I. Senate Democrats are optimistic they can reach a deal with Senate Republicans to solve government shutdown and debt ceiling issue.

But, will House Republican leadership support such a measure? They are currently writing their own bill.

What "hidden script" might be at work here?

NEWS BRIEF: "Government shutdown, debt limit deal close: But what if it falls through?", CBS News, October 15, 2013

"Two weeks after the government shut down and just days away from letting the nation risk default, Senate leaders on Monday sounded increasingly optimistic about the prospects of a deal to reopen the government and raise the debt limit ... sources tell CBS News would fund the government through Jan. 15 and raise the nation's borrowing authority through Feb. 15."

Never before in our history has our Federal Government been so consistently governed through one crisis after another. Outsiders looking in are appalled that our leaders cannot agree on thoughtful measures that govern our nation on a well-reasoned basis. Rather, our leaders seem content to pass deadlines that, once they are upon us, seem so draconian as to frighten every investor and every citizen.

Senate leaders of both parties can agree all they want on a bill to solve these two issues of funding the government and debt ceiling, but unless House leaders agree, Congress will have failed to solve this problem and America will go into debt default.

As of this writing, House Republican leaders are said to be writing their own bill and will insist that the Senate concur. I believe it highly likely that this script is written so as to force the government to default on our debts, and I base this belief on this news story.

NEWS BRIEF: "House Republicans Changed The Rules So A Majority Vote Couldn't Stop The Government Shutdown ", Huffington Post News, 10/13/2013

"In its effort to extract concessions from Democrats in exchange for opening the government, the GOP has faced a fundamental strategic obstacle: They don't have the votes. A majority of the members of the House have gone on record saying that if they were given the opportunity to vote, they would support what's known as a 'clean' continuing resolution to fund the government."

"They don't have the votes". That firm reality should translate into defeat from the Republicans who want to keep the government shut down. But, this minority of GOP members were crafty.

"So House Republican leaders made sure no such vote could happen. In the hours working up to the government shutdown on Sept. 30, Republican members of the House Rules Committee were developing a strategy to keep a clean CR off the floor, guaranteeing the government would remain shut down. Though at least 28 House Republicans have publicly said they would support a clean CR if it were brought to the floor -- enough votes for the government to reopen when combined with Democratic support -- a House rule passed just before the shutdown essentially prevents that vote from taking place."

This news article later states that this new rule was "quietly passed" and that the majority of congressmen on both sides of the political aisle were unaware of this new obstacle. If this is the case, then all of these congressmen who voted for a rule to which they were opposed should be impeached forthwith!

Therefore, it is possible, as of this writing, that the American government will continue to be shut down and will default on its debt. What will this particular crisis mean to us and to our economy? The answer to this question depends upon whom you are listening to.

II. Opinions differ widely as to the effect a continued government shutdown will have on our economy and upon the confidence people have in the American government.

Obama Administration experts warn of a serious, long-term effect.

NEWS BRIEF: "Lew Says Debt-Limit Stalemate Threatens Markets, Retirees", Bloomberg Financial News, 10/10/2013

"Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew warned that the congressional deadlock over the U.S. debt ceiling is 'beginning to stress the financial markets', and failing to raise it by Oct. 17 could put Social Security and Medicare payments at risk ... Medicare providers, Social Security beneficiaries, and veterans, as well as salaries for active-duty members of the military. A failure to raise the debt limit could put timely payment of all of these at risk.”

"Lew said an increase in borrowing costs due to Congress’s failure to raise the debt limit 'could not easily be undone and our actions would impact Americans for generations to come ... The United States is the 'anchor of the international financial system', he said. 'Other countries look to us for how to govern and how to maintain economic vitality'.”

The head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) views a default as "catastrophic".

NEWS BRIEF: "US Budget Battle: IMF's Christine Lagarde warns America's lawmakers they risk tipping world into recession", The Independent (London), 14 October 2013

"American lawmakers risk causing a “massive disruption the world over” that could tip the global economy into another recession if politics gets in the way of raising the country’s debt ceiling and the ongoing government shutdown remains unresolved, Christine Lagarde, the head of the International Monetary Fund, warned on Sunday as the US Senate became the focus of talks to end the budgetary deadlock in Washington."

However, other financial experts disagree, and vehemently so.

A Republican economic adviser calls the public fight over the debt ceiling just a "scare tactic"!

NEWS BRIEF: "Default Talk Is Just a 'Scare Tactic' ”, by Bryan Wesbury, Yahoo Finance, October 7, 2013

"First Trust Chief Economist Brian Wesbury says the president and treasury secretary are playing politics. 'In October we will take in more than $200 billion in tax receipts and we only owe $25 billion in interest payments', Wesbury explains. 'We will never default on a bond the U.S. has outstanding... this idea of default is a scare tactic'."

For the past ten days, we have been discussing the reality that a "government shutdown" is really a scare tactic, because 83% of the government is still operating, since the vast majority have been declared "essential".

Having said that "this idea of default is a scare tactic', Wesbury does state boldly that America does have a real problem, in that we have spent far more than we have taken in for decades. That is the real problem here, not government shutdown or raising the debt ceiling.

Wesbury then turns his attention to another scare term, "economic Armageddon".

"The market may be throwing a tantrum this morning but stocks are still up big for 2013. Missing the debt ceiling cut off would be Armageddon for politicians and those who count on the government on a monthly basis. That's exactly why Wesbury thinks President Obama will ultimately have to come to the table and negotiate a solution to the debt ceiling debate."

Ah, I see. The debt ceiling debate is really a politician's problem, not an economic one. Maybe that is why President Obama is signaling that he is ready to compromise on this issue.

I completely agree. Our worthless politicians need to "avoid going over the brink." In fact, that was the analogy Doc Marquis used when telling me of the Illuminati Plan to take the economy right up to the "brink" so that they could make the economic change they wanted, but he said they would never allow events to plunge this economy "over the brink". These politicians thoroughly agree with the preacher-man; luring people to chase the gods of Materialism and Prosperity is the best way to chill a man's heart toward Jesus, thus preparing him for Antichrist.

Remember C.A.F.R. -- $60 Trillion of Cash Assets

As we contemplate why this debt ceiling crisis may not be as much of a problem as politicians and mass media people are trumpeting, we must remember that America's towns and cities are collectively sitting on obver $60 Trillion of liquid assets. Do you remember C.A.F.R.?

These letters stand for "Comprehensive Annual Financial Report". Most people have never heard of these financial reports which all local and state governments must file. Go to Google, and type in 'C.A.F.R." You will be shocked to see almost 8 million entries pop up!

Let us explain further.

"There are over 85,000 local government Incs, each with their own revenue and investments. When looking at each, say Manhattan 1.2 Trillion, NY Throughway 31 billion, NJ State 384 billion, Orange County 21 billion, we have just listed 4 of the 85,000 and here is 1.636 trillion. Now think about the other 84,996 local government entities .... Local Governments total up to about 44 trillion, Federal to about 16 trillion. Total: 60 Trillion Dollars."

Did you know that all governments -- Local, State, and Federal -- have combined assets of $60 Trillion? The Doom and Gloom people who make a living plying their trade through fear do not want you to know these facts, because it means the United States is a lot more financially liquid than most people have ever realized.

Let us examine more statistics:

"Total personal income, 1999, from all people in the USA was 8.2 trillion dollars. (SOURCE: Note section of the; Federal Combined Financial Statement, Treasury Department, 1999; Ibid.))

" Approximate taxation both local and federal, 1999, 3.4 trillion dollars. Composite governments 'gross income',, (from) 'all sources', 8.5 trillion dollars." (Ibid.)

Is C.A.F.R. the most important reason that America has enough liquid cash that it can avoid defaulting on our national debt? I believe this is true, so if our government announces that it is defaulting on our outstanding debt, they are really telling us that they have decided NOT to dip into the $60 trillion cash reserve.

As of this writing, it does look as though House Republicans are determined to plunge the economy into default. Since this country has never, ever defaulted, no one can predict what will occur. The reality is that, while the economic impact may be limited, if enough average citizens are panicked, a terrible negative ripple will begin that will damage the economy still further.

Thank God I serve a God who urges me "Cast your burden on the Lord, releasing the weight of it and He will sustain you; He will never allow the consistently righteous to be moved, made to slip, fall, or fail." (Psalm 55:22)

Christianity should be a worry free relationship with our Creator. Times like these really put our faith to the test. In my mind, as I have contemplated Psalm 55:22, I have envisioned a great big old post stuck into the wall of my Dad's front porch on which we would hang our winter coats as we walked in from outside. We hung our coats on this coat post and released the weight of them. In like manner, God has promised us that, if we hang our problems on this old coat pole, He will sustain us, not allowing us to slip, fall, or fail.

III. What "hidden script" might be at work in this government shutdown and debt ceiling fiasco?

Remember the words of John D. Rockefeller:

"Never let a good crisis go to waste".

Never forget the words of the New Age author, Peter Lemesurier:

"Their script is now written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage-directions ... Most of the main actors ... have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise. The time for action will have come." ["The Armageddon Script", Ibid., p. 252]

Also remember the prophecy which foretells of the time at the End of the Age when the supreme ten rulers cooperate in a plan (a script) which fulfills all of God's prophecies?

"For God has put it into their hearts to carry out His own purpose by acting in harmony in surrendering their royal power and authority to the beast, until the prophetic words ... of God shall be fulfilled." (Revelation 17:17)

What might be some of the hidden Illuminati objectives in this crisis?

1) As we stated last week, the economy of the world is now functioning globally, just as both Prophecy and the Illuminati Plan envision. The time has now come for a global currency. Watch to see if a G-20 or G-8 conference is hurriedly called after America goes into default.

Last week, we quoted an article that China was calling for a "'de-Americanized' world". That word is code for "let us decouple the American Dollar from worldwide currencies". The Dollar would then no longer be the global currency. I do not think that any of the other existing currencies will be pegged as the new global currency; rather, I think a new currency altogether will be created.

Led by an outraged China, this conference will spawn a global currency!

At this moment, the economy foretold in Revelation 13:16-18, the cashless global economy that will operate only with the "Mark of the Beast", will be born.

At the moment the American Dollar stops being the practical global curreny, it becomes just the currency of a sovereign nation. Now that it is whittled down, the Dollar can be slowly manipulated so that it can meld into a new regional currency for the North American Union (Supernation #1 in the Club of Rome Plan)

2) The Tea Party faction of the Republican Party may be so thoroughly discredited that it is cast to the dustbin of history.

Polls show that Americans are blaming Democrats, Republicans and Tea Party Republicans for this morass. But, both Democrat and regular Republican are focusing their fire on the Tea Party. As one regular Republican said over the weekend that this entire crisis was thrust upon us because of 30-40 Tea Party Republican members. He said "800,000 federal government employees are unemployed today because of these 30-40 Congressmen".

Regular Republican leaders have always hated the Tea Party because it diluted their strength. Now, maybe they won't have to worry about this rascally Tea Party anymore.

3) One part of the Illuminati Plan is very interesting and possibly applicable to this scenario. Doc Marquis makes it quite plain in his DVD pictured above ("The Illuminati Is Fulfilling Bible Prophecy") that the Elite plan to create senseless crisis after crisis after crisis, so that, eventually, the average American citizen will become sick and tired, no, sick to death, of our current system of Constitutional government.

Government officials are to deliberately engage in behavior considered scandalous, or incompetent, or greedy, so often over decades, that the people begin to blame the system of government for continually producing these kinds of leaders.

Therefore, when the time arrives for the Illuminati to dissolve our Constitution, so they can institute a "benevolent" dictatorship, the average citizen will be so sick and tired of his current form of government that he/she will not strenuously object.

That is the ultimate plan and this financial scenario facing us may be part of discouraging Americans about keeping their government.
