immediately from politicians following both these attacks.

A few days ago, just days before this second attack, Cutting Edge posted an analysis article in which we noted that British and European politicians were losing no time demanding drastically increased police state authority, such as intrusive email surveillance, plus powers which allow them to arrest and jail someone indefinitely without charges or trial. If you have not yet read this article, please take a moment to do so now -- NEWS2055.

Now, let us examine some of the frenzied calls for police state authority which have occurred since this second bombing. Notice the sweeping powers for which the British police are asking. We have changed the format of the paragraphs below to a numbered format for easier reading. Take note of the authoritarian crackdown proposal against Internet sites. White Islamic terrorists have made extensive use of the Internet, these proposed new rules can be applied to any "extremist", religious or otherwise.

NEWS BRIEF: "Police ask for tough new powers: PM told of need for three-month detention of suspects and crackdown on websites", The Guardian (London), July 22, 2005

"Police last night told Tony Blair that they need sweeping new powers to counter the terrorist threat, including:

1) "the right to detain a suspect for up to three months without charge instead of the current 14 days."

2) "Senior officers also want powers to attack and close down websites."

3) "A new criminal offence of using the internet to prepare acts of terrorism, to 'suppress inappropriate internet usage'."

4) "make it a criminal offence for suspects to refuse to cooperate in giving the police full access to computer files by refusing to disclose their encryption keys."

5) "The police would also like to see much clearer information given to the public about the threat level, the creation of a specialist border security agency and further discussions about the use of phone tap evidence in terrorist cases."

"The Association of Chief Police Officers published its list of 11 further changes in the law it wants after meeting Mr Blair and security services chiefs yesterday."

As if to emphasize the "threat" posed by terrorists using the Internet, this story appeared:

NEWS BRIEF: "British jihad site threatens more attacks", Israel Insider, July 22, 2005

Last January, radical jihad preacher Omar Bakri Muhammad told listeners to join al-Qaeda and attack the U.K.; the same chat room has reopened with new threats of future bomb attacks after a period of radio silence following the London terror attacks of July 7. Bakri told listeners, 'I believe the whole of Britain has become Dar ul-Harb ('Land of War'). The kuffar ('non-believer') has no sanctity for their own life or property'. He continued: 'The jihad is halal ('permissible') for the Muslims wherever they are, the whole ummah ('Muslim community') wherever they are'."

Even Australian officials were jumping into the act of demanding more authoritarian powers to counter these "incredible" threats.

NEWS BRIEF: "Jail the dealers", The Daily Telegraph, July 22, 2005

"INCITING people to commit acts of terror would be punishable by jail under post-London terror laws which Bob Carr wants introduced in Australia. This could include the sale of terror books – such as those uncovered by The Daily Telegraph this week."

The term, "inciting to commit acts of terror" can be a very subjective label, wide open as to what constitutes such "incitement". Obviously, an Islamic cleric urging his followers during a prayer service to attack "infidel" targets wherever they may be found is guilty of "incitement". Also obviously, any book or tract which similarly urges such an attack is guilty of incitement.

However, what about a person who merely complains -- even bitterly -- about an injustice, without urging any specific action. Is he guilty of "incitement"? How about a person who merely points out what the Bible teaches on a particular matter? Is his views now to be considered "incitement"? These issues are paramount as authorities rush to pass laws which are very vague in their furthermost application. History is full of laws whose later application proved far different from the original intent -- the infamous "Roe vs Wade" abortion decision is a good example, for it has been pushed far beyond the original intent to its present state where "abortion on demand" is now legal throughout virtually the entire term of pregnancy.

Let us now go back to this article in The Daily Telegraph for more information. Notice the reference here to an even more ambiguous term, "indirect incitement to commit terrorism".

"In his first public appearance since returning from London, the (New South Wales) Premier said he was going through British terror laws "line by line" to determine how they could apply here. He had written to Prime Minister John Howard asking him to consider the new laws which include offences of'"indirect incitement to commit terrorism". (Ibid.)

Politicians pursuing a hidden agenda almost always favor ambiguous wording, for that serves their purpose later on when they bring their hidden agenda to the surface, much to the shock and chagrin of their people. Vague wording is so very dangerous - yet, panicked citizens never seem to catch on.

III. New York City jumped on the terrorist bandwagon, ordering a physical check of passengers riding their subway system.

NEWS BRIEF: "New York Police Launch Random Checks of Bags Entering Subway", AP Breaking News, July 22, 2005

"NEW YORK (AP) - Alarmed by a new round of mass transit attacks in London, police in New York have begun random searches of bags and packages brought into the city's vast subway system and elsewhere. The inspections started on a small scale Thursday in Manhattan and were to be expanded during Friday morning's rush hour - a development welcomed by some commuters ... Officers, some with bomb-sniffing dogs, will stop people carrying bags as they enter subways, buses and ferries at various points in the city, police said. Anyone who refuses a search will be turned away, and those caught carrying drugs or other contraband could be arrested.

"Police officials said they had considered taking the measure to thwart bombings for the past three years. Two terrorist attacks on transit targets in London forced their hand ... On Thursday, a cluster of officers was seen stopping five men over a 15-minute period as they entered the subway in Union Square at evening rush hour. In each instance, the officers peered briefly into their bags, then waved them through."

Some people and organizations were not so supportive of these new security measures.

"The New York Civil Liberties Union warned that the new measures violate basic rights and could invite racial or religious profiling. 'The plan is not workable and will not make New Yorkers more secure but will inconvenience them as police go about finding a needle in a haystack', NYCLU executive director Donna Lieberman said. New York's subways carry about 4.5 million passengers on the average weekday, according to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The system, the largest in the country, has more than 468 stations, most of which have multiple entrances, and during rush hours the flood of humanity in and out of key stations can be overwhelming. William K. Williams, a 56-year-old Manhattan resident who rides the train every day, said the searches would frustrate New Yorkers. 'Sometimes you need to get to an appointment, you're running late and a cop stops you to delay you even further? That's going to create a mess', said Williams." (Ibid.)

Some New Yorkers were so angry over this newly intrusive system of searches that they took matters into their own hands.

NEWS BRIEF: "NYers to NYPD: 'I Do Not Consent to Being Searched' ", by Chisun Lee, The Village Voice, July 21, 2005

"Reacting to the NYPD's announcement Thursday afternoon that police would randomly—but routinely—search the bags of commuters, one concerned New Yorker quickly created a way for civil libertarians to make their views black-and-white. In a few outraged moments, local immigrant rights activist Tony Lu designed t-shirts bearing the text, 'i do not consent to being searched'."

I know the disposition of New Yorkers very well, and understand that many of them will not-so-pleasantly react to a police "request" to search their bags, especially if they are running late to go to work or to meet an appointment -- a very typical scenario with most New York residents. The next quote from this article speaks to this reality and to the reality of the conflict with law that this new search measure may provoke.

"Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly had announced the legally obvious—that New Yorkers are free to decline a search and 'turn around and leave'. But Lu, who is a lawyer at Urban Justice Center, warned that even well-intentioned cops could interpret people's natural nervousness or anger as 'reasonable suspicion'. The possibility of unjustified interrogation and even arrest is real, Lu said." (Ibid.)

Once again, those who know the nature of New Yorkers will realize that this "misinterpretation" could erupt many times daily if the police become intrusive or if they significantly delay the passage of significant numbers of passengers. New York citizens are always in a hurry and many of them seemingly always run late.

Remember the concern of the ACLU that racial profiling might become routine? This Urban Justice Center lawyer agreed.

"Although police promised they would not engage in racial profiling, Lu said that, as with all street-level policing, people of color and poor immigrants would be particularly vulnerable, especially if encounters lead to arrests." (Ibid.)

As many more municipalities adopt similarly tough measures, the life of the average citizen is going to be more and more controlled and inhibited by official measures and by local police departments. The key to getting these types of measures widely adopted, not only by New York, but also by Peoria, is more terrorist attacks, not only in America and Great Britain, but also in Europe and beyond.

This next story speaks to this part of the plan very well.

IV. Suddenly, the phantom global terror group, "Al-Qaeda", issued a strong terror warning against Europe. European leaders should take this warning seriously, for the Plan calls for just such bloody terror attacks against cities.

This threat is wrapped around the demand that European troops leave Iraq, which is consistent with the unofficial belief in England that London was hit because British troops had participated in the Iraqi invasion and are continuing to fight guerilla warfare in southern Iraq.

NEWS BRIEF: "Al-Qaeda issues bloody warning", News24 (South Africa), 19 July 2005

"Dubai - The al-Qaeda terror network warned European nations to pull their troops out of Iraq within a month or face more attacks like the London bombings, according to an internet statement'. This message is the final warning to European states. We want to give you a one-month deadline to bring your soldiers out from the land of Mesopotamia (Iraq)', said the statement signed by al-Qaeda group the Brigades Abu Hafs al-Masri and dated July 16. After August 15, 'there will be no more messages, just actions that will be engraved on the heart of Europe. It will be a bloody war in the service of God', said the statement, the authenticity of which could not be verified."

"A statement issued in the name of the 'Europe Division' of the same al-Qaeda group claimed responsibility for the July 7 bombings on London's public transport system which killed at least 56 people and wounded around 700. The same group also claimed the 2004 train bombings in Madrid and the 2003 attacks in Istanbul."

This "threat" was seized upon by Mass Media organizations, which somberly reported it as "news". Even DEBKAfile reported it, along with analysis demonstrating the logical nature of this threat and how it could actually be carried out.

However, Cutting Edge readers have known since 1998 that terrorism in the cities represented the final thrust of the Plan to throw the world into such disarray that democratically elected, constitutionally-restricted governments could be dissolved. Read NEWS1336 (Posted May, 1998) and NEWS1509 (Posted June, 2001, 12 weeks before the attacks of 9/11). Terrorism in the cities has been planned for a very, very long time as one of the major events which would complete the overthrow of the Old World Order so the New World Order can be implemented and its "Christ" brought to the world scene.

Therefore, European leaders had better prepare as best they can for an extremely sophisticated series of attacks in numerous cities. But, the phantom "Al-Qaeda" will have nothing to do with it, except to be pawns of the same Illuminist forces which created the two symbols found on the back of the American One Dollar Bill. V. Before we leave the subject of the original London attacks on July 7, let us review some very important information which came to light last week. (These stories all appeared prior to the second attack on July 21.)

NEWS BRIEF: "British spy units will keep tabs on Muslims", By Vikram Dodd in London, smh.com.au, July 21, 2005

"Special intelligence units are being planned across Britain to monitor Muslims so authorities can collect "community by community" knowledge of where extremism is building up. The squads, to be known as Muslim contact units and staffed by Special Branch officers, will be set up in areas including Yorkshire, in north-western England, and parts of the Midlands. After the London bombings police say they have little intelligence of what goes on in Muslim communities and urgently needs to increase it."

We shall have to wait to see how this situation plays out, for it seems ripe for "racial profiling". However, as we proceed down this news article, we can see that the real reason for this new unit was to crack down upon "extremism" within the Muslim community; remember our revelation in last week's newsletter that both Prince Charles and Prime Minister Tony Blair attacked "extremism" and "extremists" in nearly the same breath. Extremists of all stripes are under attack as never before. Listen now to this next segment of the news article.

"The British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, has met moderate British Muslim leaders and agreed on a task force to produce measures to tackle extremism. The establishment of the special units is one of the first concrete counter-terrorist measure to emerge since the London bombings. The units will have language skills and seek detailed knowledge of the dynamic of Islamic communities in their areas. They will fulfil two roles, helping protect Muslim communities from Islamophobic abuse and attacks, while also gathering intelligence on extremist activity." (Ibid.)

Today, the "next shoe" finally dropped on this issue of extremism, as this most concerning article appeared in The Guardian. If you read closely, you might feel the noose tightening on Fundamental Christians, who are classified as "extremists" by a growing number of people.

NEWS BRIEF: "In the name of God: Blair has appeased and prevaricated. Now, as the death cult strikes again, he must oust religion from public life", by Polly Toynbee, The Guardian (London), July 22, 2005

"Two weeks on, London is stricken once more. The death cult strikes again, unstoppable in its deranged religious mania. This time no deaths but a savage reminder of the unknown waves of demented killers lining up to murder in the name of God ... The security services have already revealed that they know absolutely nothing ... apologists or explainers for these young men can expect short shrift. This is not about poverty, deprivation or cultural dislocation of second-generation immigrants. There is plenty of that and it is passive. Iraq is the immediate trigger, but this is about religious delusion."

"All religions are prone to it, given the right circumstances ... the whole of Christendom has been at times bent on wiping out heathens. Jewish zealots in their settlements crazily claim legal rights to land from the Old Testament. Some African Pentecostal churches harbour sects of torturing exorcism and child abuse. Muslims have a very long tradition of jihadist slaughter. Sikhs rose up to stop a play that exposed deformities of abuse within their temples. Buddhism too has its sinister wing. See how far-right evangelicals have kidnapped US politics and warped its secular, liberal founding traditions. Intense belief, incantations, secrecy and all-male rituals breed perversions and danger, abusing women and children and infecting young men with frenzy, no matter what the name of the faith."

If you carefully analyze what this editorialist is saying, Fundamental Christians will find much about which to be concerned. Remember, the Bible foretells that genuine Christians will suffer much persecution in the End of the Age. When you realize we have been dumped into the mix of crazed Muslim extremists, Sikhs, Buddhist's 'sinister wing', and localized African Pentecostal Churches who practice child abuse, you can see the outlines of the persecution yet to come.

This article then goes on to paint Fundamentalist preacher, Ian Paisley, with the intolerance brush.

"Moderates of these faiths may be as gentle as the carefully homogenised Thought for the Day preachers. But other equally authentic voices of religion, the likes of Ian Paisley or Omar Bakri Muhammad, represent a virulent intolerance that is airbrushed out by an official intellectual conspiracy to pretend that religion is always or mainly beneficent. History suggests otherwise."

Ian Paisley has been regularly vilified in our press, but I have personally heard him preach a Gospel that is pure and unerring, and have studied him enough to know that he is simply an outspoken preacher of the Word, vigorously combating both Roman Catholicism in Ireland and the British government in London.

Now, let us return to this editorial, for the author is about ready to come to some conclusions.

"It is time now to get serious about religion - all religion - and draw a firm line between the real world and the world of dreams. Tony Blair has taken entirely the wrong path. He has appeased, prevaricated and pretended, maybe because he is a man of faith himself, with a Catholic wife who consorts with crystals. But never was it more important to separate the state from all faiths and relegate all religion to the private - but well-regulated - sphere." (Ibid.)

This concept that the state should banish all religion from the public sphere is a call for the state to crack down on all practices of religion not compatible with its goals and strategies -- a lifting up of the state over religion, a situation which our Founding Fathers found repugnant. They wanted the state to completely stay away from regulating any part of religion, realizing that the power to regulate a portion is the power to regulate the whole. That practice will lead to dictatorship in a hurry.

VII. As Jewish anti-disengagement protestors failed miserably in their first major confrontation with the Israeli Defense Force, Prime Minister Sharon is said to be contemplating whether he should begin the official withdrawal from the Gaza Strip earlier than the day after Tish B'Av (9th of Av) commemoration.

First, let us review the protest failure:

NEWS BRIEF: "Foes of Gaza pullout concede when their protest fizzles", Houston Chronicle, July 21, 2005

"JERUSALEM - Gaza pullout opponents admitted defeat late Wednesday in what they hoped would be their most formidable protest yet — and began going home without completing a desert march to reinforce Jewish settlers. The movement appeared increasingly chaotic as the date for Israel's withdrawal nears ... Around midnight, after a third hot day of fruitless negotiations with police and the military, organizers told the crowd that buses awaited to take them home if they wanted to leave, signaling the end of the demonstration ... Bentsi Lieberman, settlers' council head, told more than 10,000 followers — surrounded by twice that many security forces — that their plans for a mass march were over. Buses began taking some demonstrators away, while others hunkered down under the stars.

"The withdrawal opponents suffered another blow when parliament overwhelmingly rejected a last-ditch proposal to delay by a year the scheduled mid-August withdrawal from Gaza and four West Bank settlements. 'It proved that the government, the Knesset and the public support the disengagement', Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said. As the vote came, the would-be marchers baked in the blaring summer sun for the third day in Kfar Maimon. About 20,000 police and soldiers were stationed to prevent them from marching to Gaza."

Sharon was so smart to ensure that the Knesset was voting on the disengagement delay at the same time this major protest was getting underway. The margin of defeat for the proposal to delay the beginning of the withdrawal must have literally "let the air out of the tires" of the protestors. Faced with 20,000 IDF soldiers, most of whom had been handpicked for this moment, most of the 10,000 protestors began to go home.

While some leaders of the protest movement vowed the next day that they would be back, many observers believed that Prime Minister Sharon suddenly had no meaningful opposition to withdrawal. Perhaps this is the reason behind this next news article.

NEWS BRIEF: "Israel may bring forward Gaza pull-out to foil opponents", The Scotsman, 22 July 2005

"ISRAEL may bring forward the date of its withdrawal from Gaza to outrun far-right efforts to derail it, officials said yesterday, hours after the government prevailed in a three-day test of wills with thousands of opponents of the pull-back. Ehud Olmert, the deputy prime minister, told Israel Radio: 'This confrontation saps a great deal of energy, disrupts the lives of all the country's residents and doesn't lead to any advantage'. He raised the prospect of speeding up the withdrawal, scheduled for mid-August. Legislation passed on Wednesday enables the government to start the withdrawal whenever it chooses."

Prime Minister Sharon must have felt so emboldened by the government's success over the protestors that he seemingly set out to "prove" that he was just as much a hardliner as the protestors, minus any belief that the Bible gave all the land to the Jews. Listen:

"The fundamentalist protesters oppose any relinquishing of territory they consider to be part of the biblical Land of Israel. They have managed to make Mr Sharon look like a moderate in comparison to them ... But yesterday Mr Sharon's own uncompromising agenda re-emerged and he reinforced suspicions that the unilateral Gaza withdrawal is intended to consolidate Israel's annexation of the occupied West Bank, which Palestinians see as the heartland of their future state. During a visit to a settlement, deep inside the West Bank, Mr Sharon said Israel would keep it forever and expand construction in its surrounding area."

After the Gaza Strip is stripped of all Jewish settlers, Sharon will begin the process to withdraw all settlers from the West Bank. That is the plan.

VIII. President Bush unexpectedly announced his candidate to replace Sandra Day O'Connor on the Supreme Court. Since the nominee has such a meager judicial record from which we can gauge his future performance on the High Court, both sides of the ensuing debate found support for their position.

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush picks jurist for top court, calls for a 'dignified' process: Lauds Roberts for 'wisdom' ", The Boston Globe, July 20, 2005

"WASHINGTON-- President Bush last night announced the nomination of John Glover Roberts Jr., an affable conservative who sits on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, to the Supreme Court ... Bush presented Roberts to the nation in a brief prime-time appearance last night, saying his choice was a man of 'extraordinary accomplishment and ability. He has a good heart. He has the qualities Americans expect in a justice: experience, wisdom, fairness, and civility. He has a profound respect for the rule of law and liberties guaranteed to every citizen'."

While many people were expecting Bush to appoint his old friend, Attorney General Gonzales, to the Supreme Court, the President literally pulled a surprise out of his hat. By nominating a relatively unknown jurist to the Supreme Court, the President virtually guarantees the the Senate will have no grounds on which to deny his nomination, thus seemingly assuring Robert's confirmation.

The President touted Robert's Conservatism.

"Roberts, who also received a bachelor's degree from Harvard, is a veteran lawyer and a widely respected legal thinker who has argued more than three dozen cases before the Supreme Court ... And with less than two years on the bench, Roberts's portfolio lacks a string of high-profile rulings that would give critics a clear paper trail delineating his views on social issues such as abortion or affirmative action. Bush said Roberts is widely respected by both Republicans and Democrats. ''In my meetings with Judge Roberts I have been deeply impressed. He will strictly apply the constitution and laws and not legislate from the bench', Bush said."

By making this statement, President Bush affirmed a long-standing wrong-headed belief that "Liberal" judges appointed by Democrat Presidents are the ones responsible for "legislating from the bench". This is a misunderstanding put in the minds of too many people by the slick propaganda machine which has served the White House well.

As we report in NEWS2031 and NEWS2038, Supreme Court judges nominated by Republican presidents have been "legislating from the bench" ever since the 1963 High Court decision to throw God out of the Public Schools, followed by the 1973 Roe vs Wade decision which has killed 50 million babies in the womb, followed by the Sodomy legalization ruling of 2003, and followed by the judicial murder of Terri Schiavo in 2005.

Truly, Adolf Hitler was correct when he said, "Truth is not what is; truth is what people think it is"; and when he said, "What luck for rulers that people do not think."

Roberts was immediately touted as a Conservative.

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush's Supreme Court Choice Is Conservative - but Not Too Conservative", AP Breaking News, July 20, 2005

"WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush tilted young and conservative with Judge John G. Roberts, filling his first Supreme Court vacancy with a 50-year-old jurist who could leave an indelible right-leaning imprint on the nation's judiciary. With Republicans controlling the White House and the Senate, the president sought to reward his conservative supporters with a Supreme Court nominee positioned to the right of the political center. The only question was how far to the right he would go. The answer, it appears, is far enough to please his hard-line conservative base, but not much farther ..."

"Democrats acknowledged privately that Roberts' thin record does not lend itself easily to attack, though they are troubled particularly about his views on abortion. There will be a fight, they predicted, but it will probably not be epic ... Conservative leaders who helped elect Bush made it clear this was payback time: They wanted a nominee with a long and clear record of social conservatism who could tip the court to the right on abortion, gay rights, prayer in schools and other hot-button issues. They got what they wanted - to a point ..."

Operation Rescue expressed their satisfaction with Roberts.

NEWS BRIEF: "Operation Rescue Supports Bush’s Choice of John G. Roberts for US Supreme Court", Operation Rescue, July 21, 2005

"Washington DC – President George W. Bush has chosen John G. Roberts to succeed Sandra Day O’Connor to the US Supreme Court. Operation Rescue supports this selection. Roberts has shown strong conservative credentials with indications that he will not uphold Roe v. Wade, the 1973 case that decriminalized abortion. Roberts coauthored a 1990 legal brief that stated, 'The court’s conclusion in Roe that there is a fundamental right to an abortion … finds no support in the text, structure or history of the Constitution'.”

We at Cutting Edge certainly hope this statement is true: we hope that this jurist appointed by a Skull & Bones President will, indeed, vote to overturn Roe vs Wade, but we have seen too many instances over the past two decades where Conservatives have been disappointed in the actual voting record of Justices, to gain any satisfaction at this point in time from Roberts' nomination.

One secular Conservative put matters in perspective, warning us that all may not be well with this nominee -- note the plethora of facts.

NEWS BRIEF: "Fight -- From The Right -- Coulter Says Bush's Pick Is Wrong", Drudge Report, July 20, 2005

"We don’t know much about John Roberts. Stealth nominees have never turned out to be a pleasant surprise for conservatives. Never. Not ever... Oh, yeah...we know he's argued cases before the supreme court. big deal; so has Larry Flynt's attorney'. So declares conservative columnist Ann Coulter in a new dispatch set for release ... 'It means nothing that Roberts wrote briefs arguing for the repeal of Roe v. Wade when he worked for Republican administrations. He was arguing on behalf of his client, the United States of America. Roberts has specifically disassociated himself from those cases, dropping a footnote to a 1994 law review article that said:

"This would have been the legal equivalent, after O.J.'s acquittal, of Johnnie Cochran saying, 'hey, I never said the guy was innocent. I was just doing my job'."

When Operation Rescue offered their unqualified support for Roberts, on the basis of his arguing to the High Court against Abortion, did they know that Roberts had placed this footnote in the 1994 law review article which examined this case? If this is true, then a Justice Roberts cannot be depended upon to deliver a vote to overturn Roe vs Wade!

As Ann Coulter stated, "Stealth nominees have never turned out to be a pleasant surprise for conservatives. Never. Not ever."

Remember this: the Illuminati will not allow their most prized "victories" to be overturned, and they have considered Roe vs Wade to be one of their finest achievements. Even if Roberts would be allowed to vote to overturn Roe vs Wade, enough other votes on the bench would be assured to keep Abortion On Demand" the law of the land.

Ann Coulter continues with her warnings:

"And it makes no difference that conservatives in the White House are assuring us Roberts can be trusted. We got the exact same assurances from officials working for the last president Bush about David Hackett Souter. I believe their exact words were, 'Read our lips; Souter's a reliable conservative'." (Ibid.)

The nomination of Souter to the High Court by President Bush, Sr., was one of those defining moments when Conservatives generally, and Christian Conservatives specifically, trusted the words of a Skull & Bones President. Now that we have reassuring words from this present Skull & Bones Chief Executive, are we supposed to be encouraged?

Coulters concludes on a note we would be advised to heed. This nominee is too bland, has too much of a vanilla record, to warrant us putting our full support behind him just yet.

"Finally, lets ponder the fact that Roberts has gone through 50 years on this planet without ever saying anything controversial. That’s just unnatural. If a smart and accomplished person goes this long without expressing an opinion, they'd better be pursuing the Miss America title." (Ibid.)

Has this judge of "less than two years on the bench" been groomed to take this position, his lack of judicial record guaranteeing that the President could get his man past both the Conservatives and the Democrats? Only time will tell.

IX. Events in Iraq continued to explode in a bloody mess.

NEWS BRIEF: "Over 110 dead in Iraqi bombing blitz", ABC News Online, 18 July 2005

"More than 110 Iraqis have been killed and 300 wounded in a three-day suicide bombing blitz. The deadliest attack came on Saturday evening in the small town of Al-Musayyib, 60 kilometres south of the capital, where at least 71 were killed and 150 wounded. A suicide bomber drove a stolen truck full of liquefied gas onto the central square, opened its valves, and blew himself up, setting off a firestorm that torched 20 cars and set shops and buildings ablaze. Many victims were charred beyond recognition ... The attack was followed up within seconds by a mortar attack on the area."

Insurgents are showing more and more brazen sophistication in their tactics. In past months, they have shifted from attacking American soldiers as their primary target, zeroing instead upon Iraqi citizens -- both Shi'ite worshippers and Iraqis cooperating with the Americans, i.e., police and military recruits.

The words, "civil war" was on everyone's lips.

"Several MPs warned that the current wave of attacks could push the country into civil war. Saturday's attack appeared to target Shiites with local residents widely blaming Sunni Arab insurgents." (Ibid.)

A civil war in Iraq would undercut the goal of the Bush Administration to establish a post-war democratic Iraq based upon a secular constitution. In fact, the unremitting violence is severely undercutting the ability of the new Iraqi government to write a new constitution. In fact, insurgents have successfully zeroed in on the few Sunni leaders who agreed to participate in the writing of the new constitution: they killed some of them.

NEWS BRIEF: "Eight killed in suicide attack: 4 Sunnis quit constitution body", Dawn International News, July 21, 2005

"BAGHDAD, July 20: A suicide bomber blew himself up outside an army recruiting centre in Baghdad on Wednesday, killing at least eight people, as four Sunni Arab members of a commission tasked with drafting a new constitution resigned after two of their colleagues were murdered ... Reacting to the killings Tuesday of two Sunni Arabs tasked with drafting the new constitution, four Sunni Arabs on the commission announced they were pulling out. Mr Dhamin Hussein and Aziz Ibrahim were gunned down in Baghdad by unidentified gunmen and were among 15 prominent Sunni Arabs from outside parliament invited to work on the panel drafting the document. A third Sunni Arab was also killed, though he was acting as an advisor to the constitution-drafting committee and was not a member as originally announced ..."

Insurgent leadership has just thrown down the gauntlet, warning all Sunni citizens that they will die if they cooperate with the Americans in any fashion. Iraq may be entering a new phase of even more extreme instability.

X. The British government lent crucial support for the new International Court system when it announced that it was going to try soldiers accused of Iraqi war crimes according to the International Criminal Court Act.

NEWS BRIEF: "Crushing blow for army's good name: Military chiefs furious at betrayal by politicians as prosecutions raise fears of further damage to soldiers' confidence and reputation", The Guardian (London), July 20, 2005

"The decision, announced by the attorney general late last night, to prosecute British soldiers for war crimes under the International Criminal Court Act, is a crushing blow for an army known and respected worldwide for its peacekeeping prowess and discipline. ... During the debate, Field Marshal the Lord Inge, a former chief of the defence staff, said he dreaded the possibility that British servicemen would be tried by the ICC, warning that any such prosecution would undermine faith in the armed services' chains of command ... The defence staff were assured by ministers that the ICC statute would have no impact on British soldiers ..."

At a critically important moment in history, the International Criminal Court is receiving a huge boost of support for the concept that all nations of the world are to be subject to the International Court. Just as National Sovereignty is destined for history's dust bin, so is the concept that a soldier is subject only to the laws of his particular nation when he is fighting on a battlefield. The world simply cannot have a global government until and unless National Sovereignty is abolished in all phases, including in the courtroom.

However, British officers are especially incensed that their soldiers would be subjected to international criminal law, when the United States and France are not.

"Moreover, the US refused to sign up to the ICC and the French obtained a "get out" clause for their troops. British soldiers, General Sir Mike Jackson, the head of the army, has insisted, are not above the law, but it may be galling for him to see his troops being dragged through the courts when so many others - including American troops - are getting off, the charges against those implicated in the Abu Ghraib prison scandal notwithstanding." (Ibid.)

As we get closer to the time when a global government will take its planned place on the international stage, a vigorous International Criminal Court will be absolutely essential. This British decision to subject its soldiers to international criminal law, if carried out, may be seen as a crucial moment of time when the global court system was finally legitimized in the minds of the average world citizen.

Watch this case as it develops. If these British soldiers are tried according to international law, you may know that the time is close for the implementation of the New World Order.

Some of the experiences of this book are very touching, but the experience of my own precious, sainted mother, Joanna M. Shaw, is so closely related to my own that my heart is greatly moved whenever I think of her life and death. She was born in Ohio, Dec. 28, 1835; died in Lake Co., Indiana, near Crown Point, March 11, 1867.

Her father's family, including eight children, moved to Lake Co., Indiana, in the spring of 1845.

"During the winter of 1847 Rev. H. B. Ball, of the Methodist Church, held a revival meeting in the community in the new log church, when many were converted, and one night during this revival meeting," writes her brother, Rev. R. H. Sanders, of Laport, Indiana, "after listening to a sermon preached from the text, ' One sinner destroyeth much good' (Eccl. 9:8), and while they were singing,

I knelt at the old-fashioned mourner's bench. Your mother knelt by my side, and together we sought and found the Savior. After that we often sang,

I feel she is still singing it above, and I below. While I write, her spirit seems very near me; and I can almost hear her as then, singing,

Your mother's was a very clear conversion, as well as my own. I do not think she ever doubted it. Her life was a very exemplary one; she seemed to possess her soul in patience, having abiding faith in God, from whom she also received great consolation. Knowing her life as I did, I do not wonder that, though death came suddenly and apparently without warning, it found her ready. As nearly as I can remember, the circumstances as related by your father to me are about these:

"She had been suffering for a few days with a cold, but nothing serious was anticipated. She arose in the morning, but soon complained of dizziness and either fell, or was about to fall, when your father helped her to the bed, where for a few moments she remained unconscious, or apparently so. Then, reviving, she opened her eyes and said to him, "I am going to heaven. Bring up the children in the fear of the Lord, and meet me there. And now, good-by," when she again became unconscious, and her spirit fled to be with Jesus; and yet, as I verily believe, to linger near and woo us heavenward."

Uncle is a member of the Northwest Indiana Conference of the M. E. Church, and has preached the gospel for nearly forty years. A great many have been saved through his influence. He was in his fourteenth year, and mother in her twelfth, when they were made new creatures in Christ.

She was married when quite young, and I was the first-born of her five children. My earliest recollection of my mother was when she knelt by my little trundle bed at night, and taught me to say,

The first seed of divine truth was planted in my heart at that time. How well do I remember the heart stings and the dark cloud that came over our humble little country home the morning that mother left us. We all wept as though our hearts would break. How the cross words and unkind actions that I had given her haunted me night and day until her prayers were answered. And how I cried to mother's God for mercy; and my sins against mother and God were forever swept away by the blood of Christ.

Words can never describe my thankfulness for being able to say that I never saw my mother angry or out of patience. I often saw her in tears, weeping over my disobedience, and other sins of the family. I have often knelt by her grave and wept for joy while thanking God for her holy life and example. Often in revival meetings I have been melted to tears while relating her dying words and how her godly influence led to my salvation.
