The White House announced Tuesday that US soldiers will enter Iraq's territory to look for weapons of mass destruction even if Saddam Hussein and his sons accept the ultimatum given to them by President Bush to leave Iraq within the next 28 hours or face military conflict.

White House spokesman, Ari Fleischer, made the announcement in response to the comments made by Saddam's son, Odai, which made it very clear that Iraq does not accept the ultimatum given it by President Bush.

Fleischer added that Iraq had made many mistakes and that its rejection of the US ultimatum was perhaps its final mistake.

Fleischer added that if Saddam Hussein himself announced that he was rejecting the ultimatum, the US might start its attack against Iraq sooner than planned.
