I. Scientific American calls for a global government as the only solution to a "Climate Catastrophe".

Words "Global Warming" and "Global Cooling" are not used in this column, but "Social Engineering" certainly is!

NEWS BRIEF: Scientific American: Effective World Government Will Be Needed to Stave Off Climate Catastrophe", by Gary Stix, March 17, 2012

"A policy article authored by several dozen scientists appeared online March 15 in Science to acknowledge this point: 'Human societies must now change course and steer away from critical tipping points in the Earth system that might lead to rapid and irreversible change. This requires fundamental reorientation and restructuring of national and international institutions toward more effective Earth system governance and planetary stewardship'.”

This language is straight out of New Age literature from the late 1980's! Words like:

* "critical tipping points"

* "rapid and irreversible change"

* "more effective Earth system governance" -- call for a a harsh global dictatorship

* "planetary stewardship"

Many times during the late 1980's, I thought to myself that I was so glad none of this radical policy change proposals had any kind of political or mainstream media backing; once Mass Media started talking as radically as the New Age literature I was reading, it would not take long before an equally radical government would pick up the refrain. Very shortly thereafter, a planned crisis would erupt, giving government the chance to seize dictatorial control.

This sequence of events seems to be what is now underway.

The Obama Administration is the most environmentally radical government in American history. Several Obama cabinet members have radical credentials. We can expect that the Obama Administration is very sympathetic toward the proposals of this Scientific American article.

Surprise, Surprise!!!

As we return to this article, we see -- much to our surprise -- that the author mentions neither Global Warming or Global Cooling -- but only "Climate Catastrophe"!

Why would this author initiate such a word change in advocating a global government that would protect the environment? The answer seems very clear to me; skeptical scientists have buried Establishment warnings of Global Warming and/or Global Cooling with mountains of evidence that the Earth is neither warming or cooling, but is simply going through its normal climatic shifts.

This graph to the left demonstrates this reality perfectly. This graph shows climate changes in Europe from 900 AD to 2000 AD. Notice that the Modern Era has experienced the least amount of either cooling or warming of this entire 1,100 year period!

Since no scientist can prove either Warming or Cooling, New World Order propagandists are now switching to the more generic warning of "Climate Catastrophe". Do you remember the Al Gore argument that we cannot wait to see the trend starting to occur before acting to stop Global Warming? Gore argued that, if mankind waited to act until he saw some evidence, it would be too late. Therefore, we all must take a giant leap of faith into the Abyss with Al Gore! This Scientific American author is arguing along the same lines.

But, there is more horror to this Gary Stix column. He suddenly begins arguing that, if mankind ever hoped to avert "Global Catastrophe", government must engage in "Social Engineering"! Conservatives will suddenly feel their hair standing on end at this suggestion, because we have been arguing for decades now that the real agenda for Public Schools and Mass Media is to achieve "social engineering" change. In other words, attitudes and values of citizens must be dramatically altered on a massive nationwide or global scale.

Listen to Gary Stix.

"If I had it to do over, I’d approach the issue planning differently, my fellow editors permitting. I would scale back on the nuclear fusion and clean coal, instead devoting at least half of the available space for feature articles on psychology, sociology, economics and political science. Since doing that issue, I’ve come to the conclusion that the technical details are the easy part. It’s the social engineering that’s the killer. Moon shots and Manhattan Projects are child’s play compared to needed changes in the way we behave."

The problem with a massive effort to bring about "Social Engineering" is that coercive government is usually the only way to make this type of values and attitudes change. Since we know that the Illuminati Plan calls for the most repressive dictatorship the world has ever seen, we can be fairly certain that a repressive global dictatorship is, indeed, planned in order to achieve Social Engineering called for in this article.

Finally, since the "Global Elite" can control the weather through both HAARP and Scalar, at the time of the planned crisis, storms can be whipped up to make us think that a "Climate Catastrophe" is underway. Listen to the sobering words of Defense Secretary William Cohen if you doubt that scientists can control weather functions.

"Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic-specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." You should be very sobered by this Scientific American article, because it represents a distinctively harsh change in the argument about global weather threatening all mankind.

II. With the economy improving, will the Republicans need another strategy to beat President Obama?

NEWS BRIEF: "An Improving Economy Means Republicans Need a ‘Plan B’ To Beat Obama", by Morgan Korn, Yahoo Finance, March 21, 2012

"Mitt Romney scored a big victory in Illinois Tuesday night, winning 47 percent of GOP primary voters ... Josh Marshall, editor and publisher of Talking Points Memo, a political news Web site, says Romney has managed to pull off a win in every state that was seen as a 'make or break' for his campaign."

" 'I think it's clear to most people who watch politics closely that Romney is going to win and he's going to come into Tampa and be the nominee', Marshall said in an interview with The Daily Ticker. 'The question is how damaged or how strong is he when he gets there'."

Conventional Wisdom holds that the electorate generally votes with their wallet during Presidential races; therefore, the incumbent is hurt by a bad economy but is helped by a good or an improving economy. This next statement reflects this Conventional Wisdom.

"Romney, the former head of private equity firm Bain Capital, has billed himself as the best candidate to fix the fragile U.S. economy. But Romney, and his GOP rivals, may have to rethink their strategy as the economy continues to recover."

Korn then lists several key indices which seem to portend an improving economy.

* "The U.S. unemployment rate is 8.3 percent"

* "Recent government housing reports suggest that the market may be bottoming " - In other words, the housing market has fallen as low as it will fall, meaning that it will begin to rise in coming months.

* "The Federal Reserve gave a tepid, although optimistic, outlook for the domestic economy at its latest FOMC meeting."

* "Positive economic data has encouraged investors to buy riskier assets again"

* "the S&P 500 Index (GSPC) is within 10 percent of its October 2007 all-time high."

President Obama is said to be facing only one strong negative: rising gasoline prices.

"The biggest liability for Obama's reelection is higher gasoline prices, Marshall says ... If gasoline prices had not skyrocketed, Obama would have a much wider lead over his GOP presidential competitors, Marshall added."

President Obama and his economic advisers have exactly the level of gasoline prices they want. They are the ones constantly harping on the phantom threat of Iran's equally phantom nuclear weapons threat. They are the ones who control the amount of domestic production allowed to come on to the world oil market. They are the ones who stand aside to allow oil speculators to drive prices up way beyond market dictates.

We have noted that market forces have already driven down Natural Gas prices 70% and that Gasoline should be falling by this amount. The fact that gasoline continues to rise while natural gas is falling is proof that this administration wants it that way. In other words, President Obama is responsible for the high negatives voters are giving him on gasoline prices.

If the Plan of the Global Elite is to cause Mitt Romney to ascend to the White House, we will likely see a continuation of high oil and gas prices until after the November election; but, if Barack Obama is to be re-elected, we should see a dramatic drop in gas prices sometime after Labor Day -- before people go to the polls.

Either way, by this time next year, oil and gas prices could be driven down to the 70% decrease already experienced by Natural Gas.
