II. The Bush Administration may, indeed, go
down in history as the "Torture President"! What a terrible
indictment of a "christian" President!
A. Secretary of State Rice attempted to assure European leaders that
the US was not torturing people, but her every statement opened up new problems
for the credibility of the Bush Administration.

"THE United States performed a U-turn over the treatment of prisoners
abroad yesterday when the Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, ruled out
the use of torture. She said no US personnel could use cruel
or degrading practices at home or abroad - contradicting a previous policy,
which held that a ban on such treatment did not apply to Americans working
overseas. The old rules meant CIA employees could use methods abroad that
would not be allowed in the US. But yesterday Ms Rice said that, as a matter
of policy, the United Nations Convention against Torture 'extends to US personnel
wherever they are, whether they are in the US or outside the US'."

This loophole in the treatment of American citizens is the reason that the
American establishment set up Guantanamo Bay as a prison following 9/11. Providing
further impetus to creating such a torture prison in Cuba was the coomon practice
in American jurisprudence to extend many of the protections enjoyed by American
citizens to foreigners accused of a crime. Quite honestly, Bush officials
felt that they could do anything they wanted in a base off American soil.
Thus, on December 8, Secretary of State Rice said the door was now closed
to this loophole. But, the very next day, Rice seemed to backtrack just a
hair over this assurance.

"THE row over treatment of terrorist suspects by the US showed no signs
of abating yesterday as Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said she could
give no guarantee that terrorism detainees would not be abused despite clear
rules against torture. 'Will there be abuses of policy? That's entirely possible',
she said on a visit to NATO headquarters. 'Just because you're a democracy
it doesn't mean that you're perfect'. But she offered assurances that any
abuses would be investigated and violators punished."
Thus did Rice open the door just a crack as to whether terrorism detainees
would ever again be tortured. And, as we know from the Six
Step Attitudinal Change Plan, opening the door to a forbidden
practice is fatal. Opening the door just a tiny crack allows the forbidden
practice to continue. In this case, any time a story appears that American
interrogators are still torturing people, an official whitewash investigation
can be launched which will exonerate top officials and send only small fry
to punishment.
In this article we quote above on the Six
Step Attitudinal Change Plan, we note how this principle worked
to open the door wide for the killing of unborn babies in the womb, a national
tragedy which has killed 50,000,000 babies thus far. Listen as we extract
this quote:
"Abortion: American society is clearly in Step 6 here, as 1.5 million
preborn babies are murdered in the womb annually. Remember how we lost this
war? We lost it in state legislatures when our side compromised to legally
allow abortions ONLY in limited instances, narrowly prescribed instances,
where the life of the mother might be in danger, or when the conception was
a result of rape or incest. As "noble" as this compromise might
have appeared to our ignorant legislators, it opened the door to this forbidden
practice just a tiny crack. Soon, the Supreme Court kicked it wide open with
Roe vs Wade, and now abortion is practiced in all three trimesters of pregnancy."
Rice backtracked from her December 8 statement just a bit, opening the door
to the forbidden practice just a tiny crack.
One American newspaper found Rice's "assurances" totally without
merit.

"Whatever is going on? Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is visiting
America's European allies to deliver the message that the United States does
not practice and, in fact, is opposed to, torture.
The other astonishing part is that her visit this week is in response to the
allies' fury and indignation that the CIA has carried out flights to their
countries to transport prisoners to secret prisons where torture may have
been used. That is, torture that presumably cannot be carried out in the United
States without running so far afoul of the law that even this administration
won't undertake it.'
Notice the last statement in this paragraph: 'without running so far afoul
of the law that even this administration won't undertake it."
The Bush Administration has acquired an unsavory reputation for lawlessness,
and for very good reason. As we have stated before, we have been reporting
since November, 2001, on the fact that the Bush people have been torturing
people, victims whose guilt has never been properly established in a court
of law. We have even reported on the infamous legal argument by Ashcroft and
his Justice lawyers to the judges of the Ninth Circuit of Appeals that President
Bush had the right to torture prisoners, and the courts had no right to intervene
(NEWS1885).
The extreme danger in this scenario is that, once the government begins to
torture foreigners based on the flimsy charge of "terrorism", and
once it can extend that torture to foreign born citizens, it can then begin
imprisoning and torturing native-born Americans without charge and without
trial. Of course, this is the Plan once the contrived crisis hits.
Now, let us examine instances where American officials have, indeed, imprisoned
and tortured innocent people.
B.
A German citizen held in a CIA torture prison for five months is now suing
the United States government and several leaders, not only for torturing him
when he was an innocent man, but continuing to imprison him after learning
that he was innocent!

"THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION has a new public relations nightmare, and his
name is Khaled Masri. His case has turned Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's
tour of Europe into a debacle, and if even half of his allegations are true,
America's ever-grimier reputation in 'old Europe' will have another indelible
stain. Masri, a 42-year-old German citizen, filed suit Tuesday against former
CIA Director George J. Tenet and three private aviation companies. He claims
he was snatched while on vacation in Macedonia in December 2003, drugged and
flown to Afghanistan, where he was held for five months in one of those secret
CIA prisons that the administration pretends don't exist."
"In prison, he says, he was beaten, photographed naked and held in squalid
conditions. According to his lawsuit, he was detained for two months even
after the CIA learned it had nabbed the wrong man, apparently because the
Lebanese-born Masri's name was confused with that of an Al Qaeda operative.
He was released on an Albanian hillside in May 2004, having never been charged
with a crime. Masri is no enemy combatant; he was a car salesman."
Once again, we are confronted with the reality that this "christian"
President who is said to be committed to "Dominion Theology" (the
religious heresy which says that Jesus can only return after the church seizes
the world for christianity), is really out of control. He is not acting as
one who reads his Bible and who prays daily, and who professes a form of Christian
religion.
Rather, he is acting just like the old Skull
& Bones President we know him to be.
Jesus said that we "shall know them by their fruits". Yet, since
the attacks of 9/11, we have seen only evil fruit from this President. In
fact, Bush has stringently followed the known Illuminati plan in the aftermath
of the attacks. We have carefully collected the news since January 20, 2001,

C. Just before Secretary Rice departed Washington,
D.C., to meet with European leaders, the CIA reportedly emptied out its European
"Black Prisons".

"The CIA last month emptied two secret prisons in Eastern Europe of
terrorist suspects in a frantic effort to defuse the "rendition"
controversy ahead of Condoleezza Rice's visit to Europe ... Eleven leading
al-Qa'eda suspects were transferred to a new CIA facility in North Africa,
current and former officers told ABC television. The allegation emerged as
Miss Rice, the US secretary of state, had an awkward meeting with Angela Merkel,
the new German chancellor."
"The Bush administration has refused to confirm or deny that the CIA
runs "black sites" in Eastern Europe to hold terrorist suspects
outside the reach of US law ... The controversy intensified with the release
of more detailed allegations on ABC News yesterday. It claimed that 11 top
terrorist suspects were held on a former Soviet air base in Eastern Europe
until some time last month. Several of them were later held at a second base,
CIA officials told the network. They were all moved to North Africa after
the Post's report."
"Ten of the detainees were subjected to the harshest interrogation techniques
allowed, the network alleged."
After the unexpected victory of Angela Merkel over the despised Schroder,
the Bush Administration made noises that they wanted to improve relations
with Germany. This next segment reveals that this fight over American torture
on foreign soil has made that goal very difficult.
"The row was the worst possible conclusion to a meeting that both countries
had hoped would usher in a friendlier period of relations following the appalling
relationship between Gerhard Schröder, Mrs Merkel's predecessor.."

Read these news stories carefully, for they paint the true picture of the
CIA; this agency is not the kind, benevolent, and wise organization having
the best interests of Americans at heart, but is a cruel agency -- at least
in leadership -- which has carried out these tortures. I find it disconcerting
that TV shows and movies consistently paint governmental organizations --
CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, FEMA -- in such glowing, patriotic, and comforting
light, when the reality is that these are the very organizations which will
one day turn on the American people with planned vengeance.

the Sept. 11 attacks, though, some experts say the U.S. government has tried
a new tactic -- redefining the meaning of torture. Reports of abuse of prisoners
in Iraq and at Guantanamo Bay have incensed U.S. adversaries and alienated
allies ... "There was never a world where torture didn't exist,"
said Manfred Nowak, the U.N.'s Special Rapporteur on Torture, adding it is
practiced "in a great many countries around the world. But usually, until
recently, those governments would never actually admit they're torturing',
he said. 'Now we have for the first time both an academic and a political
debate saying 'We are living under new conditions. Sept. 11 has changed the
rules of the game and that's why we have to rethink the absolute prohibition
on torture'."
"President George W. Bush said again on Tuesday that the United States
does not practice torture, or send suspects to foreign countries that torture."
All undiscerning Americans will likely take comfort in these reassuring words
from President Bush. But, then, this article goes on to list the techniques
which are allowed to be used on prisoners, since these techniques to not constitute
torture. As you read them, think of these actions being used on you, to see
if you really think they should be allowed.
Remember, the average American citizen is the ultimate target, because the
ultimate goal is to abolish the entire American government. These are the
approved non-torture "enhanced interrogation techniques" allowed
under this Administration.
"ABC News quoted CIA sources last month as saying that six 'Enhanced
Interrogation Techniques' had been instituted for top al Qaeda suspects, including
slaps and extreme cold. The most severe is 'water boarding' in which a prisoner
is bound to a board, feet raised and head slightly below the feet, ABC said.
Cellophane is wrapped over the prisoner's face and water is poured over him,
inducing a feeling of drowning. 'The cellophane is a modern addition to a
technique that had its origins in the Spanish Inquisition', said Tom Malinowski
of Human Rights Watch, adding that the State Department itself defines the
technique as torture."
Senator McCain (R-AZ) fervently opposes torture because he was vigorously
tortured as a P.O.W. in North Vietnam.
"In October the U.S. Senate overwhelmingly passed a proposal by Republican
Sen. John McCain of Arizona, who was tortured as a prisoner during the Vietnam
War, for a ban on 'cruel, inhumane and degrading' treatment of detainees.
But the White House has been pushing to exempt the CIA, arguing that it would
hamper anti-terrorism operations." (Ibid.)
This action by the White House opposing a Congressional ban on torture reveals
the true heart of this Administration, for we have already stated the truth,
that torture never produces good intelligence.
"Michael Greenberger, a senior Justice Department official in the Clinton
administration who now heads the University of Maryland's Center for Health
and Homeland Security, said McCain was trying to bring the United States into
compliance with international norms, while Bush wanted to leave the door open
for the CIA to act beyond those norms without prosecution ... McCain argued
against relaxing the standard of what amounts to torture."
" 'To make someone believe that you are killing him by drowning is no
different than holding a pistol to his head and firing a blank. I believe
that it is torture, very exquisite torture', he wrote."
Senator McCain then reiterated our point about the ineffectiveness of torture
as a means of extracting useful information.
"And if the United States is torturing prisoners, McCain wondered what
results such treatment has brought. 'Abuse of prisoners often produces bad
intelligence because under torture a person will say anything he thinks his
captors want to hear -- whether it is true or false -- if he believes it will
relieve his suffering', McCain said."
Since veteran CIA officials and Bush Administration officials know this is
the truth, then why are they torturing innocent prisoners -- at least innocent
in the eyes of the law? They are torturing these prisoners simply to intimidate
their opponents -- both the Muslims and the political opponents of the Illuminati.
E.
TV series like "24" and like-minded movies have accomplished their
propaganda goal as a recent poll shows 61% of Americans support government
torture of prisoners "under rare instances" if circumstances warrant
it.

" WASHINGTON (AP) -- Most Americans and a majority of people in Britain,
France and South Korea say torturing terrorism suspects is justified at least
in rare instances, according to AP-Ipsos polling ... President Bush and other
top officials have said the U.S. does not torture, but some suspects in American
custody have alleged they were victims of severe mistreatment. The polling,
in the United States and eight of its closest allies, found that in Canada,
Mexico and Germany people are divided on whether torture is ever justified
... In America, 61 percent of those surveyed agreed torture is justified at
least on rare occasions. Almost nine in 10 in South Korea and just over half
in France and Britain felt that way."
I find it incredible that 61% of Americans believe that torture is "justified
at least on rare occasions"! What would the poll number have been before
9/11? After these unprecendented attacks on U.S. soil, a vast majority of
Americans felt truly threatened, and were willing to allow the government
extreme latitude in dealing with this new, unparalleled threat. So, to a large
degree, this remarkable ambivalence toward torture is the result of those
attacks, and of the many bogus terrorist threats which have followed in the
years afterward (Read NEWS1888

However, many TV shows and movies have aired since 9/11 which feature torture
as a very useful tool by which the government can gain the intelligence they
need to narrowly avert total destruction! The TV series, "24" very
strongly hits this point home. Time and time again, severe disaster is averted
because Jack tortured one of the enemy, got the information for which he was
seeking, and used that information to narrowly avert the terror attack.

Torture is the key element of averting terrorist disaster in "24".
In the 2004-2005 series, the President of the United States opposes the use
of torture, and very nearly causes the complete destruction of the country.
This President is depicted as a total idiot, and forefront in his actions
was his opposition to using torture.
It does look like the American people -- sheeple -- have swallowed this lie,
hook, line, and sinker!
III.
An Arab-American who was indicted for participating in a terror scheme has
won acquittal on more than half the charges against him, while the jury remains
deadlocked on the remaining nine counts!

May Yet Deport Acquitted Ex-Professor", A.P. Breaking News,
December 8, 2005
" TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Federal authorities hit with a stunning defeat
in a terrorism case against a former Florida college professor are considering
deporting him instead of retrying him. A complex case that took a decade to
assemble was rejected Tuesday when a jury acquitted Sami Al-Arian of eight
of the 17 federal charges against him and deadlocked on the rest. Al-Arian,
a Palestinian born in Kuwait, was accused of being a key figure in a Palestinian
terrorist group that has carried out suicide bombings against Israel.
"If the government decides to abandon the remaining charges, it is doubtful
Al-Arian will be permitted to return to his previous life in Tampa. He had
been a computer engineering professor at the University of South Florida but
was fired after his indictment. U.S. immigration authorities are holding him
on an immigration detainer and will probably try to deport him if he is released
from jail. The agency can deport any foreigner it deems a terrorism risk.
The burden of proof for deportation is lower than it is in the criminal courts."
Did you catch that last sentence? "The burden of proof for deportation
is lower than it is in the criminal courts."
The government could not prove its case against this man. Officials could
not convince a jury to a "reasonable doubt" that he was guilty of
terrorism. This proof that the government could not prove its case in an open
court of law should be a heavy warning against keeping the two Patriot Acts
on the books, since they allow arrest, imprisonment, torture, and even execution
without trial!!
In a future "terrorist scenario" gripping the entire nation, the
government will sweep up many people as innocent as this former professor,
but they will not have the opportunity to defend their innocence in an open
court of law, as this man was allowed to do.
The specter of Patriot Acts I and II remain over our heads like a Damocles
Sword, awaiting only the onset of the planned dire crisis which will allow
authorities to dissolve the Constitution and eliminate our rights. Once both
Patriot Acts are implemented and enforced, any citizen can be arrested without
charges and tried in secret court and even executed without due process. Your
family does not even have to be informed as to your whereabouts!
The time is short, but thank God we have this trial as an open warning to
all citizens of the peril awaiting us if we ever allow our Constitution to
be dissolved.
IV.
Israel's President officially dissolved the Knesset, thus paving the way for
March elections.

"Prime Minister Ariel Sharon will no longer require Knesset approval
for the appointment of ministers to his cabinet, following Thursday's publication
in the official government gazette of the order for the disbandment of the
Knesset, signed by President Moshe Katsav. Sources in the Prime Minister's
Office said on Wednesday that Sharon would hold talks Thursday on adding new
ministers to his cabinet. Under the Basic Law on the Government, there is
no ceiling on the number of MKs Sharon may add to his cabinet, but he does
require the cabinet's approval for e0ach appointment."
Therefore, for the next few months, until the election in late March, the
Israeli citizenry will be ruled by Sharon and his Cabinet. Since Prime Minister
Sharon demonstrated during the run-up to the Gaza Strip withdrawal that he
had rock-solid support within his Cabinet, you can understand that Sharon
now holds nearly dictatorial power until the election.
As the country moves closer and closer to the March election, Sharon and
his new Kadima party will be aiming at achieving absolute control in the next
government. As we stated in NEWS2091,
the purpose in dramatically leaving Likud and forming Kadima is to move political
forces both within Conservative Likud and Liberal Labor Parties toward the
margins of power, seizing the open middle for his new party. Quite literally,
Sharon hopes to so marginalize these existing parties that they will virtually
cease to hold any political sway anymore.
Haaretz reported this week that if elections were held today, Kadima would
receive 39 Knesset seats, compared to 22 for the Labor Party headed by Amir
Peretz and 12 to the Likud, which has yet to elect a new leader. This poll
result is incredible, for Kadima would hold 39 seats to a combination of 34
for the other two parties!
These next articles leads one to conclude that, perhaps, Sharon will succeed
in his dramatic gamble.
The new Kadima Party looks more and more like
it will win the election next March, without having to negotiate with splinter
parties to form the next government.
NEWS BRIEF: "Likud
chairman defects to Sharon", The Australian, December 7,
2005
" ISRAEL'S beleaguered right-wing Likud has suffered a new blow after
its acting chairman, cabinet minister Tzahi Hanegbi, defected to Prime Minister
Ariel Sharon's new Kadima party. Mr Hanegbi, a minister without portfolio,
became the sixth member of the cabinet to follow Sharon out of Likud as part
of the continuing turmoil in Israeli politics in the run-up to a March general
election ... As the interim head of the Likud central committee, the party's
main governing body, Mr Hanegbi was to have played a key role in organizing
the elections to replace Sharon. Party primaries are due to take place on
December 19 and it was not immediately clear if Mr Hanegbi's decision would
affect the timetable."
Don't you find it interesting that the timing of this abrupt switch to Sharon's
new party takes place just as the primary elections were to be held? This
tactic may weaken the attempts of Sharon's political opponents to field candidates
who might be able to defeat the Prime Minister in March.
NEWS BRIEF: "Poll:

"Barring any dramatic developments in the next few months, Prime Minister
Ariel Sharon has a good chance of being the next premier and the leader of
the largest party ... he poll, supervised by Prof. Camil Fuchs, examined voters'
views on the personal status of Sharon and that of his party, Kadima. Haaretz
reported this week that if elections were held today, Kadima would receive
39 Knesset seats, compared to 22 for the Labor Party headed by Amir Peretz
and 12 to the Likud, which has yet to elect a new leader."
Note that only the Likud Party does not have a leader elected as of now.
This fact makes the defection of the Likud Chairman even more important, does
it not?
Please also note again that Kadima would own 39 Knesset seats, compared to
a total of 34 of the combined opposition parties. This situation is precisely
what we have been predicting the very day Sharon left the "Conservative"
Likud!
After the election, Sharon can successfully implement the terrible withdrawal
of all Jewish settlers because his government will be solidly based -- will
have an absolute numeric majority within the Knesset. No longer will he have
to deal with splinter parties which can threaten to bring down his government.
The withdrawal from selected portions of the West Bank will prove to deliver
the greatest shock to the Israeli electorate of any other single event; a
coalition government would never survive that test.
V.
Israel declares "all-out war" against Islamic Jihad after a suicide
bomber detonated a bomb at the entrance to a crowded shopping mall in Netanya,
killing five innocent civilians doing nothing more than shopping.

"TEL AVIV - Israel declared all-out war on Islamic Jihad yesterday,
vowing to hunt down and kill the terror group's leaders who ordered a suicide
bombing of a crowded shopping mall. Months of baby-step progress toward resuming
peace talks with the Palestinians seemed blown to bits by Monday's attack
in the northern coastal city of Netanya that left five Israelis dead."
"A military offensive ordered by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon shut down
the West Bank and Gaza Palestinian territories, and at least 15 militants
were rounded up. The father and brothers of the suicide bomber also were taken
into custody. 'We decided to operate in a much broader, much deeper and more
intensive manner against the Islamic Jihad infrastructure', Israel Defense
Minister Shaul Mofaz said. 'We will pay house calls', Sharon spokesman Raanan
Gissin said. 'Either they will be brought to justice, or we will bring justice
to them'."
Many times in the past three decades, Israel has "gotten tough"
with the Palestinian terrorist infrastructure. In every single case, the IDF
has successfully countered the thrust of the Palestinians; but, in every single
instance, the Israeli government would pull the IDF off the task before it
was concluded. Thus, the Palestinian terrorist organizations would be weakened,
but never destroyed.
I suspect this scenario will be played out in this manner once again. Remember,
Israel is in an election mode now, so her politicians will be very tough on
the terrorists, especially the old war general, Ariel Sharon. In fact, a mild
upsurge in terrorist attacks might strengthen his hand as the country goes
into the election, for he can then act as the strong leader he has always
portrayed himself to be.
As Israelis were trying to mentally and emotionally
come to grips with this latest suicide attack, the point was made, once again,
that the Security Fence does not deter determined terrorist attacks.
This point is entirely correct, but people who hold this view do not understand
the real purpose of the security fence!
NEWS BRIEF: "Netanya
attack: Security fence fails, again", YNET News, 12/5/05
"Defense establishment officials estimate suicide bomber came to Netanya
directly from northern West Bank, say 'territories cannot be hermetically
sealed'. According to estimations, the bomber, Lutfi Amin abu-Salem, departed
from one of the villages in the northern West Bank. These estimations have
once again raised the issue of the separation fence and the supervision of
the passage from the territories into Israel ... t is unclear how the suicide
bomber managed to arrive in Netanya with the explosive device, but one of
the possibilities examined is that he used one of the agricultural crossings
in the separation fence.
"There are a number of agricultural crossings in the fence, and in
addition there are crossings in which IDF soldiers conduct security checks
randomly and according to intelligence information. Another possibility is
that the bomber infiltrated Israel through breaches in the fence in the Jerusalem
area. A number of infiltration attempts by terrorists have already been thwarted
in the area ... In the past few weeks the security check level has been raised
along the border fence gates, but IDF officials have clarified that not every
vehicle could be disassembled to little pieces in order to search for an explosive
belt."
This point has been made time and time again: the security fence cannot stop
all terrorist attacks. In fact, terrorists have proven to be very clever in
the way in which they have proven adept at penetrating the fence and/or finding
loopholes within the system through which they can sneak the attacker armed
with the suicide belt. Detractors of the concept of the security fence are
absolutely right when they say that the fence only marginally increases Israel's
security.
But, of course, that issue is quite beside the point and meaningless -- for
you see, the security fence was not designed to keep the Palestinian terrorists
from attacking Israel. The security fence is designed to keep the Jews on
one side and the Palestinians on the other side so that the prophesied annihilation
of the "House of Esau" can commence. No Jewish leader -- not even

to kill 60,000 to 80,000 Jewish citizens when they annihilate their Palestinian

and warehouse district — could be a continent away from the Fortune
500 and Rolls-Royce set. But Riviera Beach’s fortunes may soon change.
In what has been called the largest eminent-domain case in the nation, the
mayor and other elected leaders want to move about 6,000 residents, tear down
their homes and use the emptied 400-acre site to build a waterfront yachting
and residential complex for the well-to-do."
You are right if you are thinking that the recent Supreme Court decision
-- which allows city officials to seize private property by invoking eminent
domain if the expected tax revenues exceed the revenues now being realized
-- is simply a scheme where the rich get richer while the poor get poorer.
This particular case simply reeks of a land grab by the wealthy, using the
new authority granted by the Supreme Court.
"The goal, Mayor Michael D. Brown said during a public meeting in September,
is to 'forever change the landscape' in this municipality of about 32,500.
Local leaders have said the $1 billion plan should generate jobs and haul
Riviera Beach’s economy out of the doldrums. Opponents call the plan
a government-sanctioned land grab that benefits private developers and the
wealthy."
We could not agree more! I wonder how much money it took under the table
to get these elected officials to vote for this proposal which totally violates
the former sanctity of Private Property. Any economist will tell you that
Private Property ownership rights is the most important anchor of our Capitalist
economy. The ability of the individual to own and to improve his property
is the kingpin by which this economy functions. Take this right away and our
entire economy will begin to sink.
Further, private property ownership rights were granted originally by God
Himself, to the Israeli people. In Leviticus 25, God sets forth Private Property
ownership which He insists must be followed by Israel "in perpetuity"
-- forever. Western societies have adopted their private property concepts
primarily from this single chapter, not adopting every provision, but many
of them.
Now you know why the Illuminati has decided to end Private Property rights
in their coming New World Order. Any system God originated is due for extinction
in this new Luciferian society.
Now, listen to this citizen's quotes who is about to lose their property.

a Coconut Creek Democrat, serves on a state legislative committee making recommendations
on how to strengthen safeguards on private property."
While many state politicians are scrambling to devise laws which protect
property rights for individuals, they have a very serious problem. Since the
original Eminent Domain decision was handed down by the Supreme Court itself,
any legislation passed by individual states could be overthrown by the same
Supreme Court. A wealthy landowner who wanted a particular piece of property
would only have to appeal any law standing in his way to the High Court, and
if the Court strikes down that protective law, all state laws similar will
be automatically struck down.
On the way to the New World Order, a lot of wealthy people are going to get
very wealthy, while the struggling Middle Class and the poor are going to
sink into the mud. Once the Middle Class is destroyed, America's economy is
cooked. But remember, while that is the ultimate Plan, it will not be fully
implemented until the final parts of the Final Birth Pangs War (World War
III) are ready to "kick off".
Economic Collapse will await the beginning of this future planned -- and
prophesied -- series of events. Such economic collapse will occur only when
the Final Birth Pangs War (World War III) begins.

As Iraqi insurgents continue their destructive attacks, shadows of Vietnam
continue to fall upon that troubled land. In the latest development,
the people are beginning to fear and loathe their own police and government

fear those bands of men in masks who seem to operate with the Iraqi police.
Omar Ahmed's family learnt what it can mean to run into the police, their
supposed protectors. Omar was driving with two friends in the Adhamiya district
of Baghdad at night on September 1, when they were stopped at a police checkpoint.
'The three of them were arrested by the police even though there was nothing
in the car', an eyewitness told Inter Press Service, speaking on condition
of anonymity. They did not return home for days, and the family began to search
the morgues, common practice now when someone is arrested by the Iraqi police
and does not return.
" 'Five days after they were arrested we found Omar's body in the freezer
in a morgue, with holes in the side of his head and shoulders', a friend of
the family said. 'We don't know if the other two men are dead or alive. But
we know these men were guilty of nothing other than driving their car at night.
We have no security and the problem is that police are killing and disappearing
the Iraqi people every day now."
"The 'death squads' as they have come to be called are getting more
active with just a week to go before the December 15 election ... Signs are
emerging that such killing is the work of death squads operating with the
Iran-backed Shi'ite forces that dominate the government, and therefore the
police ... the men who detained him and his wife were members of the Shi'ite
Badr Organization, a militia affiliated with Abdel Aziz al-Hakim, leader of
the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq. Tensions in Baghdad
run high, as people who live in areas not controlled by the Badr Army face
daily threats of being kidnapped or killed by members of the militia. 'The
Badr Organization is conducting a campaign to destroy other political parties
and their electoral advertisements'.
Now you can see how Iran is carrying out its war against American occupation
in Iraq. They have unleashed a program of terror unlike anything the Iraqi
people have ever seen. Their objective is apparently to so infiltrate the
Iraqi government and local police that no contrary force can stand against
them. Their success is not only measured in the deaths of civilians killed
by these thugs, but also in the picture of the current Iraqi President --
installed by the Americans -- traveling to Tehran for a meeting with the newly-elected
hardline President of Iran.
At the time of this meeting between Presidents, we wondered if this was a
sign that the Iraqi government was planning to fall into the Iranian orbit
once the Americans leave with our reputation in absolute tatters.
Do you remember the original strategy of the Iranians? They planned to allow
America to easily come in to Iraq, and then mire them down in insurgency warfare

war in Iraq, 'the greatest strategic disaster in American history'. Since
then, he's added to his criticism saying that, 'The army is broken' and 'we

and higher price over a longer period of time'."
Last week, we reported the incendiary remarks by Rep. John Murtha where he
stated that the Army is 'broken, worn out' and 'living hand to mouth'! We
wonder, in light of this article, if he got his remarks from Army Lt. General
William Odom?
"Odom's recent appearance on The Jim Lehrer News Hour puts him at the
heart of a growing debate between rival factions of the war party. Odom is
a charter member of the 'reality-based' foreign policy team and a staunch
opponent of the ongoing occupation. His opinion is only slightly different
from that of John Murtha, the hawkish congressman who called for an immediate
withdrawal of American troops from Iraq. Odom belongs to the 'old school'
of American militarists, along with Brent Scowcroft, Lawrence Eagleburger
and Bush 1, who believe that running an empire is serious business and shouldn't
be left to ideologues and fanatics."
When you put General Odom in with the likes of "Brent Scowcroft, Lawrence
Eagleburger and Bush 1", you have solidly branded him as Illuminist.
Therefore, once again, you have the sorry scene of one Illuminist criticizing
another -- for public consumption, of course. We have been noting this type
of criticism since February, 2004, and noted then that it looked like a concerted
effort to discredit President Bush was under way. Our original analysis was
correct, and we are seeing an increasingly negative reporting of Bush nearly
every week now.
General Odom is sounding the same theme which Marine Corps General Antony
Zinni sounded in February, 2004.
"People are becoming more and more aware that it is not in our interest
to be (in Iraq)', Odom opined. 'There's a refusal to look back and see whose
interests were really served best. It is clear that Iran's interests were
served by our invasion and al Qaeda's interests .... The problem is not training
security forces; it is political consolidation and that is not taking place.
. . . We have a civil war now. The only thing the US withdrawal will change
is the configuration of that war to some degree. 'There will be a lot of bloodshed
no matter how long we stay' because of old 'scores that will be settled' between
Shiites and Sunnis."
General Odom then gets down to "brass tacks": American forces need
to be withdrawn.
"We can't really manage a strategic stabilization of the region unless
we get out first ... This IS a civil war, and just like . . . in South Vietnam,
and it won't be stable until one side has prevailed. The longer we stay in
there, the longer it will be before that is determined' ... The only prudent
speed is the safety of our forces ... he (consequences) of this war were eminently
foreseeable and the longer we put it off, the bigger the price we will pay,
and the longer it will take us to restore some kind of alliance effort for
the larger region. Those people who want to 'stay the course' now are just
. . . feeding the forces of Al Qaida and other radical movements in the region."
The leader of the band of politicians who just want "to stay the course"
is none other than President Bush. We appreciate the public truthfulness of
General Odom in comparing this Iraq War with the Vietnam War. That is the
valid comparison, and just like in Vietnam, our politicians never intended
to win. This is a war planned and carried out with an American defeat in mind.
General Odom concludes: "Bush has paved the way for 'the greatest strategic
disaster in American history': a massive economic downturn accompanied by
a seismic-shift in the global power structure."
The Plan of the Great White Brotherhood for a New World Order will be mightily
served by an American defeat in Iraq, for all the reasons we have so long
enunciated. That sorry reality is getting closer by the day.

Bush 'meant exactly what he said' when he alluded to Jesus during his remarks
at the National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony only to end that part of
his speech with a reference to Santa Claus ... flanked by the first lady,
as well as members of Congress and the Cabinet, Bush told the public at the
event: "The lighting of the National Christmas tree is one of the great
traditions in our nation's capital. Each year, we gather here to celebrate
the season of hope and joy – and to remember the story of one humble
life that lifted the sights of humanity. Santa, thanks for coming. Glad you
made it."
"The remark received a few chuckles from those in attendance, as Bush
continued to speak to a Santa Claus figure, stating, 'I know you've got a
lot of commitments this time of year. By the way, we have a lot of chimneys
at the White House if you're looking for something to do' ... At today's White
House press briefing, WND asked McClellan if the president would apologize
to Christians offended by his referring to Jesus as Santa.
"Suggesting the administration failed to see a problem with the remark,
McClellan responded, 'The president meant exactly what he said'."
President Bush slighted Jesus Christ with his remark, which McClellan suggested
was planned instead of being a spontaneous mistake. At least, McClellan made
it very difficult for christian pastors and pew sitters to attempt to justify
Bush's remark by saying he simply misspoke. The true spiritual heart of this
President is becoming very apparent, is it not?

There you have the real reason President Bush took Christ out of Christmas:
he is an ecumenical President, just as he has been so often in his five years
in office. May I point out that no other President in history has felt the
need to be the President of all the faiths? Most Presidents simply did not
even publicly address the issue, and have acted in accordance with the prevailing
religion in America, Christianity.
But, this President has been placing Christianity on the same spiritual level
as Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism and the Japanese Shinto Religion for a very long
time now. I find it very interesting that President Bush has taken the White
House down the ecumenical path foretold in Revelation 13. At the very time
when all religions are beginning to become one, when the economy is going
truly global, when governments are revitalized the United Nations, and when
the first implantable chip in history is now available and being advertised
-- this President has taken his office down the prophesied Ecumenical path.
We have known for a very long time that Christmas as a holiday is steeped
in pagan tradition and religious practice; but it seems that President Bush
is now delivering the Christmas holiday completely over to paganism, to the
non-christian elements - officially taking "Christ" out of Christmas?
