"Hurricane Gustav Bears Down Upon The Gulf and New Orleans. Proofs of Weather Control / Weather Warfare Abound!" (NEWS2313)

As Hurricane Season gets underway, we are seeing indications that the Plan may be calling for an active and devastating series of storms as the Old Order is demolished to give way to the New.

I. New Orleans' weak levees hold as Hurricane Gustav weakens just before making landfall.

But, pictures reveal that the levees were being breached in some areas, and were almost breached in others. This picture, above, shows a New Orleans portion of the levee system almost to an overflowing level.

Had Gustav been really powerful, the levee system might have crashed.

"Hurricane Gustav weakened to a tropical storm by late yesterday after crashing into the Louisiana coast and menacing New Orleans, where rebuilt levees managed to hold floodwaters out of the city devastated by Katrina three years earlier ... Water flowed over flood walls and spurted through cracks, but a barrier system which officials had warned left New Orleans vulnerable appeared to hold up yesterday."

"Six inches of water pooled in streets near the New Orleans Industrial Canal, but new cement-girded floodwalls protecting the city's Ninth Ward held off the a repeat of the flooding that devastated that neighborhood during Katrina."

As you can see from this picture, above, Hurricane Gustav came perilously close to sending enormous amounts of seawater over the new levees. The picture here shows that seawater almost flowed over the walls of the levee. Had the storm not weakened just as it was about to hit land, the waters would probably have breeched the new levee system.

The hurricane also turned just a little, so that the city of New Orleans was spared the N.E Quadrant, which is always the most powerful part of the storm.

The bottom line is simple: in studying Weather Control for over a decade, I am most impressed by the precise manner in which these gigantic hurricanes can be steered and how it can strengthened and/or dissipated. Please take a few moments to read several Headline News Articles which demonstrate how precisely these gigantic storms can be manipulated:

1) NEWS1694 - "WEATHER CONTROL AND WEATHER WARFARE" - We reprint the story of Malaysia hiring a Russian Weather Modification company in November, 1997, to create a strong typhoon and steer it close enough to population centers to blow out the health-threatening smog and smoke from forest fires and then steer the typhoon (hurricane) out to sea so it could be dissipated.

These two articles are really key to understanding how precisely the scientists working for the Illuminati can control these awful storms. You will truly be amazed!

Therefore, the only reason this storm did not pummel New Orleans as severely as the forecast predicted is because the plan called for Gustav to not do severe damage.

But, why would anyone want to bring a powerful Category 3 hurricane all the way across the Gulf of Mexico to hit the New Orleans area, only to weaken her and slightly change her trajectory so her damage was far less than feared?

The answer likely lies in the timing of the storm making landfall, i.e., during the first day of the Republican Convention.

II. Hurricane Gustav provided Republican leaders the opportunity to showcase their national leadership skills, and to prove that President Bush was not going to bungle this hurricane like he did Katrina.

Additionally, Senator McCain could prove that he can be decisive and compassionate about an impending national disaster!

NEWS BRIEF: "McCain to Seize the Stormy Moment?", Time/CNN News, Sept 1, 2008

"In the heat of a final push towards Election Day, what usually makes the difference is how each candidate responds to and takes advantage of unforeseen events ... Party conventions, by their very nature, are supposed to be one of the few reliably scripted moments in a campaign ... But now, thanks to that most unpredictable of factors, the weather, McCain and the Republican Party face an unexpected challenge, and potential opportunity..."

"With Hurricane Gustav bearing down on the Gulf Coast, the GOP decided late Sunday to cancel most of the first day of the Republican National Convention. The storm is the worst to pass over the Gulf of Mexico since 2005, when President Bush and the federal government horribly botched the rescue and relief response to Hurricane Katrina, unmistakably tarnishing the Republican brand."

Please stop right here to digest the key fact we have just been told.

The "horribly botched" Federal response to Hurricane Katrina has "unmistakably tarnished" the Republican Party and had seemingly forever convinced the American people that its top leaders could not effectively manage a crisis. This is a huge potential problem for Senator McCain, who is said to be too close to the President.

But, Hurricane Gustav hit precisely on the first planned day of the Republican Presidential Convention and offered Republican McCain a shining opportunity to prove that he could be as decisive as a President of the United States needs to be.

Hurricane Gustav even provided President Bush the opportunity to redeem his leadership, to show that he had learned from the his mistakes during Katrina.

However, the most potential good which Gustav might bring belongs to McCain.

"John McCain can't stop the storm, but his campaign is determined to make the most of it by using it to rebrand a new generation of Republicans as leaders who govern effectively and rise above partisanship ... The McCain campaign's new message dovetailed with two themes the campaign had already been planning to promote at the Republican convention--his desire to improve the quality of government and his determination to excite Americans to increase their participation in service for the public good."

There you have it -- in black and white no less! McCain's leadership during the hurricane "dovetailed" with the twin themes which are going to be promoted during the convention!

As strange as it may seem, I believe Hurricane Gustav was created and steered right at New Orleans for the express purpose of providing the Republicans the opportunity to act "Presidential" and to convince the American people that a President McCain would act far more decisively than President Bush.

When your scientists control the weather, you can pull off this kind of charade. Remember what former NBC Weatherman, Scott Stevens, said in his video, above:

This next story also tells how important Gustav might turn out to be for the Republican Convention.

NEWS BRIEF: "Gustav proves double-edged storm for GOP", The Globe and Mail, September 2, 2008

One major advantage which McCain realized by postponing the start of the convention by one day is that President Bush could not address the gathering as he was scheduled to do! That is a major advantage for the GOP because Bush is so very, very unpopular that McCain is having to distance himself as much as possible.

But, the storm did allow McCain a major opportunity to show the Americans how much he really cares!

"ST. PAUL, MINN. -- When managing the politics of natural disasters, the trick is to get the balance right: showing you care without making a spectacle of yourself. John McCain and Barack Obama have taken two quite different approaches to handling hurricane Gustav. Mr. McCain put the Republican National Convention on hold, toured an emergency-measures facility, and gave selected interviews that clearly sought to make him appear competent, concerned and eminently presidential."

"Mercifully, for the Republicans as well as the besieged residents of the region, hurricane Gustav appears to have caused relatively little calamity along the Gulf Coast ... this hurricane could yield real benefits for Mr. McCain. After all, it was hardly a loss for the Republicans that President George Bush and Vice-President Dick Cheney were forced to cancel their speeches last night. Given the administration's grave unpopularity with voters, their absence was a blessing."

"Gustav may also have finally laid the legacy of hurricane Katrina to rest. The Republicans have been haunted by the Bush administration's lethal mishandling of that disaster, but the lesson appears to have been learned."

This last quote, below, is especially poignant and revealing as to the true intentions of the hurricane managers:

"This is just one of those moments in history where you have to put America first," he (McCain) said yesterday on NBC's Today Show .."

Senator McCain was given the opportunity to show Americans that he cared more for their well-being during a crisis than he did for party politics, and to demonstrate his leadership credentials.

The script regarding Hurricane Gustav was written to achieve exactly those two goals. Only time will tell whether the script was successful.

III. McCain selected Alaskan Governor Palin as his V.P candidate, in part, because she is so strongly a Conservative Christian. A quick review of the personal decisions she has made in her life will simply energize the Evangelical Christian base!

McCain has to be extremely pleased by the way in which her personal life exemplifies the principles for which Evangelical Christianity has always stood. Let us begin by reviewing some of the pertinent reasons that McCain picked Palin in the first place.

"John McCain needs to persuade swing voters that he's willing to take on the Republican establishment. He needs to persuade conservatives that he isn't squishy about social issues. And he needs to close the gender gap. When you think about it, the real surprise about Sarah Palin's selection as his running mate is that it's such a surprise."

These are the issues which led McCain to choose Alaskan Governor Palin as his V.P. running mate.

* "She reinforces John McCain's narrative of a maverick conservative crusader"

* "She's a committed Christian who's pro-life in practice as well as in theory"

* "She'll be the first woman on a Republican ticket"

* "She's a fresh face to counteract Obama's message of change"

* "She's about as far outside the Beltway as you can get"

* "A child of the middle class with a friendly face and big hair, she is so affable that she once won Miss Congeniality in a beauty pageant"

* "Her son is about to deploy to Iraq"

* "She's an ice fisherman, a moose hunter, a small business owner and a lifetime NRA member"

* In Alaska, "Palin boasts an 80% approval rating"

* "She is fiercely anti-abortion, even to the point where she decided to not have an abortion, even though her last baby was going to be Down Syndrome."

Even the pregnancy of Palin's 17-year-old daughter may work to her advantage.

"ST. PAUL, Minnesota (CNN) -- John McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin ... announced that her 17-year-old unmarried daughter is pregnant and plans to keep the baby."

Evangelical Christians believe that sex should occur only within the bounds of marriage, and they believe that Abstinance from Sex prior to marriage should be taught in both the home and in schools.

But, when a baby is conceived outside the boundaries of marriage, Evangelical Christians strongly believe that the mother should carry the baby full-term, give birth, and that the father should marry the mother!

Therefore, this incident should prove to be a positive boon to the McCain / Palin ticket, as Governor Palin has fulfilled all the beliefs of Christians in this matter.

IV. Right on cue, key Evangelical leaders rallied behind Governor Palin, for the same reasons we enunciated above.

"Key evangelical leaders rallied to Sarah Palin's support Monday amid news that her 17-year-old daughter, Bristol, was having a child. 'Before, they were excited about her, with the Down syndrome baby," conservative, anti-tax activist Grover Norquist said. 'But now with this, they are over the moon. It reinforces the fact that this family lives its pro-life values'."

This is the key: Governor Palin "lives its pro-life values".

Do not underestimate how excited this entire Palin affair has made the Evangelical community.

NEWS BRIEF: "Palin electrifies GOP convention", World Net Daily, September 02, 2008

"ST. PAUL, Minn. – While Republicans are respectfully easing into their national convention in the wake of Hurricane Gustav, they aren't holding back their enthusiasm for the party's new superstar, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, regarding her not only a catalyst for victory in November but as a transitional figure, reflecting a more 'conservative' future course."

Largely because of the tremendous impact of the Palin candidacy, McCain has authorized a startling plank in the official Republican Party Platform which shall be adopted by the convention.

"Presumptive Republican presidential candidate John McCain has conceded to a party platform calling for an outright ban on abortion, with no exceptions, and Minnesota GOP leader Michael Barrett says the 44-year-old VP pick has instantly awakened his campaign ground troops and put his 'blue state' in play for Republicans."

Awakening the Evangelical Christian base is exactly what Republican strategists like Karl Rove wanted to do. You see, even though the Illuminati has already decided who will be the 44th President, they need to manage the opposing campaigns in such a way as to make it appear to the average undiscerning citizen that events unfold by accident and coincidence

Whether Obama or McCain ascend to the White House, political pundits -- the 'talking heads' -- need to be able to convincingly explain to the average American why they won. If McCain is the Illuminati choice, pundits can point to the Palin candidacy for V.P. as one of the extremely important reasons why McCain was able to "win".

"Energizing the Evangelical base" is likely to be one of the key catch phrases throughout this campaign and after the election is over.

Cutting Edge Never Endorses

We also want to make something very clear: We at Cutting Edge realized in 1988 that all major elections are fixed, that only the candidate which is approved actually "wins" the election. I have seen that, if the Illuminati Plan for the next 4 to 8 years calls for an emphasis upon foreign affairs, a Republican "wins" but if the Plan calls for an emphasis on domestic affairs, a Democrat ascends to the Oval Office.

Cutting Edge has historically never recommended anyone for major office, for three reasons:

1) We recognize that all candidates are equally committed to the New World Order Plan.

2) We recognize that the Illuminati controls all major candidates of both political parties.

3) With the advent of the electronic voting machine, the Illuminati can easily control the outcome of the election.

Therefore, while we are pleased that a Born Again Evangelical Christian was chosen to be the McCain Vice Presidential candidate, we recognize that the bottom line will not ever change; i.e., McCain is totally Illuminati and will carry out his script faithfully. Probably in ignorance, Governor Palin will also follow the script handed her.

In our estimation, both Obama and McCain are equally dangerous to the future health of the Republic and to our future freedoms. We are not specifically anti-Obama or pro-McCain, or vice-versa. We recognize that both are just tools of the Illuminati.

V. At this point, we would like to contrast Palin's attitude toward the unborn baby within the womb with Senator Obama's stated viewpoint.

You will immediately see the difference in attitude which Biblical values produce. In the section above, you will see that the Biblical values of the Palin family cause them to close ranks behind 17-year-old Bristol Palin and to announce that she is going to keep her baby, deliver it, and then marry the biological father.

Months earlier, Senator Obama proudly announced that a different scenario would guide his family should one of his daughters become pregnant outside marriage. Note that the date of Obama's pronouncement is March 31, five full months before the news hit the wires of Bristol's out-of-marriage conception.

Obama would rush his pregnant daughter off to the nearest abortion clinic!

NEWS BRIEF: "Barack Obama Would Back Daughters' Abortion, "Don't Punish Them With a Baby", Life News.com, March 31, 2008

"Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Barack Obama is drawing gasps from pro-life advocates today over comments he made during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania over the weekend. The leading Democratic presidential candidate appeared to back a potential decision by his daughters to seek an abortion saying he wouldn't 'punish' them with a baby."

This callous attitude toward the unborn baby within the womb is so typical of rabid pro-abortionists. They consider that the only factor worth taking into account is the convenience of the biological mother! They do not consider that murdering a tiny pre-born human being within the womb is worthy to be considered alongside the mother's convenience.

"... I've got two daughters. 9 years old and 6 years old', he added. 'I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby', Obama said."

What a disgusting anti-life attitude -- so typical of extreme anti-abortionists. Yet, Senator Obama shamelessly parades his wife and daughters before TV and newspaper cameras as "proof" that they represent pro-Family Values, when nothing could be further from the truth.

However, Senator Obama immediately sensed that a quick Democrat Party attack on Governor Palin's personal issues would be a major public relations mistake. Therefore, he quickly moved to quash any further negative statements from Democrat officials.

NEWS BRIEF: "Obama says Palin's family off limits", CNN News, September 2, 2008

"Sen. Barack Obama said firmly that families are off-limits in the campaign for president, reacting to news that GOP running mate Sarah Palin's 17-year-old daughter is pregnant. 'Let me be as clear as possible," Obama said. 'I think people's families are off-limits, and people's children are especially off-limits. This shouldn't be part of our politics. It has no relevance to Gov. Palin's performance as governor or her potential performance as a vice president'."

The Democrats should not try to make political hay out of this unfortunate conception out of marriage, as that would literally be the pot calling the kettle black! Obama admitted as much:

"Obama said reporters should 'back off these kinds of stories' and noted that he was born to an 18-year-old mother ... We don't go after people's families; we don't get them involved in the politics. It's not appropriate, and it's not relevant," he added. 'Our people were not involved in any way in this, and they will not be. And if I ever thought that there was somebody in my campaign that was involved in something like that, they'd be fired'." (Ibid.)

However, the Republicans ARE callously planning to make political hay out of Bristol's pregnancy!

NEWS BRIEF: "Baby's Dad To join Palin family at Republican National Convention", World Net Daily, September 2, 2008

"The boyfriend of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's unwed, pregnant daughter will join the family of the Republican vice presidential candidate at the GOP convention in St. Paul, Minn. Levi Johnston's mother said her 18-year-old son left Alaska on Tuesday morning to join the Palin family at the convention where Sen. John McCain will officially receive the Republican nomination for president ... The young man's presence could set off a media frenzy around the young couple as photographers and cameramen scramble for pictures of the two teenagers."

"Sarah Palin is scheduled to address the convention Wednesday night and traditionally her family would join her at the conclusion of her speech."

Therefore, Levi Johnston would join the family at the conclusion of Governor Palin's address. That WOULD start a "media frenzy"! And Evangelical Christian voters will love every minute.

Planned showmanship is the order of the day with any national convention. And, this one should be a doozy.
