First, let us examine the admission that this bailout plan was created quite a while BEFORE the financial crisis struck. NEWS BRIEF: "White House Dispatches Team to Push Economic Bill", Roll Call News, September 23, 2008 "The White House today is drumming up extraordinary pressure on Congress to approve its plan to enact a $700 billion mortgage bailout fund, suggesting the markets cannot wait much longer and dispatching Vice President Cheney and other top officials up Pennsylvania Avenue to jawbone lawmakers .. Fratto said it would be “unthinkable” for Congress not to pass legislation this week, asserting the result would be a “very, very serious situation” for the U.S. economy." Now, here is the admission that the bailout plan was created before the crisis actually hit. "Fratto insisted that the plan was not slapped together and had been drawn up as a contingency over previous months and weeks by administration officials." Do not be deceived on this point: this massive bailout plan was planned a very long time ago, as a means by which the key economies throughout the world could be converted from a Capitalist Economy into a Fascist one. Just as the Patriot Act was created years before the attacks of 9/11, this incredible bailout plan was created long before the crisis hit. This admission that the plan was created "over previous months and weeks" is ingenous to say the least, for the real time frame measures in years. This crisis is a classic exercise of the Illuminati formula: First create a huge crisis which threatens the entire nation and then step into the fray with your "solution", a plan which you had created long before the planned crisis erupted. People will always allow more of their individual rights and liberties to be taken away if they feel severely threatened. Let us now examine the ways in which this bailout plan parallels the infamous Patriot Act. NEWS BRIEF: "Bailout is financial equivalent of the Patriot Act", International Herald Tribune, September 23, 2008 " 'Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency', the original draft of the proposed bill says. And with those words, the Treasury secretary - whoever that may be in a few months - would be vested with perhaps the most incredible powers ever bestowed on one person over the economic and financial life of the United States. It is the financial equivalent of the Patriot Act, after 9/11. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson Jr.'s $700 billion proposal to bail out Wall Street is both the biggest rescue and the most amazing power grab in the history of the American economy." These are amazing powers given to the Treasury Secretary, but they parallel the political dictatorial authorities which the Patriot Act gives the President of the United States! During October-December, 2001, we were warning that the Patriot Act bestowed the mantle of "Absolute Dictator" upon the President. Now, the Treasury Secretary will be above the law just as the President currently is as he exercises the authority which the Patriot Act gives him! Of course, since the Treasury Secretary reports directly to the President, it is the Oval Office which ultimately wields these new powers. "Democrats have complained that the bill gives the Treasury Department 'a blank check' - and they're right. But given the rush to push the bill through, even if Congress cobbles together some oversight language, it will almost surely be inadequate." The point is clear here: Congressional members are being given no opportunity to thoroughly review this massive bill before they are expected to vote upon it -- another parallel to the Patriot Act. If you remember your history correctly, Congressmen were presented the huge Patriot Act only hours before they were expected to vote "Yes" on it. Congress did not stiffen their backs to prevent the Patriot Act from being passed without anyone properly reading it and they will not refuse this bill, either. Let us return to this featured article one more time. "But the question on the table now is whether the government's latest response to this crisis - the way it has been constructed, and frankly, the way it is being crammed down everyone's throat at the eleventh hour - is the right approach." Of course, it is not the right approach! This entire crisis, and the bailout plan which is being rammed down people's throat at the 11th hour, is intended to deliver control of the economy to the Federal Government, thus transitioning from a Capitalistic Economy to a Fascist Economy. But, Congress will pass this legislation without significant changes because they are following their script and they understand how important this change is to the Illuminati Plan to create the type of global economy they want in place by the time the Masonic Christ appears. Bush Administration officials are using the same scare tactics against Congress to pass the massive financial bailout plan that they used against Congress in 2001-2002 to pass the terrorist bill, the Patriot Act! NEWS BRIEF: "Bush Says Warns Failure to Act Would Imperil Economy", Bloomberg News, September 25, 2008 "President George W. Bush warned that the nation faces the prospect of a 'long and painful recession'' unless Congress acts quickly to pass a sweeping plan to stabilize U.S. financial markets. 'We're in the midst of a serious financial crisis', Bush said in a prime-time address tonight from the White House. 'Our entire economy is in danger'.'' Bush's message is stark: pass my bailout plan or face the imminent collapse of the American economy -- a sheer disaster. Do you remember the terror scare tactics Bush and Cheney threw at a Congress reluctant to place such dicatorial power in the hands of the President in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks? Bush and Cheney repeatedly warned that terrorists would most certainly strike again unless Congress granted them far more dicatorial powers than either Stalin or Hitler possessed? These tactics worked, as Congress passed the Patriot Act without ever reading it! Now, Bush and Cheney are working Congress and the Mass Media with the same scare tactics, trying to get Congress to pass this incredible bailout plan which will grant the Treasury Secretary the same type of dictatorial laws without Congressional oversight which the President now possesses under the Patriot Act. The Oval Office is arguing that an economic crash is inevitable unless Congress passes this legislation. Same tactics to accomplish another dictatorial takeover of a significant portion of this country. In 2001, the dictatorial powers were political; in 2008, the dictatorial powers are economic. When a tactic works, use it again! Even Governor Palin got in on the act, speaking faithfully from her prepared script! NEWS BRIEF: "Palin says US could face another Great Depression if Congress doesn't act on financial crisis", StarTribune.com, September 24, 2008 "NEW YORK - Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin said Wednesday that the United States could be headed for another Great Depression if Congress doesn't act on the financial crisis." Palin is obviously speaking from a prepared script, as there is no evidence that she possesses the type of financial acumen which would allow her to independently come to this conclusion. She is most definitely speaking the words which her Republican handlers wanted her to speak. However, the lesson we must learn here is that Palin is quite ready and willing to say and do whatever her political handlers want her to do. As a Vice Presidential candidate, she is not free to say or do anything in her own; and, should McCain ascend to the White House, a Vice President Palin will possess no power in her office to independently do anything on her own. Sarah Palin is not her own person, and in this race, she never will be. She is totally subservient to the Republican Party leadership. Do not ever forget this reality. As if to underscore the gravity of the financial predicament, Republican Presidential candidate, John McCain suspended his campaign so he could head to the White House to confer with the President on the financial situation. Oh, yes, Obama is headed to the White House too. NEWS BRIEF: "McCain suspends campaign: Candidates head to Washington", Newsday, September 25, 2008 "The race for the White House was thrown into turmoil yesterday after John McCain suddenly suspended his campaign ... McCain and Obama have agreed to return to Washington today to meet congressional leaders at the White House at the invitation of President George W. Bush to discuss the bailout plan ..." The two candidates emphasized the need for American unity at this time. "Last night, McCain and Obama also issued a joint statement saying they would "rise above politics for the good of the country" to address the economic crisis ... 'It is time for both parties to come together to solve this problem', McCain said." McCain's action is purely theater, as his startling move to suspend his presidential campaign -- even for one day -- simply adds theatrical suspense to this intense financial turmoil. Masons love theater and suspense, as they act scenes out in their Lodges all the time! Their scriptwriters have created a doozy of a suspenseful scenario in this economic turmoi. However, remember that the objective is to transition the American economy into the planned Fascist Economy, not to crash the economy. That crash will not come until the World War III breaks out that will produce Antichrist. Certainly, the economy will not crash in September as so many Internet blogs are screaming. You can put this rumor into the same false category as the persistent rumors that we are about to attack Iran!
NEWS BRIEF: "Russia's Putin calls for changing the architecture of the international financial system", ITAR TASS, September 20, 2008 "Prime Minister Vladimir Putin called for changing the architecture of the international financial system ... 'We all need to think about changing the architecture of international finances and diversifying risks... This issue should be considered not in a confrontation-like way but very benevolently in order to find the most acceptable ways for the development of the world economy and world finances'.” Notice Putin's use of the words, "world economy" and "world finances"! This entire "world financial crisis" is being deliberately controlled so as to move the entire world system into a Global Fascist Economy! In such an economy, private parties still own the businesses and the "means of production", but the government tightly controls these companies through thorough regulation. Severe regulation controls the number of companies which can make or offer the same product or service, and controls the price. Therefore, the few owners privileged to keep their company make HUGE profits. As the American and European economies convulse as they must in order to "give birth" to the worldwide Fascist Economy, Russia's Putin issues a clarion call to "benevolently" control the world economy from this point onward. The French PM echoes Putin's call. "French Prime Minister Francois Fillon said he would put forth several initiatives within days for dealing with the world financial crisis ... He believes it necessary to strengthen control and bring more transparency into cooperation between fiscal authorities of different countries." This last quote reveals the ultimate plan: Fiscal authorities of different countries are planning to take the final steps needed to implement Fascist economics throughout the entire globe.
IV. As Putin was calling for a new financial order, Russian gunboats were flexing their muscles in America's backyard! NEWS BRIEF: "Russia engages in 'gangland' diplomacy as it sends warship to the Caribbean", Times Online, September 23, 2008 "Russia flexed its muscles in America’s backyard yesterday as it sent one of its largest warships to join military exercises in the Caribbean. The nuclear-powered flagship Peter the Great set off for Venezuela with the submarine destroyer Admiral Chabanenko and two support vessels in the first Russian naval mission in Latin America since the end of the Cold War." Rumors were floating that nuclear submarines were participating in this joint military exercise with Venezuela. The warship, "Peter the Great" is a most formidable fighting vessel, as it is armed with exceedingly sophisticated weapons, including 20 nuclear capable cruise missiles and 500 surface-to-air missiles! Russia is reportedly angry with attempted American interference during the invasion of Georgia, a country which Russia has always viewed as being part of her "Sphere of Influence". This joint exercise with Venezuelan forces is most definitely a warning that Russia now has the Blue Water Navy which can intrude into naval and air space which Washington has always viewed as its "Sphere of Influence". Russia intends to remind American leadership that the United States is not the only superpower in the world today, and that if she meddles in Russia's backyard, then Russia has the military capability of meddling in America's backyard. Indeed, Russia does posses that "Secret Weapon" revealed in this video, above, which does, indeed, give her the military edge over the United States -- Scalar Electromagnetic Wave weaponry!
V. America's Homeland Security is turning to technology to protect the country from terrorism by "reading your mind"! NEWS BRIEF: "Homeland Security Detects Terrorist Threats by Reading Your Mind", Fox News, September 23, 2008 "Baggage searches are SOOOOOO early-21st century. Homeland Security is now testing the next generation of security screening — a body scanner that can read your mind. Most preventive screening looks for explosives or metals that pose a threat. But a new system called MALINTENT turns the old school approach on its head. This Orwellian-sounding machine detects the person — not the device — set to wreak havoc and terror." "Subjects do not get hooked up or strapped down for a careful reading; those sensors do all the work without any actual physical contact. It's like an X-ray for bad intentions." While this article says only that this machine reads body temperature, heart rate and respiration as clues to whether a person is planning a terror attack, much like the unreliable polygraph; if this is the technology behind this machine, then the results will be as unreliable as the discredited polygraph. An awful lot of travelers are going to be falsely accused of being a terrorist. This story about this machine which reads the minds according to a polygraph formula makes no sense whatsoever; however, knowing the propensity of the government to only release superficial details of a new system, I believe that the science behind this "mind scanner" is HAARP Electromagnetic Wave technology. As our various sources on HAARP report, mind control is one of the key capabilities of this electromagnetic wave system. We have been waiting to see how the government might introduce HAARP technology to the American people! President Bush's "War On Terror" has just received "Minority Report" capabilities, using HAARP capabilities! We all have reason to be afraid!
VI. Israel steps closer to a new coalition government, as the Labor Party chieftain -- and Defense Minister -- Barak announces that he will join the Kadima coalition government! NEWS BRIEF: "Labor Now Willing to Join Livni Gov't; Waiting for Shas Party", by Hillel Fendel, Israel National News, September 24, 2008 "Ehud Barak and other Labor leaders now say they are willing to join a new government coalition formed by Tzipi Livni of Kadima. The ball is now in the court of the Sephardic religious Shas party. Though Barak said just recently that Livni is not the one he would trust to make major security decisions 'when a call comes in at 3 AM', he now says he is willing to join a government headed by her. "Speaking at a pre-Rosh HaShanah get-together at Labor Party headquarters in Tel Aviv on Tuesday, Barak said that he is interested in helping Livni form a new government, 'as Israel faces real challenges, from Iran down to how to deal with individual terrorists trying to run over people in Jerusalem'." Welfare Minister Yitzchak Herzog of Labor agreed, saying that Livni had 'created the groundwork for a coalition [with Labor], and I believe it is possible'." Once Livni reaches agreement with the Shas Party, she probably will have enough votes to create a new coalition government, and she will succeed Olmert as Prime Minister. As Foreign Minister, Livni proved her steadfast loyalty to the policies of Skull & Bones President George Bush. She has already gone on record as supporting Bush's "Road Map" plan to create a Palestinian State out of tiny Israel. Therefore, the Illuminati plan to produce the Palestinian State can go forward with nary a hitch, and will provide Bush the opportunity to get this new nation pronounced before he leaves office January 20, 2009. NEWS BRIEF: "Democrats to Let Offshore Drilling Ban Expire: Conceding Defeat in Battle With GOP", Fox News, September 23, 2008 "WASHINGTON — Democrats have decided to allow a quarter-century ban on drilling for oil off the Atlantic and Pacific coasts to expire next week, conceding defeat in a months-long battle with the White House and Republicans set off by $4 a gallon gasoline prices this summer." "Republicans have made lifting the ban a key campaign issue after gasoline prices spiked this summer and public opinion turned in favor of more drilling. President Bush lifted an executive ban on offshore drilling in July. " 'If true, this capitulation by Democrats following months of Republican pressure is a big victory for Americans struggling with record gasoline prices', said House GOP leader John Boehner of Ohio." What nonsense! We all know that both Democrat and Republican leaders supported the run-up in crude oil prices during the past four years, as they simply were carrying out the Illuminati Plan. As this "Energy Crisis" card of the Illuminati Card Game illustrates, the Illuminati planned to create this high price crisis as a means by which to control the various nations of the world, forcing leaders to step in line with the global plan. But, the news of the hour is that the Democrats folded their long-term opposition to off-shore drilling, and did it in such a way that many of their rabid environmental supporters will not realize what they have done. Rather than having to vote "Yea" or "Nay" to a law allowing off-shore drilling, they simply will not renew the existing moratorium! There is almost always more than one way to skin the proverbial cat! This ploy should serve them in good stead with their constitutions. Sanctification begins in regeneration. The Spirit of God infuses into man that new living principle by which he becomes "a new creature" in Christ Jesus.
