I. Western Intelligence is reporting that a secret American-Iranian negotiation is paving the way for a cessation of verbal hostilities, a "Victorious" disengagement from Iraq and the lowering of oil prices!

NEWS BRIEF: "Secret US-Iranian Dialogue Brings Oil Prices down, Shakes up Mid East Alliances", DEBKAfile Intelligence, July 8, 2008

"Oil prices suddenly slumped Tuesday, July 8, as predicted by DEBKA-Net-Weekly on June 27, under the impact of the secret American-Iranian talks embarked on last month to solve burning issues by diplomatic engagement. These talks between the US and Iranian delegations, representing President George W. Bush and Iranian supreme ruler Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, have yielded ad hoc understandings on controversial issues."

A few months ago, Cutting Edge reported that secret American-Iranian talks were occurring behind the scenes discussing how the American military could exit Iraq under the cover of "victory". Evidently, these talks also included the broader issue of Iranian-American hostile verbal exchanges. If the time in the Plan had come to cease the "Rumors of War" rhetoric, this type of dialogue should be expected.

One of the matters of agreement is reported to include a capping in the price of crude oil. Even though the capped price was high -- $150 per barrel -- the very fact that a cap had been reached would serve to drive prices downward.

Now, let us return to this article to see other reported areas of agreement.

"The American side was willing to refrain from military action against Iran before the end of the Bush presidency in January 2009..."

Iranian leadership is reportedly even preferring to face the "hardline" McCain as the next President and will cooperate with Bush to conjure up the positive news stories which shall build up the Republican candidate in the eyes of the voters.

Therefore, DEBKAfile Intelligence is reported that American and Iranian delegations have been in intense "behind-the-scenes" negotiations which shall pave the way for a cessation of verbal hostilities.

Initially at least, crude oil prices began to drop.

"Oil dropped below US$144 a barrel Monday in Asia on signs of easing tensions over Iran's nuclear program. Iran on Friday gave an undisclosed response to an international offer of incentives if it suspends uranium enrichment, a central part of its nuclear program that can produce either fuel for a nuclear reactor or the material for a warhead. A positive response could open the way to renewed negotiations that might help cool tense exchanges over the possibility of a military strike by Israel or the U.S. on OPEC's second largest oil producer. Traders worry such a strike could disrupt already tight oil supplies."

Yesterday, oil prices continued to drop.

NEWS BRIEF: "Crude falls over $5 as commodities sell off - Crude oil drops $9 in two days", Market Watch, July 8, 2008

"Crude-oil futures tumbled more than $5 a barrel Tuesday, suffering the biggest one-day loss in almost four months and contributing to a two-day decline of more than $9 a barrel ... Crude's drop led a broad retreat in commodities ... 'We're starting to see some of the fluff come out of the market', said Phil Flynn, vice president at futures brokerage Alaron Trading in Chicago."

As we stated in last week's newsletter, the five-year constant threats to attack Iran have added at least $35 per barrel in the current price of crude oil; another $45 per barrel is addeed because speculators have driven the price higher. However, speculators would have scant reason to drive up prices this much without the constant worry that a war with Iran would take 20 million barrels of oil per day off the world market, thus instantly crashing the global economy -- which we do not believe is the Illuminati Plan for this period prior to the advent of the Masonic Christ.

If the time has come to allow oil prices to retreat, the current Iranian - E.U. negotiations will produce results positive enough to allow the decline. However, if the time has not come to ease prices, the Iranian - E.U. negotiations will end in failure and crude oil prices will continue to rise.

II. When the underdog is about to reach an agreement with the "Great Satan", she must act tough in the few days or weeks prior to the conclusion of the agreement.

In the week prior to the negotiations with the Europeans, Iran did act and talk tough! In fact, both sides ratcheted up the war fever prior to the start of the negotiations. Going back to the DEBKAfile article, above, we read:

"... the bilateral negotiations were deliberately masked by the war fever engineered by Washington in the form of a stream of leaks indicating that a US or Israeli attack on Iran’s nuclear installations was imminent ... The last in a string of belligerent statements issued by IRGC chiefs came from Ali Shirazy, senior Navy cleric, who said Tuesday, July 8: If the US attacks Iran, 'we will immediately strike back at Tel Aviv. Our first target is Tel Aviv and only then will we attack US shipping in the Persian Gulf; their destruction will represent Iran’s crushing reprisal'.”

In the week prior to this reported verbal agreement, Iran's Revolutionary Army decided to conduct War Games exercises, to showcase her capabilities.

NEWS BRIEF: "War Games: Iran tests missiles in Persian Gulf, Straits of Hormouz", Associated Press News, July 9, 2008

"TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran test-fired nine long- and medium-range missiles Wednesday during war games that officials say are in response to U.S. and Israeli threats ... Gen. Hossein Salami,the navy commander of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards, was quoted as saying the exercise would "demonstrate our resolve and might against enemies who in recent weeks have threatened Iran with a harsh language." Wednesday's war games were being conducted at the mouth of the Strait of Hormouz, a strategic waterway where about 40 percent of the world's oil passes through."

As if the intent of this missile-firing was not self-evident, the kinds of missiles fired certainly delivered the intended message.

"... the missiles fired included a new version of the Shahab-3 missile, which officials have said has a range of 1,250 miles and is armed with a 1-ton conventional warhead."

This longer-range missile can also carry a nuclear warhead.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad "dismissed fears that Israel and the United States could be preparing to attack his country, calling the possibility a 'funny joke. I assure you that there won't be any war in the future', Ahmadinejad told a news conference Tuesday during a visit to Malaysia for a summit of developing Muslim nations."

President Ahmadinejad loves to taunt the West over the inability of Western military technology to defeat the Russian military technology which is now defending the Persian Kingdom. As this DVD above -- "Russia's Secret Weapon With Which To Defeat The US" -- reports, the Russian Scalar Wave technology makes an American and/or Israeli attack impossible!

As Cutting Edge has repeatedly stated, based upon the prophecy of the Russian-led attack against Isreael at the End of the Age, found in Ezkiel 38-39, there will be NO attack on Iran, either by Israel or American forces.

The Bush White House has also orchestrated a strong "Rumors of War" campaign to convince the peoples of the world that an attack on Iran's supposed nuclear weapons program facilities was imminent. We posted a major article on this fact just days ago. Please take a few moments to read it.

III. The Shi'ite government of Iraq suddenly injected a surprise demand in the negotiations with the United States which would authorize American presence after the U.N. mandate expires this Fall.

The Iraqis want a "firm timetable" for American withdrawal!

NEWS BRIEF: "Iraq Wants US Troops Withdrawal Timetable", Time/CNN News, July 8, 2008

"BAGHDAD) — Iraq's prime minister said Monday his country wants some type of timetable for a withdrawal of American troops included in the deal the two countries are negotiating. It was the first time that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has explicitly and publicly called for a withdrawal timetable — an idea opposed by President Bush. He offered no details. But his national security adviser, Mouwaffak al-Rubaie, told The Associated Press that the government is proposing a timetable conditioned on the ability of Iraqi forces to provide security."

The Bush White House appeared to be denial, refusing to believe that its Iraqi ally would dare lay such a heavy demand upon these important negotiations at such a critical time. Can you see the hand of Iran behind this demand?

"The White House said it did not believe al-Maliki was proposing a rigid timeline for U.S. troop withdrawals. But, Prime Minister Maliki was insistent:

"Al-Maliki said in a meeting with Arab diplomats in Abu Dhabi that his country also has proposed a short-term interim memorandum of agreement rather than the more formal status of forces agreement the two sides have been negotiating. The memorandum 'now on the table' includes a formula for the withdrawal of U.S. troops, he said."

" 'The goal is to end the presence (of foreign troops),' al-Maliki said."

Yep, I can see the hidden hand of Iran behind this apparently sudden demand.

Remember, President Bush is anxious to get this agreement in place before the current U.N. expires, because continued American presence in Iraq after this mandate would constitute a severe breach of international law. In other words, the American military force will suddenly lose its "fig leaf" of respectability and legality by which it is currently operating.

IV. Opposition to the Iraqi War reached a new high this week -- 68%!

Finally, the American people seem to be awakening!

NEWS BRIEF: "Opposition to Iraq War Hits 68% in U.S.", Angus Reid Global Monitor : Polls & Research, July 7, 2008

"Abstract: (Angus Reid Global Monitor) - Two-thirds of American adults are disappointed with the coalition effort, according to a poll by Opinion Research Corporation released by CNN. 68 per cent of respondents oppose the United States war in Iraq."

In June, 2003, as Americans were jubiliantly celebrating their "easy victory" over Saddam Hussein, Cutting Edge issued a stern warning. We believed strongly that the Illuminati Plan envisioned the Iraq War as another conflict which America was not intended to win.

You see, since World War II, the Illuminati has sliced the former King Kong America down in size through some wars which were not intended for the American side to win. Both the Korean War and the Vietnam War were planned to end in either defeat or draw for American forces.

In reading the Plan of the Illumninati, it seemed that the Iraqi War was intended to be another Vietnam War, a war which would bog down the seemingly invincible American fighting machine, suck enormous sums of money out of the Treasury, encourage American's enemies, and discourage the average American citizen.

We did not know exactly how this goal was to be achieved, but we felt strongly, in June 2003, that we were reading the Plan correctly.

Along the way, we also noticed that the Illumninati seemed to be setting up President Bush for a special discrediting campaign. Please take the few moments to read this archived article, NEWS1929, entitled, "CAMPAIGN TO DISCREDIT PRESIDENT BUSH SEEMS MOVING INTO HIGHER GEAR".

Today, our position is closer than ever to being proven correct. President Bush and his wars are now thoroughly discredited in the eyes of the American public. The last step would be for an international court to indict him for war charges, force him to appear there and convict him.

We belive that this, too, is part of the Plan.

V. The War in Afghanistan is heating up and going against Western interests, even as the War in Iraq continues to decrease in intensity.

Not surprisingly, the Taliban is copying the successful tactics of the Iraqi Insurgents.

NEWS BRIEF: "Huge blast at Indian Embassy in Kabul kills 41", International Herald Tribune, July 7, 2008

"KABUL: A huge blast at the gates of the Indian Embassy in Kabul killed 41 people Monday in the deadliest suicide car bombing since the American-led invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 ousted the Taliban.'

The death toll was heavy among key Indian officials.

"Among the victims of the attack, the first in seven years on a regional diplomatic mission in Afghanistan, were at least four Indian citizens: the defense attaché, a political counselor and two other officials. Six Afghan police officers were also killed ... More than 100 people were wounded."

Almost immediately, one Afghan official believed he saw the hand of Pakistani Intelligence behind this suicide bombing.

NEWS BRIEF: "Afghan official suggests Pakistan linked to Indian Embassy bomb", Associated Press News, July 8, 2008

"KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — The spokesman for Afghanistan's president suggested that Pakistan's intelligence agency is being behind the bombing of the Indian Embassy in Kabul. Humayun Hamidzada, spokesman for President Hamid Karzai, says the attack 'has the hallmarks of a particular agency that has conducted similar attacks inside Afghanistan'."

"Hamidzada did not name Pakistan's intelligence agency but told reporters Tuesday that the name is 'pretty obvious'."

Should this be the case, the results could be disastrous for the Western war effort in Afghanistan. Not only would the area of conflict be vastly expanded to include the country of Pakistan, but it would mean that the new Pakistani anti-American government has decided to look the other way while Pakistani militants aided the Afghan cause.

Remember, Pakistani military capabilities are very advanced, so it would be a grave development if these capabilities were placed at the disposal of the Taliban.

President Bush has depended heavily on President Musharraf to place the full weight of his Pakistani government behind the "War On Terror". This development seems to indicate more completely that this terrorism war is unraveling against the West.

Afghanistan may yet throw off her American and NATO invaders.

VI. The Democrat and Republican nominating conventions this Summer may provide Law Enforcement agencies with a golden opportunity to test out new "non-lethal weapons" against a helpless crowd.

NEWS BRIEF: "'Science fiction like' weapons on tap for political conventions", Raw Story, by David Edwards and Stephen C. Webster, July 7, 2008

"The political parties are arming themselves, in preparation for their respective conventions. Congress has approved $100 million to pay for security expenses at this summer's presidential nominating conventions, with $50 million dedicated to each party."

"CNN's Ed Lavendera reports that Denver and St. Paul officials have said that the types of weapons being purchased are 'top secret' ... officials may be spending large sums on weapons CNN calls 'science fiction like'."

"Weapons such as the sonic ray gun, which emits a head-splitting frequency and deafens large groups of people. Also rumored for the conventions is the goo gun -- which shoots a gel that can coat and wrap people whole, or stop a moving vehicle in its path -- and a microwave pulse emitter -- a radio frequency device that makes one's skin feel it is on fire, previously deployed in the streets of Baghdad, Iraq."

There is no reasonable expectation that crowds at either of the major conventions could be so unruly as to cause this kind of safety concern. After all, while public opposition to the Iraq War has reached the mind-boggling level of 68%, the opposition is not as galvanized, as threatening, and as well funded as during the Vietnam War era.

My expectation is that the Federal Government is simply seizing these nominating conventions as the perfect opportunity to test these weapons on large groups of people -- preparing for the time when these weapons will have to be used against a population protesting the dissolving of this Constitutional Government, the mass arrests of dissidents, and the reported martyrdom of many of them.

The little conjunction “and” in this verse is a diamond rivet binding the present with the future: grace and glory always go together. God has married them, and none can divorce them. The Lord will never deny a soul glory to whom he has freely given to live upon his grace; indeed, glory is nothing more than grace in its Sabbath dress, grace in full bloom, grace like autumn fruit, mellow and perfected. How soon we may have glory none can tell! It may be before this month of October has run out we shall see the Holy City; but be the interval longer or shorter, we shall be glorified ere long. Glory, the glory of heaven, the glory of eternity, the glory of Jesus, the glory of the Father, the Lord will surely give to his chosen. Oh, rare promise of a faithful God!
