"Trump's SCOTUS" pick will jail women for miscarriages or for still births.

NEWS BRIEF: "MSNBC GUEST 'Fake Alert': TRUMP'S SCOTUS PICK WILL JAIL WOMEN FOR MISCARRIAGES OR STILL BIRTHS", The Daily Caller News, 7/4/2018

"Dorothy Roberts, a University of Pennsylvania law professor, claimed on MSNBC that President Trump's SCOTUS pick will 'criminalize' women."

"during a Wednesday MSNBC panel about who Trump will choose to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, Roberts warned that any conservative judge will severely limit access to abortion and even jail women who have miscarriages or still births."

"... 'black women, primarily' were prosecuted for using drugs during their pregnancies and added, "prosecutors [are] already putting women in jail for still births, for miscarriages, and for botched abortions."

Their unhinged rhetoric will complete their downfall as an opposition party!

Shortly after Donald Trump became President, a #NeverTrumper explaned how thoroughly they were going to resist. He said, "Even if President Trump proposed 'Mother's Day', we would resist him".

2. Liberal Democrats are already staking out their position regarding the Justice Trump will nominate for the High Court.

NEWS BRIEF: "Senator Susan Collins will not back anti-abortion Supreme Court nominee", Reuter's News, July 1, 2018

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A key moderate Republican U.S. senator said on Sunday that she will not support a nominee to fill a soon-to-be-vacated seat on the Supreme Court who would overturn a landmark legal ruling that supports a woman's right to abortion."

What a wicked woman Susan Collins must be to so strongly defend a most barbaric practice called "Abortion On Demand", which has murdered over 50 million American babies since Roe vs Wade in 1973.

R.I.N.O. Senator Lindsey Graham (SC) may also prove problematic.

"Republican Senator Lindsey Graham told NBC's 'Meet the Press' show he would not vote for a nominee who has made up their mind about specific cases, including Roe v Wade. He said, "Roe v Wade has been affirmed over the years ... I am not going to vote for anyone who tells me they are going to decide a case before the facts are presented."

The facts about Abortion On Demand has been presented countless times since 1973, and the Justices will likely hear the same pro-con arguments which have been presented time and time again. Given this fact, Graham's statement is ludicrous.

The problem with R.I.N.O. (Republicans In Name Only) officials is that, while they hold fast to the same radical, traitorous New World Order goals, they pretend to be a genuine Republican.

Roe vs Wade in 1973 was supported by three R.I.N.O. Justices!

By declaring that Trump's nominee could not be a Christian, they have revealed that America's national foundation has shifted from a Christ-centered foundation to an anti-christ one!

"As the battle over the Supreme Court vacancy continues to heat up, liberal advocacy groups and some Democrats are homing in on federal appeals court Judge Amy Coney Barrett and raising concerns about her ability to balance her role as a justice with her Catholic faith."

This opposition to a judge because of their Catholic Faith is an old and tired and failed tactic! You see, today's High Court has six -- 6 -- Roman Catholic Judges!

Furthermore, Republicans argued against John F. Kennedy in 1960 because he was Roman Catholic; the argument was that he would obey the Pope rather than do what was right for America.

That line of thinking proved to be completely without merit.

Therefore, I am surprised that Liberal Democrats have chosen this line of "resistance"!

3. The current Supreme Court just dealt the Democrat Party a heavy blow.

NEWS BRIEF: "U.S. Supreme Court Deals Public-Sector Unions a Heavy Blow: Democrats may now have a serious problem raising campaign monies", Conservative Zone, July 2, 2018

"In a landmark ruling likely to rock organized labor unions across the nation, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a provision forcing government employees to pay 'fair share' fees that directly fund collective bargaining as well as political activities."

"The conservative wing of the U.S. Supreme Court was apparently swayed by the First Amendment argument that the unions were collecting money with the intent to engage in political speech. The case in question focused almost exclusively on union fees that were being collected by non-union members. The decision does not — to date — necessarily apply to members who willingly enrolled."

What is the underlying meaning to this decision?

" 'This procedure violates the First Amendment and cannot continue', Associate Justice Samuel Alito states in the majority opinion. 'Neither an agency fee nor any other payment to the union may be deducted from a non-member's wages, nor may any other attempt be made to collect such a payment, unless the employee affirmatively consents to pay'."

"The decision is likely to hinder the ability of union leaders to pick winners and losers in political races. Public-sector unions have been Democrat darlings, making huge donations. Between 2010-2016, labor unions reportedly sent more than $1 billion to Democrats, liberal advocacy organizations and anti-Republican groups."

"This watershed decision will likely force organized labor to get out of politics or face a mass membership exodus."

Democrats might have a problem raising sufficient funds for the 2018 Mid-Term Election.

NEWS BRIEF: "Supreme Court's Janus ruling will end cash cow for liberal activists: experts", Fox News, July 4, 2018

"The battle over unions collecting money from non-members moved from the Supreme Court to the court of public employees' opinion. On the same day the court announced its ruling in the Janus case barring public-sector unions from automatically collecting fees from government workers who choose not to join the union, libertarian groups were outside government buildings passing out literature."

"Union leaders contend their political activism is all geared toward getting union workers better pay and job protections. But one party gets the lion's share. According to the Center for Responsive Politics, in the 2016 election cycle, public-sector unions spent $64.6 million on campaigns.

"Ninety percent went to Democrats."

This ruling will likely impact the 2018 Mid-Term Elections. Democrats are going to have to make up this money shortfall. Whether they can do so remains to be seen.

4. When the Far-Left candidate beat the incumbent Democrat Joe Crowley, she did so by lying through her teeth!

"The socialist phenom also told the Washington Post "I wasn't born to a wealthy or powerful family — mother from Puerto Rico, dad from the South Bronx. I was born in a place where your Zip code determines your destiny."

However, Cortez is not a working class kid!

"Breitbart's Josh Caplan is out with a 'fact check' on the Democratic Socialist's background – only to find she grew up in one of the richest counties in the United States."

Ho Hum, another politician winning because she lied!

Yet, radical Leftist Cortez beat Leftist Democrat Joe Crowley, further strengthening the trend started in California, where the Democrat Party is moving ever farther from the coveted political Center.

5. The summit meeting between President Trump and Russia's Putin is officially set on July 12.

"In a move that is likely to stun allies and enrage those who still think that Russia meddled in the 2016 elections, President Donald Trump is set to personally meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in a third country. The summit could take place as early as next month, and is almost certain to represent a thaw in chilly relations between the two countries."

Given the monstrous lie that Trump colluded with Russia in the 2016 election, what further lies might we expect once this Summit gets underway?

That response is a big problem for Democratic politicians because the anti-ICE views are a huge outlier (negative) among voters, yet are thrilling the Democrats’ base in the primary elections."

In other words, the Democratic active base is super-charged over an issue that is most definitely outside the normal Republican/Independent voter base who will be voting in huge numbers during the Mid-Term Elections. Democrat candidates who won the primary based in part because of voter's obsession with immigration issues might not win the general election!

"A growing number of Democrats are calling for abolishing the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, but even among voters in their own party, there’s not much support for the idea. Maybe that’s because voters think the government needs to be even more aggressive in deporting illegal immigrants."

Once again, Liberal Democrats are staking out major positions with which the voting public strongly disagrees! Let us hope they continue this folly through November.
