"EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - French President Nicolas Sarkozy has warned all Arab rulers that they risk Libya-type intervention if they cross a certain line of violence against their own people. The president told press at an EU summit in Brussels on Thursday (24 March) that UN Security Council resolution 1973 authorising air strikes on Libya has created a legal and political precedent on the 'responsibility to protect'."
When troops of the Gulf Cooperating Council (GCC) invaded tiny Bahrain to put down protestors, we warned that this invasion was merely a precedent-setting event which would pave the way for similar foreign intervention in Libya. Merely four days later, the United Nations voted for intervention, sending American and NATO military forces into action against Libya. Now, at least, the French President Sarkozy has made the obvious official: " UN Security Council resolution 1973 authorising air strikes on Libya has created a legal and political precedent."
You can forget about the U. N. being so concerned over protecting all citizens against murder by their own government. The world body did not intervene in the long-running genocide in The Sudan, nor did it intervene in the Congo when Idi Amin was on his murderous rampage against Christians. No, the U.N. is not really interested in protecting all citizens of every country; no, it is interested in intervening in a conflict which serves its globalist purposes at a particular point in time.
Now, let us return to our featured news story:
"Referring
to deadly violence in Syria, he explained: 'Every ruler should understand, and
especially every Arab ruler should understand that the reaction of the international
community and of Europe will from this moment on each time be the same: we will
be on the side of peaceful protesters who must not be repressed with violence'."
This strategy is precisely that which is espoused by "The Pentagon's New Map", explained thoroughly in Doc Marquis' DVD, "The Illuminati Is Fulfilling Bible Prophecy"! In Regions #7 and #8 of the Club of Rome Plan - shown left - the strategy being followed is to deliberately foment "citizen's protests" in the nations comprising these two regions.

The main obstacle to each nation giving up its national sovereignty so it can join a regional government is a strongman dictator whose hold on power extends back for a number of years. These dictators will always resist surrendering their hold on sovereign power. Therefore, they must be destabilized and swept from power.
From Morocco to Tunisia to Egypt to Lebanon, governments comprising Regional superstate #7 have already fallen, even pro-Western regimes! Now, Libya is under attack which other strongman governments are now under the "protest pressure": Libya, Jordan, Bahrain, Yemen, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
Then, President Sarkozy jumped to a key country in Regional Government #8: the Ivory Coast.

Do not be deceived: all these wave after wave of protest is deliberately being triggered for the purpose of creating Regional Governments #7 and #8, which are part of the worldwide plan for a world government. The French President then boldly stated that the overall plan is to produce Global Government. Listen:
"He said that there is a new post-UNSC 1973 model of "world governance. But he added that it can only work if Libya coalition powers "precisely ... rigorously ... scrupulously" stick to the UN mandate to protect civilians instead of playing God on who should take power after Gaddafi..."
This is exactly where these protests are heading: to the world government as envisioned by the Club of Rome Plan, which, when finished, will exactly fulfill Bible prophecy in Daniel 7:7-8. II. Then, President Sarkozy jumped to a key country in Regional Government #8: the Ivory Coast.
"He suggested that the Ivory Coast, where President Laurent Gbago's forces recently fired a heavy artillery shell into a market square, will be next in line for a UN vote on intervention." (Ibid.)
Events are reaching a critical stage in the Ivory Coast.
The regional organization, the African Union, is attempting to mediate the conflict.

"The African Union has named Cape Verde's former foreign minister Jose Brito as its representative to the Ivory Coast to mediate an end to the crisis pushing the country towards civil war ... The African Union had endorsed the conclusions of a panel of five African heads of state which recognised Alassane Ouattara as the legitimate winner of November elections against rival Laurent Gbagbo. The continental body also asked Ouattara to put in place an inclusive government and assist in finding a "graceful exit" solution for his rival. "
Bold, public pronouncements of a foreign intervention in The Ivory Coast have already been heard, by the Council on Foreign Relations, no less!

"ABIDJAN, Ivory Coast — As the world rallies behind the Libyan population, it is hard to understand why the Ivory Coast is just a footnote in international news and on the diplomatic agenda. In recent weeks in this critical West African country, hundreds of civilians have been killed, often in horrendous ways. New bodies turn up on the streets and in the morgues nearly every day with bullet wounds, slashed throats, and charred skin from being burned alive. As in Libya, a desperate regime clings to power and makes murderous threats against its own people. And, in both cases, peaceful protesters are being mowed down by machine guns. "
"In the case of Libya, it took the U.N. Security Council only days to pass one of its strongest resolutions in years ... Not so in the case of Ivory Coast, where the council's response has been neutered by Russian and South African misgivings. The council has failed to send an unequivocal message to Laurent Gbagbo, who has clung to power despite having clearly lost the November presidential election. In the view of both the African Union and the United Nations, Gbagbo has overseen what probably amounts to crimes against humanity."
With this kind of endorsement of "regime change" in the Ivory Coast, you know that the outcome is most certainly decided; the only question is whether the strongman Gbagbo will go quietly or by war. The suggestions are that he will not go by any means other than a foreign intervention. But, that would serve the purpose of the Global Elite, because it will deliver a strong message to every other strongman dictator in the area shown on the Club of Rome Plan as Regional Government #8.
In a matter of months, the entire #8 region will have been destablized so that all resistant governments have been neutralized. Then, Regional Government #8 will take its place alongside #7 in a completed "Club of Rome" plan! Daniel 7:7-8 will have taken a major stride toward being implemented.
III.
Conflicting News continues to pour from Mass Media.
At least the 10 million times normal radiation news story over the weekend was proven to be a mistake.
NEWS BRIEF: "Japan nuclear plant mathematical error was 'unacceptable' ", BBC News, 28 March 2011
"The Japanese government has attacked the operator of a crippled nuclear plant for 'unacceptable' mistakes. The Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) had said radiation levels were 10m times higher than normal before correcting the figure to 100,000 times. "
While the lower figure is much better than the higher, 100,000 times normal radiation levels within the plant is still exceedingly high!
"Radiation measurements from a pool of water inside Fukushima's reactor No 2 suggested its fuel rods had suffered a partial meltdown, Mr Edano said. 'The radiation seems to have come from fuel rods that temporarily melted down and came in contact with the water used to cool the reactor. Steam may have condensed... carrying water from within the containment vessel', he said. That water is the most contaminated to be found at the plant so far. "
Strenuous efforts are being made to ensure that his highly contaminated water does not leak, amidst reports that leakage has already begun.
"Work is continuing to remove the contaminated water from the reactor building; the priority is to ensure that it doesn't seep out into the soil or the sea, our correspondent says ... he radiation levels are so high, that emergency workers near the contaminated water would have received four times their maximum annual dose of radiation in just one hour. The nuclear safety agency said levels of radioactive iodine in the sea near the plant were 1,150 times the legal limit. Previous readings reached 1,850 times the usual level."
"However, the government in Tokyo has said that airborne radiation around the plant is decreasing, so there is no need to extend the evacuation zone."
Reports emanating hourly from the Mass Media are painting a desperate picture that is threatening to get out of control. However, can we trust alternative media who is trying to sell us iodine tablets, for they have a vested interest in keeping us all very scared? We really do not know exactly how erious this nuclear situation truly is, but we suspect that the truth lies somewhere in between tight-lipped government sources and disaster media trying to scare you into buying their "survival stuff"!
Remember this bottom line fact: Experts on the news have been saying that the radiation from a nuclear power plant is NOT the same type of radiation from a nuclear bomb. While the bomb spews forth radiation that kills very rapidly, this type of radiation has to be ingested in water and/or food. Therefore, it is much less likely to cause the same type of damage worldwide as a nuclear bomb explosion would cause. Many stories are being aired right now which do not make this distinction. They make people think that the pattern of destruction from nuclear plant radiation is identical to that of a nuclear bomb.
We must continue to keep these people in Japan in our daily prayers, asking the Holy Spirit to create an opportunity for many Japanese to receive Jesus as Savior.
