I. Gun Rights Advocates have much to cheer after being under attack by Gun Control forces for years.

How can the Federal Government ever seize guns from a public well aware of the importance of citizens owning weapons? The answer may surprise you.

NEWS BRIEF: "Ninth Circuit strikes California’s restrictive rule against licensed carry of handguns", The Washington Post, 2/13/2014

"The Ninth Circuit’s decision in Peruta v. San Diego ... affirms the right of law-abiding citizens to carry handguns for lawful protection in public ... The statute also requires that the applicant have “good cause,” which was interpreted by San Diego County to mean that the applicant is faced with current specific threats ... The Ninth Circuit, in a 2-1 opinion written by Judge O’Scannlain, ruled that Peruta was entitled to Summary Judgment, because the 'good cause' provision violates the Second Amendment."

This legal requirement -- Good Cause -- is so vague that authorities could invoke it whenever they want to, just as police do all the time in a dictatorship. Therefore, this ruling is a huge victory for gun rights advocates.

"The Court ruled that a government may specify what mode of carrying to allow (open or concealed), but a government may not make it impossible for the vast majority of Californians to exercise their Second Amendment right to bear arms."

I must confess that I am surprised that this ruling comes from the Ninth Circuit Court, a court long known for its inherent Liberality.

The Governor is proposing that citizens be allowed to carry a weapon without a permit or training? Now that is a radical proposal, one that will cause South Carolina's crime rate to drop like a rock. In his very important book, "More Guns, Less Crime", John Lott, Jr., statistically proves that states which allow citizens to own and to carry guns have far less crime. You see, criminals want to steal; they do not want to die.

Governor Haley knows that most crimes will be prevented if a criminal just sees a citizen packing heat in the area where he plans to commit his crime.

Notice that the opponents of this law are not basing their arguments upon Biblical morality, but on the bill's flaws and a lack of "medical rationale"! Therefore, this opposition is so weak it can never carry the day, can never successfully defeat this bill.

Adult Euthanasia advocates in this country are vociferously pushing their agenda of death-on-demand in this country, shrouding their efforts in the most admirably sounding words in the English language. They call people who want to kill themselves, as 'noble', 'courageous', 'compassionate', people who simply want to 'control' their final exit. Euthanasia advocates also vociferously deny that their Adult Euthanasia plan might possibly degenerate into killing people who are not terminally ill, or who do not want to die. And, such advocates deny most vehemently any suggestion that Adult Euthanasia might follow a parallel path of Nazi Germany!

Despite the courageous example of Dutch doctors during the Nazi occupation, doctors in Belgium today are being given legal permission to terminating patients, both adult and child. The Netherlands and Luxembourg also have legalized euthanasia.

Therefore, nations in the heart of Europe have now legalized the very core essence of the force which propelled Hitler's Germany to murder 18 million devalued people during World War II.
