Mayor Bloomberg is attempting to establish his own dictatorship. First, a Federal Judge struck down Bloomberg's "Stop and Frisk" policy. NEWS BRIEF: "NY ‘stop & frisk’ policy violates minorities’ rights, US Constitution - Federal Judge", Russia Today News, 8/12/2013 "A US Federal Judge found that stop-and-search tactics used by the New York Police Department have violated the constitutional rights of tens of thousands of citizens and are racist ... Judge Shira A. Scheindlin ruled that police officers have been systematically stopping innocent people in the street without any objective evidence that they had been committing an offence. Cops usually searched young black and Latino men for weapons or drugs before letting them go. " " The ruling follows a more-than-two-month non-jury trial. The 195 page decision found that in 88 percent of ‘stop and frisks’ the police ended up letting the person go without an arrest or a ticket. The judge said this percentage was so high it suggested there was no credible reason to suspect someone of criminality in the first place." This tactic is commonly used in Absolute Dictatorships, like Nazi Germany and Russia's Communist government. But, in America, our Constitution forbids such police tactics, requiring the police to have a reasonable belief that a crime is being committed by the citizen being searched. However, remember, the Illuminati has an Absolute Dictatorship planned for America, and soon. Therefore, why not test this tactic in America's largest city which has always experienced high crime rate. The judge continued: "She found that the stop-and-frisk-episodes had demonstrated a widespread disregard for the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable searches and seizures by the government, and also violated the 14th Amendment, which addresses citizens’ equal rights and protection under the law, regardless of their race or ethnicity. " Furthermore, the Judge has so little faith in Mayor Bloomberg's willingness to comply that she is putting him on a very short legal leash. "Scheindlin also ruled that she would designate an outside lawyer, Peter L. Zimroth, a former corporate counsel and prosecutor in the Manhattan district attorney’s office, to monitor the NYPD’s compliance with the Constitution. This will leave the New York police under a degree of judicial control that will doubtless shape policing policies under the next mayor." Outraged, Republican Mayor Bloomberg immediately announced that he is appealing Judge Scheindlin's commonsense ruling. NEWS BRIEF: "NYC files appeal to fight stop-and-frisk ruling", Russia Today News, August 16, 2013 "Officials in New York City took the first step on Friday towards appealing a federal judge’s ruling from earlier this week in which the police department was told to reform its controversial stop-and-frisk practices ... Mayor Michael Bloomberg immediately contested the court’s decision, saying of Scheindlin, 'What does she know about policing? Absolutely zero. Your safety and the safety of your kids is now in the hands of some woman who does not have the expertise to do it', Mayor Bloomberg said in defense of the program. " All discerning Americans should be outraged by this flippant defense of a policy which anyone familiar with our Constitution should know is illegal. If the Judge had wanted to "know" about this type of policing, she should have contacted the old Russian KGB or the Nazi SS. These police departments knew a lot about enforcing the kind of strong-arm police tactics which the New York City Mayor is so fond. The Mayor is clearing refusing to abide by the Constitution and if he is allowed to get away with this illegal 'stop-and-frisk' policy, our Constitution will be badly eroded away. Of course, the Elite have long complained that the Constitution has stoutly resisted their efforts to impose a dictatorship on America. New World Order authors have explored ways in which the Constitution could be eroded away, bit by bit over a period of time. This gradual erosion tactic is clearly what Mayor Bloomberg has in mind when he implemented this 'stop-and-frisk' policy. Mayor Bloomberg is also aggressively moving to confiscate guns. NEWS BRIEF: "Mayor Bloomberg reveals largest gun seizure ever in New York", Russia Today News, August 19, 2013 "New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday that his administration has successfully carried out the largest gun seizure in the city’s history. At a Monday morning press conference, Mayor Bloomberg and Police Department Commissioner Ray Kelly announced that authorities in New York have managed to indict and arrest 19 individuals believed responsible for running an illegal gun pipeline from North and South Carolina to NYC along the Interstate 95 corridor." "As the result of an undercover investigation, Bloomberg said city officials netted the largest gun bust ever to come out of New York, collecting more than 250 illegal firearms, including high capacity assault weapons, a fully automatic machine gun and guns that are commonly used in violent crimes across the city. 'There is no doubt that the seizure of these guns has saved lives', Mayor Bloomberg said at the press conference." The Mayor is focusing on the guns seized, not the fact that criminal elements were smuggling the guns. The Elite are trying to smudge the dividing line between illegal guns held by criminals versus legal guns owned by law-abiding average citizens. The Illuminati wants to seize guns owned by law-abiding citizens because history tells us that no Absolute Dictatorship has succeeded where citizens own their own guns.

II. In another shocking display of eroding the Constitution, the DHS has established "Constitution-free Zones" at our borders! American citizens crossing the Canadian or Mexican borders will discover they have no Constitutional rights to privacy or to protection from illegal searches and seizures. Within this fabricated ‘border’, the DHS can search your electronic belongings for no reason. We’re talking about no suspicion, no reasonable cause, nothing. No reason whatsoever is required under their own regulations. The DHS is now above the Constitution under their own rules..." When you couple this obvious callous disregard of a citizen's Constitutional rights with the stories about Mayor Bloomberg of New York City, you can see how far down the dictatorship abyss this once-great nation has fallen. Why can't masses of Americans get angry about anything anymore?
Constitutional rights and protections obviously did not stop this police-state type raid. NEWS BRIEF: "Texas Police Hit Organic Farm With Massive SWAT Raid - Held residents inside at gunpoint for at 30 minutes", Huffington Post, 8/15/2013 "A small organic farm in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a massive police action last week that included aerial surveillance, a SWAT raid and a 10-hour search. Members of the local police raiding party had a search warrant for marijuana plants, which they failed to find at the Garden of Eden farm. But farm owners and residents who live on the property told a Dallas-Ft. Worth NBC station that the real reason for the law enforcement exercise appears to have been code enforcement. The police seized '17 blackberry bushes, 15 okra plants, 14 tomatillo plants ... native grasses and sunflowers', after holding residents inside at gunpoint for at least a half-hour, property owner Shellie Smith said in a statement. The raid lasted about 10 hours, she said." ".. police didn't produce a warrant until two hours after the raid began, and officers shielded their name tags so they couldn't be identified. According to ABC affiliate WFAA, resident Quinn Eaker was the only person arrested -- for outstanding traffic violations." Talk about a screwed up mess! Texas police did not find any marijuana plants, which was the only complaint listed for the search warrant. These police seized numerous bushes, plants, grasses and sunflower seeds, none of which are illegal or a threat to national security. The only arrest was for a traffic violation. But, residents were held at gunpoint for at least 30 minutes and then had to endure 10 hours of a fruitless search. Yet, this police department felt it necessary to send militarized police SWAT units to this simple organic farm! At first glance, this seems to be unwarranted police intimidation tactics, consistent with the tactics from NYC Mayor Bloomberg and from DHS Constitution-free zones. America is being systematically turned into a police state and stories like these three are gradually conditioning undiscerning Americans into accepting these dictatorial methods.
There is one other factor at work here. The apparatus of the American government and of the Genetically Modified Foods Industry are being turned upon people who want to grow, sell and consume natural foods. In the last several years, we have seen government pressure on organic retailers, growers, raw milk producers, and so forth. We live in a time when government, and its ally, Big Business, are aggressively attempting to impose their own reality upon am increasingly resistant people.
These black Republicans are trying to prevent the gradual implementation of a dictatorship! This scenario is precisely what we have been discussing in these previous three news stories! These are the serious offenses which caused these black Republicans to file these charges: * "... the IRS’ scrutiny of tea party and conservative non-profits" * "... the president 'has covered up, delayed, impeded and obstructed the investigation of the Benghazi Battle'.” * "The National Security Agency’s surveillance program is another reason the black Republican group thinks the president should be removed." Unfortunately, these charges against the President are not sufficient to gather enough political support to ram through an actual impeachment of Barack Obama. But, I am encouraged to see that other leaders in America are seeing the same march to dictatorship which we have been chronicling for 17 years.
