Soldiers To Get Implantable Microchips

I had been hearing rumors that special force's were already being chipped,
but hadn't had any kind of personal confirmation, then last week a buddy who I work with, went to visit his wife, who is an army nurse in south carolina.

when he got back he told me that his wife said the army was preparing to chip everyone in its force's,
