I. The word has been leaked: Libya's strongman Qaddafi is so close to being deposed that the West is looking for a country to which he can go to exile!

Presidents Obama and Sarkozy and Prime Minister Cameroon have co-authored an editorial in the New York Times which should drive the last nail in the coffin for Gaddafi.

NEWS BRIEF: "U.S. and Allies Seek a Refuge for Qaddafi", The New York Times, April 16, 2011

"The Obama administration has begun seeking a country, most likely in Africa, that might be willing to provide shelter to Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi if he were forced out of Libya, even as a new wave of intelligence reports suggest that no rebel leader has emerged as a credible successor to the Libyan dictator. The intense search for a country to accept Colonel Qaddafi has been conducted quietly by the United States and its allies, even though the Libyan leader has shown defiance in recent days, declaring that he has no intention of yielding to demands that he leave his country ...."

This article then states that one of the main reasons Qaddafi is reluctant to leave is that he might then be liable for prosecution by the International Criminal Court and for atrocities against his people.

"The effort is complicated by the likelihood that he would be indicted for the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Scotland in 1988, and atrocities inside Libya. "

Obama officials are blatantly calling for "regime change" in Libya even though the original United Nations authorization for the West to intervene in Libya specifically did not allow for the West to overthrow Qaddafi. However, overthrowing the Libyan strongman is a key element in the "Pentagon's New Map Strategy" which is being used to clear the "Middle East and Northern Africa" (Regional Government #7 of the Club of Rome Plan) of any leader resistant to losing his national sovereignty as his country is melded into the regional government. Therefore, we are not surprised to see that the leaders of the United States, France, and Great Britain whose forces are attacking Libya are boldly calling for "Regime Change"!

Let us now examine the New York Times editorial written by Presidents Obama and Sarkozy and Prime Minister Cameroon.

"Together with our NATO allies and coalition partners, the United States, France and Britain have been united from the start in responding to the crisis in Libya, and we are united on what needs to happen in order to end it. Even as we continue our military operations today to protect civilians in Libya, we are determined to look to the future. We are convinced that better times lie ahead for the people of Libya, and a pathway can be forged to achieve just that. "

What is that pathway? Regime Change!

"... it is impossible to imagine a future for Libya with Qaddafi in power ... he has lost the consent of his people any deal that leaves him in power would lead to further chaos and lawlessness. We know from bitter experience what that would mean. Neither Europe, the region, or the world can afford a new safe haven for extremists ... There is a pathway to peace that promises new hope for the people of Libya — a future without Qaddafi that preserves Libya’s integrity and sovereignty, and restores her economy and the prosperity and security of her people."

Thus, even though they give lip service to the United Nations mandate which does not allow the overthrow of Qaddafi's government, these Western leaders are calling for that very outcome! Indeed, no other outcome is possible if the "Pentagon's New Map Strategy" is going to be carried out so that Regional Government #7 can be set in place.

Qaddafi's time in office is numbered. We just have to wait to see how the scenario unfolds to remove him.

However, one matter is crystal clear: the New York Times is, indeed, the willing tool of the Liberal Establishment!

II. A Republican Congressman wants a dictatorship, as long as it is headed by a "Conservative"!

“ 'I would love a conservative dictatorship', said Hunter, 'where we can dictate everything'. Hunter made his comment while discussing budget cuts and a government shut down."

With these remarks, Rep. Hunter joins President George Bush, who declared his wish to be a dictator. Do you remember? While President Bush was still a "President-elect", he said:

"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." (Remarks of December 18, 2000)

During the Bill Clinton years, conservatives worried a lot about Liberal President Clinton overthrowing the Constitution and imposing a dictatorship. However, these same conservatives immediately turned a blind eye toward the much greater threat of a dictatorship from Republican George Bush! Conservatives stood by helplessly as Bush signed Patriot Acts I and II into law and started Homeland Security and started the systematic intrusion of the Government into our private lives. Today, the Obama Administration is continuing the slide into the dictatorship abyss which began under President Bush.

Do not be deceived by this false assurance. Once the government apparatus to regulate and control information from the private sector, that apparatus will then be turned upon the average American citizen, controlling him/her and the information which they are attempting to access. The dictatorial wolf always approaches its victim stealthily and with deceit. Once the real victim has lost fear of the wolf, then he pounces.

Of course, the reason for this government intrusion is "security", the ultimate catchword since the attacks of 9/11.

"There's 'no reliable way to verify identity online' at the moment, Commerce Secretary Gary Locke said, citing the rising tide of security threats including malware and identity theft that have grown increasingly prevalent over the last few years. 'Passwords just won't cut it here'."

"Administration officials plan to convene a series of workshops between June and September of this year that would bring together companies and advocacy groups and move closer to an actual specification for what's being called the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace, or NSTIC. Left unsaid was that the series of workshops, which will be open to the public, will give the proposal's backers a chance to downplay concerns that it could become the virtual equivalent of a national ID card. "

Government leaders may give all the false assurances in the world in order to put average American to sleep until the apparatus is in place and working in the private sector. However, since we know the ultimate plan, we know that, at the right moment, the government will step in hard and fast to impose their will on the Internet.
