SPECIAL NOTICE: Please do not panic over the sudden forward lurch in gun control laws. The Elite are successfully using the recent rash of public school shootings as the catalyst for getting more restrictive gun control laws passed. But, the morning after these new laws are inked, the reality facing the Illuminati is that over 100 million Americans still own 300 million guns. Therefore, American Elitists are simply passing laws which set the stage for a future guns seizure during an unprecedented crisis, like the World War III which is planned to topple the economies all over the world and which will probably be used as the excuse to bring in foreign armies to take away our guns. This United Nations plan is called "Vampire 2000" and they created a map of the world where all sovereign countries are divided into military patrol zones. We reported this plan in September 1999, and encourage you to read it, for you will see the ultimate plan to seize our guns. This reorganization will not occur until Antichrist is on the world scene, following the World War III which was designed to stage him here. Since World War III is the key, we must watch the progress of the Club of Rome Plan to reorganize the world into precisely 10 supernations.

I have just rechecked the progress toward establishing all ten supernations and the Elite stands at least 10 more years away! Therefore, neither the economic collapse nor the real gun confiscation will occur for 10 years. Do not let events panic you, as we have God's Sure Word of Prophecy to guide us. Jesus said:

As we predicted, President Obama's 23 new Executive Orders simply set the stage for further incremental steps toward one day seizing guns. These Executive Orders will NOT bring a policeman to your door anytime soon. Let us review the President's Executive Orders issued yesterday.

"As promised, President Obama has issued 23 executive orders as part of his campaign to disarm the American people and strip them of their Second Amendment rights ... The following description of the 23 executive orders was provided by the White House. These descriptions are almost certainly deceptions, so don't take them at face value."

1) "Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system."

2) "Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system."

3) " Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system."

4) "Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks."

5) "Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun."

6) "Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers."

8) "Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission)."

9) "Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations."

10) "Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement."

12) "Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations."

13) "Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime."

14) "Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence." This Executive Order is the one which gives me some concern. I believe that the ultimate purpose for getting the Centers for Disease Control involved in this attempt to make guns unlawful to own is to have the CDC issue their opinion that anyone who wants to own a gun was mentally ill. But, the process of convincing the public would be a long term project, taking many years.

In the meantime, 100 million gun owners will continue to be an insurmountable obstacle until a monumental crisis of global proportions breaks out -- World War II. This planned global war will prove to be the lynchpin which will trigger many massive changes. The Illuminati will bring each change they want to the point of implementation, but will hold off the implementation until the global war is unleashed. This World War is the key event to fully establish the New World Order and it cannot start until the prophecies of Daniel 7:7-8 are fulfilled (Read full details in NEWS2363)

15) "Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies."

16) "Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes." Be forewarned on this point. You can no longer confide in your doctor, as he has just been forced into being a spy against you for the government. This spying may start with the issue of gun ownership, but it will quietly be expanded to other issues.

17) " Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities." Once again, we see that the Federal Government has just created a new class of domestic spy -- our doctors, and by extension, nurses.

19) "Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education." Adolf Hitler established pastors as a surveillance eye on their flocks, so this point seems to accomplish the same thing.

20) "Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover."

21) "Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges."

23) "Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health."

We must wait until we see the detailed wording on each of these points in the Executive Orders, but at this point, they simply open doors so that a gradual widening of the scope of gun control can be implemented. None of these orders puts a policeman at your door anytime soon.

Not only is the Illuminati facing 100 million gunowners and 300 million guns, its officials are facing local law enforcement officers who will refuse to enforce any gun confiscation laws.

" In the wake of the recent Sandy Hook shooting, I reached out to my contacts in law enforcement, military and (retired) FBI over the last three days, asking three simple questions:

#1) Do you think Obama will use executive orders to demand nationwide gun confiscation?" The answer was simple:

The majority of those answering this question told me they did not believe Obama would call for outright gun confiscation."

#2) If such an order is given, will you or fellow members of your organization enforce it against the citizens? (And if so, how?)"

The retired police captain told me that, "Door-to-door confiscation by men and women in blue [i.e. city cops] would be a suicide mission." If ordered to conduct such gun confiscation actions, many would simply resign on the spot rather than risk their lives in firefights with determined gun owners..."

In the late 1990's, the United Nations carried out a study trying to determine how many casualties a nationwide force would suffer if they went door to door to seize weapons. Their study revealed that 2 million soldiers would be killed or wounded, a figure far in excess of what they could tolerate.

Natural News then asked if American military forces would then take over the house-by-house gun seizure.

"The USMC veteran told me that some of the younger soldiers would go along with gun confiscation if ordered, but that nearly all the older military personnel would likely refuse such orders, even at risk of a court martial ... We didn't sign up to engage Americans as enemy combatants. The answer would be F*%% NO all the way up the chain of command."

"The retired Sheriff's deputy told me that the solution was to, 'Arm the teachers. Tear down the 'gun free zone' signs and put weapons in the hands of school personnel'."

Foreign forces will be needed to carry out door-to-door gun seizures, and that action is so radical it can only be carried out when the world is on fire from World War III. That is the plan and that is at least a decade away.

I. New York State passes a draconian gun control measure that re-classifies weapons in order to one day seize them.

But, more importantly, this new law creates the beginning of a Psychiatry/ Police State!

"Governor Cuomo, along with Democrat and Republican legislators, is ramming through a bill to restrict gun ownership, re-classify weapons in order to ban them -- and, in a far-reaching move, create psychiatrists as cops who must report patients to law-enforcement, in order to keep the patients from owning a weapon."

No one should be surprised to learn that this "gun control" bill would legally protect psychiatrists by linking them to the police state. After all, thanks to alternative websites like Cutting Edge, a lot of people throughout the land have become aware of the link between public mass murder and mind-altering drugs which the murderer obtained through a psychiatrist! People have learned to look for the link between the latest shooter and his psychiatric treatment in which he as given "anti-depressant" drugs like Prozac, Zoloft or some other drug within that family of drugs.

And you get a public mass murderer who can murder many people in cold blood and then kill himself rather than be captured.

Since so many people are now looking at Psychiatry as part of the solution, the Elite have to pass a law which protects them. And, this new law in New York State does just that. Returning to our featured article, we learn:

"Psychiatrists must report patients 'who could potentially harm themselves or others'. If such a patient owns a gun, it will be confiscated."

If I were a parent whose male child is seeing a psychiatrist, I would immediately stop taking him. The psychiatrist could report your son as "potentially harmful to himself or to others", and suddenly, you could have police calling at your door.

This law calls for a national interlinking database, which is a very useful tool to any Absolute Dictatorship.

"This means a comprehensive data base, accessible by law-enforcement personnel and anyone else involved in doing background checks These 'problematic' patients will be kept from buying a new weapon, too ... Psychiatrists will err on the side of caution and report many patients. No shrink wants to blink into television cameras after one of his patients has just shot his father."

"Patients who want to own weapons will lie to psychiatrists about their thoughts and feelings, never admitting they're considering suicide or murder ... For this and other reasons, such as the existence of the data base, doctor-patient confidentiality will go out the window."

A psychiatrist is threatened with a mass exodus of patients currently seeing them. Concerned parents will pull their child out of treatment for fear that he may be unfairly labeled. In order to prevent such a loss from sinking their practice, psychiatrists will aggressively embrace the government program, thereby undoubtedly assuring their practice of substantial government funds.

But, this law threatens law abiding citizens in yet another way. It officially links people who want to own guns to mental illness. Don't laugh in disbelief. Under Communism, both Russian and Chinese officials ruled than anyone who wants to practice Christianity is insane; therefore, they used psychiatric hospitals to house millions of dissidents. In fact, psychiatric hospitals strongly resembled prisons.

The time will come when a majority of American citizens will come to the point of believing that anyone who insists he has a right to own a gun is mentally ill. That time is coming, and this bill opens that door, ever so slightly.
