When God revealed His Throne to the Prophet Isaiah, that beloved prophet fell on his knees, overcome with a recognition of his sinful state. When he beheld God's Glory, he instantly compared his human state with God's Glory; even though Isaiah was "holy" compared to the people around him, he was totally unfit compared to God. Thus, Isaiah realized he was in right standing before God only because of God's imputed righteousness. After God touched Isaiah, the prolphet could only enthusiastically say, "Here am I, send me"! What is your standing with God now; are you Born Again? Are you a weak and shallow Christian, a lukewarm believer, like Isaiah was before this vision? Oh, may we all catch a vision of God's Glory, of His wonderful Throne, and of the need to sinful mankind to come to know Him as Savior. Oh, may revival come to this land, and let it begin with us! Isaiah 6:1-9a
