I. A new iPhone application joins Wal-Mart in cooperating with Homeland Security - encouraging fellow citizens to spy on each other! NEWS BRIEF: "iPhone snitch network launched", by Jason Douglass, InfoWars.com, December 13, 2010 "A new iPhone App with the misleading name ‘PatriotApp’ attempts to draw on the power of the patriot movement, turning smartphone users into a gigantic snitch network." I had always been suspicious of the new "Smart Phones", believing in my heart of hearts that any device that sophisticated had to have a government intelligence gathering capability. In this particular instance, the guilty party is the manufacturer itself as they cooperated with the Federal Government to create this particularly onerous capability. "... contrary to the services one might expect, this app allows users to report any ‘suspicious’ behavior directly linking them with top government agencies. Much like the new DHS program ‘If you see something, say something’ this app is meant to turn average citizens into a network of spies feeding information back to the federal government." The creator of this horrific phone application even has the gall to brag about how extensively it is cooperating with the Federal Government! This app was founded on the belief that citizens can provide the most sophisticated and broad network of eyes and ears necessary to prevent terrorism, crime, environmental negligence, or other malicious behavior." This justification of cooperating with a government intent upon extending its social networking capabilities deep enough into the average community that it can establish and sustain an Absolute Dictatorship, is just awful. Every single dictatorship in human history has established a network of average citizens who are willing to watch other average citizens, reporting any activity which the government deems "suspicious". What the dictatorship is attempting to do is to ferret out any dissident activity which might some day be a threat to the continuation of the Absolute Dictator. A government agent has responsibility to work a particular area of the city, handling the snitches much as a police officer will control snitches in a high crime area. This sophisticated phone app accomplishes this goal without having to rely on a human agent. Finally, the wording of the goal, above, is sufficiently vague as to invite abuse. What constitutes "environmental negligence" or "other malicious behavior"? These "offenses" are so vague that the government can intervene in almost any situation against almost anyone. Remember, in every past dictatorship, anonymous tips have been used by people to "get even" with their enemies! Believe it -- one of your enemies could get even with you by reporting to authorities that you looked guilty of "environmental negligence" or "other malicious behavior"! You just might be driving down the road, or working in your lawn or shopping at Wal-Mart when someone might feel like reporting you to authorities! Earlier this week, I read where this citizen reporting system will extend to retailers other than Wal-Mart and perhaps even to sports stadiums! The government is successfully bringing down the required citizen reporting network to the street level. This reality means that the time for implementing this Absolute Dictatorship is far closer than many had thought.
NEWS BRIEF: "U.S. federal court rules key part of Obamacare unconstitutional", China News, 12/14/2010 "A U.S. federal court in Virginia on Monday ruled individual health coverage requirement of Obama's healthcare reform law unconstitutional. This is the first federal court to strike down the law. U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson, a Republican appointed by former President George W. Bush, ruled that the Obamacare's requirement that citizens buy health insurance or pay a penalty is unconstitutional." A state Republican Attorney General was the one who filed the lawsuit, claiming that the Constitution forbade the government provision that every citizen could be coerced into buying health insurance. "The lawsuit was filed by Virginia Republican Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli, who was trying to defend a new state statute that made it illegal to force state residents to buy health insurance." Therefore, this attack on ObamaCare was aimed at a very specific provision, not the entire package. Indeed, this seems to be the Republican strategy as the new Congress convenes in January. "In a document released before the midterm elections last month, Republicans made repealing the healthcare law one of their top priorities. With their overwhelming victory in the elections, Republicans are expected to redouble their efforts to strike down the law after the new Congress convenes in January. Analysts see the repeal of the entire healthcare law through Congress as something unlikely, given the fact that Democrats still control the Senate and Obama has the veto power. Instead, they believe Republicans have a better chance of stripping certain provisions off the reform package through legal procedures."
However, even this victory is not complete. The Supreme Court will have the final say. Only if the Supremes Justices uphold this ruling will ObamaCare be changed. Given the new Republican majority in Congress, any provision invalidated by the Court will probably not be reinstated. Let us hope that Republicans will be preparing more challenges to more sections of this awful Fascist program! Do not put too much faith in the Supreme Court, because it is just as sold out to the New World Order Plan as any other branch of the Federal Government, as the Illuminati Card Game card, shown above, proves.

Travelers during the Thanksgiving Season had no advance warning of these new procedures, so the vast majority just decided to put personal pride on that conveyor belt and get to their destination with as little hassle as possible. Christmas may be another matter altogether. Many people had not yet made their Christmas reservations once the news story broke about the new TSA procedures. These people may alter their Christmas plans or decide to get there via some other transportation system. I would not be surprised to learn that millions more people are driving this Christmas. Should even 10 percent of the travelers shift away from flying, either for business or for pleasure, some airlines are going to slide into bankruptcy.
