President Obama and Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke each provided a significant boost in confidence that the economy will get better - a lot sooner than most people originally thought.

I. President Obama last night in his speech to a Joint Session of Congress boldly stated that "we will recover".

"WASHINGTON -- Saying the economic crisis 'will not determine the destiny of this nation', President Barack Obama on Tuesday laid out a bold, wide-ranging agenda for America and said he is 'committed to a retooled, reimagined auto industry that can compete and win'."

All economies of the developed world operate on Confidence. Business leaders must have confidence that the economy will prosper and will allow their company to prosper before they will authorize capital spending on expansion and/or modernization of facilities.

Likewise, consumers must have a similar confidence before they are willing to spend and to borrow to purchase large-ticket items like cars and houses.

These two types of spending account for over 66% of the Gross National Product in America. Therefore, it is highly important for President Obama to emphasize economic hope and confidence.

" 'Millions of jobs depend on it. Scores of communities depend on it', he said, to rapturous applause. 'And I believe the nation that invented the automobile cannot walk away from it'."

Before we go any further, we need to chastise the President and his speechwriter for committing an historical gaffe. The automobile was not invented by an American. Historians view German Karl Benz for creating the modern automobile in 1885 although the first self-propelled road vehicle was created by Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot (1725-1804) in 1769!

The American contribution to the automobile manufacturing came from Henry Ford, who invented the assembly line method of producing a car, dropping the per-unit price dramatically and placing car ownership within the financial means of the average American.

Now, let us return to Obama's speech last night.

"Delivering a speech to a joint session of Congress for the first time, Obama, 35 days into his term as president, sketched out sweeping plans for the nation that acknowledged the dire nature of the recession but defiantly refused to let it block an agenda touching on health care reform, deficit reduction, alternative energy production and more. He tried to convey to a national audience why government must do all in its power to get credit flowing again, holding financial institutions strictly accountable and not bailing out speculators but restoring the lending that 'is the lifeblood of our economy'."

As a matter of fact, President Obama last week stated that only government can solve this nation's current economic woes, a statement any true Liberal socialist would applaud.

"It will likely cost more, he said, but it is the only path to coming out of the recession -- with home loans, car loans and student loans leading directly to job growth he believes will be kick-started by the already passed $787-billion recovery plan. 'While our economy may be weakened and our confidence shaken; though we are living through difficult and uncertain times, tonight I want every American to know this: We will rebuild, we will recover, and the United States of America will emerge stronger than before', he said."

Obama must have listed to Former President Bill Clinton last week, when he chastised Obama for being so negative. Clinton urged Obama to boldly tell the American people that this country would recover and be prosperous once again.

Once again, we reiterate that we are not attempting to minimize the financial pain which many people are feeling right now. A person who lost his/her job during this deliberately caused economic trouble is in real pain. Similarly, a person who has lost a portion of their investment is in a lot of pain, and some retired people are having to go back to work. We realize this reality and are not attempting to marginalize it away. But, what we are saying is that the economy as a whole is not going to collapse.

That is not the plan. This is the consistent position held by Cutting Edge since 1998, based solidly on our understanding of the Illuminati Plan. Events during this recession are proving our understanding correct. We all must resist the extreme gloom and doom so prevalent in the Mass Media.

II. Yesterday, Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke added fuel to Obama's fire by stating that the recovery would occur before the end of this year!

"Reporting from Washington -- After months of relentlessly dismal financial news, the nation's chief economic policymakers delivered an unexpected message Tuesday: All is not lost."

"President Obama, in an address to a joint session of Congress, sounded notes of optimism for the future while still offering an unvarnished portrait of an economy in crisis..."

"Earlier in the day, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke also offered reassurance, telling a Senate panel that -- with careful management -- the economy could stop shrinking by the end of this year and return to expansion mode next year."

Cutting Edge has long taught that the economy was not going to collapse as the "gloom and doom naysayers" have been crying for several years now. We have held steadfastly to that portion of the Illuminati Agenda which plans an economic meltdown, but only after the World War III designed to produce the Masonic Christ has begun. Up until the moment that war begins, Americans are to be kept feeling prosperous. Right now, many Americans do not feel prosperous, but that is about to change, as the economic woes of today have only been implemented so that the government can gain control of the new planned Fascist Economy. We are somewhat surprised that President Obama and Fed Chairman Bernanke made the planned recovery so plain.

What was the reaction of Wall Street to these comments?

"The stock market responded to Bernanke's remarks by staging a powerful rally, nearly erasing a sharp decline the day before that sent major stock indexes to levels not seen since the late 1990s. Bernanke also sought to allay a particular fear that has haunted investors in recent days -- that the government would nationalize major banks and wipe out shareholders' investments in the process. The Fed chief said he saw no need for nationalization."

In a Fascist Economy, ownership of key companies within the economy officially remain in private hands, but the government does own enough of these key industries that it can severely regulate the industry. If the government were to nationalize the banks, that would be Socialism/Communism, not Fascism, unless the government were then to split up the banks and resell them to private ownership.

However, Bernanke's next remarks return the plan to the Fascist model of severe government regulation, not ownership.

" 'We don't need majority ownership to work with the banks', Bernanke said. 'We have very strong supervisory oversight. We can work with them now to get them to do whatever is necessary to restructure. . . . We don't have to take them over to do that'."

"Strong Supervisory Oversight" is the perfect term to apply to the Fascist Model to which this economy is being steered with all the speed possible. Hitler's Fascist Economy proved that strong manufacturing will occur because the government regulation is not as strict and unbending as under Socialism/Communism. Wealth and investment will also occur, much as it now does under Capitalism.

III. The FBI Director is again stoking the fires of fear of an impending terrorist attack on American cities!

NEWS BRIEF: "FBI Director Warns of Terror Attacks on U.S. Cities", by Carrie Johnson, The Washington Post, February 23, 2009

"FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III today warned that extremists "with large agendas and little money can use rudimentary weapons" to sow terror, raising the specter that recent attacks in Mumbai that killed 170 people last year could embolden terrorists seeking to attack U.S. cities."

President Bush and his officials repeatedly raised the specter -- the "Rumors of Wars" -- after the attacks of 9/11. In fact, these bogus terror warnings became so numerous that we began to take notice and record them. About three years after 9/11, we posted a report on the repeating pattern of these false terror alerts, creating a report that, if printed out, totals 72 pages! Now, as we return to the remarks of FBI Director Mueller's remarks, noting to whom he was speaking!

"At a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, Mueller said that the bureau is expanding its focus beyond al-Qaeda and into splinter groups, radicals who try to enter the country through the visa waiver program and 'home-grown terrorists'."

The term, "'home-grown terrorists" is somber, for it was created by Janet Reno and President Clinton to refer to dissident groups of Americans, like Fundamental Christians! You must never forget that you and I are the real targets, not those nasty fundamentalist Muslims, but genuine Christians.

But, why should we be surprised that the Illuminati has invented the threat of terrorism as one of their major weapons in overthrowing this present old world order so the New Order can be established? After all, terrorism was envisioned over 100 years ago in a major Illuminati planning document known as the "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion". Listen to this demonic plan written over 100 years ago.

"In a word, to sum up our system of keeping the governments ... in check, we shall show our strength to one of them by terrorist attempts ..." [Protocol 7, World Wide Wars , Paragraph 6]

"... while the peoples of the world are still stunned by the accomplished fact of the revolution, still in a condition of terror and uncertainty, they should recognise once for all that we are so strong, so inexpugnable, so super-abundantly filled with power, that in no case shall we take any account of them, and so, far from paying any attention to their opinions or wishes, we are ready and able to crush with irresistible power all expression or manifestation thereof at every moment and in every place, that we have seized at once everything we wanted... Then in fear and trembling they will close their eyes to everything, and be content to await what will be the end of it all." [Ibid.]

Notice the telling word, "terror" in the above statement. Terrorism is one of the major keys to establishing the New World Order. When the final push of terrorism in the cities of all nations still electing their government begins -- after the start of World War III -- Americans will be so overwhelmed that they will " in fear and trembling they will close their eyes to everything, and be content to await what will be the end of it all."

A New Age author, Bill Cooper, stated the final plan to achieve global government another way. He said:

"... the secret societies were planning as far back as 1917 to invent an artificial threat ... in order to bring humanity together in a one-world government which they call the New World Order." ["Behold A Pale Horse", p. 27]

Global Terrorism is obviously the "artificial threat" created to achieve the New World Order, the Kingdom of Antichrist. But, once again, Biblical prophecy accurately and eerily predicted this turn of events! In giving signs by which His people would know the End of the Age is near, Jesus listed "terror" as one of the signs. Listen:

"Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be mighty and violent earthquakes, and in various places, famines and pestilences ... and there will be sights of terror ..." [Luke 21:10-11; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]

"Sights of terror" -- doesn't that just say in all, in view of this current global war against terror? Once again, the Bible proves it is to be taken literally. These are exciting times for the Born Again, Fundamentalist believer as our faith is being validated constantly through fulfilled prophecy.

Spread the word to your unsaved and backslidden friends and loved ones: Bible prophecy being fulfilled means that the "Age of Grace" is closely rapidly and the Rapture of the Church is coming closer, so people must get right with Jesus now. ("What Must I Do To Be Saved"? )

IV. Some Conservative individual states are starting to rise up against their Federalist masters, insisting that the Constitution be observed after all!

NEWS BRIEF: "Oklahoma House passes sovereignty bill", By Jerome R. Corsi, World Net Daily, February 24, 2009

"Oklahoma's House of Representatives is the first legislative body to pass a state sovereignty resolution this year under the terms of the Tenth Amendment. The Oklahoma House of Representatives passed House Joint Resolution 1003 Feb. 18 by a wide margin, 83 to 13, resolving, 'That the State of Oklahoma hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States'."

Since the administration of Franklin Roosevelt (1933-1945), power has flowed from the states to the Federal Government in Washington, D.C. Republican Dwight Eisenhower was elected in 1952 with promises to the Conservatives that he would roll back the trend toward concentrating authority in Washington rather than reserving it for the individual states. President Eisenhower was a major disappointment for American Conservatives.

Then, Democrat President Lyndon Johnson further concentrated power in Washington and that trend has not reversed since then, even under Republican administrations. Now, President Obama is taking advantage of the deliberately created economic disaster, and the public's distaste of President Bush, to take Federal government control to a much higher level.

While we applaud this effort in Oklahoma greatly, we do not hold out any hope that this movement will actually cause political power to start flowing back to the states. The Illuminati Plan is much too advanced at this point in time.

V. President Obama continues to reverse Bush policy as he is ordering an end of combat troops in Iraq by 2010.

NEWS BRIEF: "Compromise on Iraq withdrawal timeline appears near", Los Angeles Times, February 25, 2009

"The Obama administration is close to deciding on a 19-month withdrawal plan for the bulk of U.S. troops in Iraq and could announce a timetable this week, military officials said Tuesday. The plan would represent a compromise between the 16-month withdrawal timetable President Obama advocated during his campaign and the military's proposal for a 23-month time frame."

News reports last week indicated that the Pentagon was battling President Obama who wanted an earlier rather than a later withdrawal from Iraq. Military officers were arguing that Iraq would not be ready to defend itself any earlier than two years. If South Vietnam is any indication, Iraq may never be able to keep herself from being torn apart in civil war. South Vietnam had two full years to prepare for the invasion from North Vietnam which everyone knew was coming, but when the attack did come, her forces folded like a house of cards.

"Under the proposal being considered, all combat forces would be pulled out of Iraq by late 2010, but a 'residual force' of as many as 50,000 soldiers would remain."

These "residual forces" would reportedly stay on established bases and not venture out into the country at all. They would ensure that the United States would remain in the region, ostensibly as a counterweight to Iran and would train Iraqi forces.

Oh, yes, and they would be available for any "counter-terrorism" missions!

President Bush's disastrous war in Iraq may thus be coming to a close, after six long years. Just as we predicted in mid-2003, the war is seen as a huge failure for President Bush. Not only do we now know the war was launched on a series of huge lies, but we toppled Saddam Hussein, a feat which Iran could not accomplish. Many discerning Arabs are wondering why we did Iran such a favor by overthrowing Hussein.

And, when we leave, Iran will be the regional major power. Our article of nearly four years ago turned out to be right on target!

VI. Conventional Wisdom still is wondering why the Soviet Union suddenly capitulated to American demands in late 1986 in agreeing to scrap so many nuclear weapons.

It is only when you realize that nuclear weaponry is obsolete that you can comprehend why, after nuclear disarmament talks had gone nowhere for three decades, a sweeping agreement was suddenly reached! Since nuclear and missile technology were both rendered obsolete by electromagnetic wave weapons systems, why not abruptly reach an agreement to scrap nuclear weapons systems and do so in such a way that both sides reap a diplomatic bonanza?

NEWS BRIEF: "Retreat From Armageddon", Reader's Digest, February 2009

"During the Cold War, the United States and the former Soviet Union had about 50,000 nuclear warheads aimed at each other. Since then, they've agreed to get rid of 90 percent of them, and tens of thousands of those weapons have already been eliminated. As Gregg Easterbrook observes in his book The Progress Paradox:

" 'Historians will view nuclear arms reduction as such an incredible accomplishment that it will seem bizarre in retrospect [that] so little attention was paid while it was happening'."

I beg to differ! I was riveted by the sudden agreement on nuclear disarmament. The time period in the late 19080's when Russia suddenly seemed to cave into American nuclear demands was a very exciting, but perplexing, period to me. After watching Nuclear Disarmament talks fail time after time over a period of 30 years, I was amazed that Russia abruptly reached agreement to dramatically scale back their nuclear force, as did America.

The peoples of the world were further amazed at the sight of American military observers traveling to Russia to ensure that Russian forces were, indeed, destroying the nuclear warheads and the delivery ballistic missiles they had agreed to destroy.

No one could really understand how this dramatic development could have occurred. Political pundits stated over and over again that the Soviet Union had gone bankrupt trying to compete with a financially prosperous America led by President Reagan.

To top it all off, shortly before Reagan left office, the old Soviet Union disintegrated and Mikhail Gorbachev "fled" from power directly into the arms of the Illuminati -- as he moved to San Francisco to set up a Global Think Tank and to hob-knob with the top of the Global Elite.

Of course, during this time, I knew that the Illuminati Plan was continuing to implement their reorganization of the nations of the world into only 10 super powers (NEWS1002). According to this global plan, the existing Soviet Union was to be dismembered and replaced by Nation #5, which was labeled "Eastern Europe, including Russia".

Certainly, the sudden disintegration of the Soviet Union from 1986-1991 was planned.

But, how could I explain the sudden agreement in nuclear arms? In 1997-1999, I systematically discovered that nuclear weapons and the missiles which deliver them are obsolete! Not only can America's HAARP and Russia's Scalar electromagnetic wave weapons systems deliver nuclear-sized explosions at the speed of light without radiation but they can raise a protective bubble shield over an entire continent which would prevent any missiles or airplanes from entering.

Now you know why American and Russian nuclear disarmament talks in the late 1980's suddenly blossomed after decades of failure. Both American HAARP and Russian Scalar weapons systems had suddenly become fully operational.

Abruptly, both sides realized that nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles were obsolete. Therefore, each side appeared to outdo the other in appearing as the reason the world suddenly safe from a nuclear exchange from nuclear weapons.
