I. The United States is apparently preparing to lead a ground assault in Syria!

Over 1,000 U.S. Marines have been deployed to the border of Syria and Jordan, being escorted through the Hashemite Kingdom by Jordanian military escort.

"Over 1,000 US troops, who had arrived in the Jordanian port of Aqaba via Israel earlier in the week, have headed toward the kingdom's border area with Syria under heavy Jordanian military escort, Israeli sources reported on Friday. The troops are reported to be members of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Force. "

Republican Senator John McCain has led a chorus of calls from American leaders that President Obama order a military intervention in the Syrian conflict to topple the regime of the entrenched Syrian dictator, Assad. McCain should be very embarrassed to openly call for American troops to enter a sovereign country who has not threatened us, in order to install the Syrian rebels, who are extremely radical, as radical as any al-Qaeda forces we have ever fought!

When you see a Republican "Conservative" leader like John McCain calling for a "Liberal" Democrat leader to commit American forces to aid radical Islamic jihadist forces, that is another "proof positive" that there is no difference whatsoever between the Republican and Democrat parties, as leaders of both parties are equally committed to the New World Order, and to the subservient parts of the Plan, including the "Pentagon's New Map Strategy" now currently being fought in the "Non-Integrating Gap".

American Defense Secretary Hagel carefully confirmed that the American troops were stationed on the Jordan/Syrian border to "help contain the violence" in Syria. Listen:

"US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said Washington is sending 200 troops to Jordan to help contain the violence in Syria, increasing speculation that US is setting the stage for intervention in the Arab country. "

When Jordan acts to publicly support the American effort, her King had better watch out, because powerful forces within his country are going to react terribly negatively to the spectacle of "heretic/infidel" American forces attacking fellow Muslims in Syria. Remember, the Hashemites are a minority party in Jordan; the majority party is Palestinian. The King could spark a civil war in his country by escorting American forces across his land.

In the meantime, the American Pentagon is going out of its way to threaten Iran with a military strike against her underground nuclear facilities.

"The Pentagon has recently completed a series of field exercises on US soil as part of which a replica of an underground nuclear facility was destroyed ... The tests were declared a resounding success having exceeded all expectations."

In other words, America now has a "bunker-busting bomb" capable of destroying Iran's most deeply buried nuclear facilities. Up until this point, observers have believed that America is not sure that her weapons would really be able to destroy the bulk of Iran's nuclear plants. The physical aspect of this new bomb is impressive.

"The size of the munition is six times greater than any other known bunker buster. It weighs 13 tons and its speed of penetration two times faster than the speed of sound at a rate of accuracy of five meters. "

Now that America has the capability to eliminate Iran's underground nuclear facilities in a single stroke, what does she plan to do with it?

The Pentagon immediately ensured that the news of her new capability was spread far and wide -- so Iran would get the news.

"The results of the experiment were relayed to friendly nations with the aim of reassuring them as to the US's ability to destroy Iranian nuclear facilities in a single strike. It was also meant to convey that the US is serious in its intentions to attack Iran should circumstances allow it."

Does this mean that a Western attack on Iranian nuclear facilities is close to occurring? Cutting Edge has repeatedly stated that "there will be NO Western military attack on Iranian nuclear facilities", based upon the following facts:

1) The prophecy of Ezekiel 38-39 seem to forbid such a Western attack now against Iran -- Ancient Persia. In this foretold invasion of Israel at the End of the Age, led by Russia, Persia is listed as a country allied with Russia. Therefore, the current anti-Israel, anti-Western government seems protected.

Furthermore, since the prophecy says that Russia will be the leader and the equipper of this invading force, Russian military reputation is protected by the prophecy. If Western military forces can successfully penetrate the formidable Russian air defenses now protecting Iran, the leaders of the nations foretold to march with Russia against Israel will have no confidence that Russia's military can actually defeat Israel.

Since President Putin of Russia has stated that an attack on Tehran will be considered an attack on Moscow, President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu know that an attack on Iran will mean a world war against Russia. Putin is very serious about protecting Iran, for Russia has staked out support of the Arab / Islamic world as its major diplomatic effort against the West.

2) The Illuminati does not want a global collapse of the economy before their Christ is on the world scene. We have reported this fact since June, 1998, and so far, we have been the only economic prognosticator to have been right! You see, the Great Depression taught the Illuminati that severe economic deprivation is not the best way to prepare the hearts of the people for Antichrist; too many families started going back to church and rededicating their lives to Jesus. The better way to make a people's hearts grow cold for Jesus is to give them a feeling of prosperity and the belief they can become even more prosperous by working harder, working smarter, and just plain working, in order to achieve that new home, that new promotion and that fabulous vacation.

Therefore, even though the Illuminati has wrenched the economies of the world terribly so they can achieve their goals of moving all the economies to the Japanese Fascist Model, they are not going to allow an actual collapse.

Iran is prepared to close all crude oil shipping out of the Strait of Hormuz. Furthermore, her regional missiles are preparing to simultaneously launch attacks on every crude oil shipping facility in the entire Persian Gulf region. Such a move would instantly collapse all economies of the entire world. Therefore, a Western military attack on Iran would destroy the fundamental economic plan of the Illuminati.

You can take this to the bank: there will be NO physical military attack against Iran.

Jesus foretold that the world would experience both "Wars" and "Rumors of Wars" at the End of the Age.

American-led wars in South Vietnam, Bosnia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Sudan, have given the world the "Wars" of which Jesus so eloquently spoke. But, this threatened war against Iran is simply a "nine-year rumors of wars"!

II. Might Egypt go to war against Ethiopia to prevent a diversion of the waters of the mighty Nile River?

Egypt had better be careful about going to war with Ethiopia; in the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy, Egypt is not mentioned at all, while Ethiopia is foretold to march across Egypt as her forces get in position to attack Israel.

Bible scholars have puzzled that, for some reason, Egypt seems to have been destroyed!

"Egyptian politicians are enraged by Ethiopia’s plans to divert the waters of the Nile and some have gone as far as calling for military action ... Egypt is still in shock over Ethiopia’s May 28 announcement, in which it said it was diverting the flow of the Nile River to facilitate the building of a dam on the Blue Nile."

Egypt's dependence upon the mighty Nile River is legendary. The waters of the Nile have sustained Egypt for almost 4,000 years. The reign of the Pharaoh's could not have occurred without the awesome powers of life provided by the blue waters of the Nile.

" The mighty river surging from the depths of Africa to the Mediterranean, with its more than 4,000-mile course, is the lifeblood of Egypt and has made a flourishing civilization possible since the dawn of history."

But, now, poor countries like Ethiopia, are casting their eyes toward capturing some of that water flow for itself. Ethiopia feels she is especially due some of that water since 85% of the water flow of the Nile originates in her country.

"According to the treaty signed in 1929, at a time when both countries and part of Africa were under British rule ... Egypt was given full control of the Nile, while African countries were forbidden to build dams on the river or its tributaries; Egypt also had the right to carry out checks to make sure that the treaty was respected. In accordance with the treaty, Egypt still maintains today a permanent delegation of engineers stationed near Lake Victoria, source of the White Nile, to supervise the activities of the countries along the river."

But, now Ethiopia plans to build a huge dam and reservoir which shall, at least temporarily, reduce the flow of the Nile into Egypt. And, Egyptian political leaders are mad!

"Suddenly, last week ... Ethiopia published the communiqué announcing that the river would be diverted to facilitate the completion of the Grand Renaissance Dam. Egyptians are offended at what they perceive as an insult, since Morsi knew nothing of the communiqué. However, on a deeper level, they feel that the very basis of their existence is being threatened."

"Politicians, on the other hand, are not waiting. There have issued calls for a stronger stand against Ethiopia and other Upper Nile countries; some would even want to see military action such as blasting the dam, and Islamist groups are calling for jihad against Ethiopia. "

The Egyptian military is in disrepair, as the country has fallen deeper and deeper into chronic economic distress. Incomes are falling, as is the country's national economic reserves. If Egypt goes to war with Ethiopia, she might lose, and lose huge. If that is the case, the government of Egypt will fall into chaos and her military capabilities will go into further decline.

Then, when the prophetic time comes for Ethiopian troops to march to Israel, they will have to march through Sudan and Egypt. Bible scholars have long puzzled as to why Egypt would allow such a powerful foreign military to march across her sovereign soil. Such scholars postulate that, perhaps, by this time Israel shall have destroyed Egypt so completely that her government and her military cease to function.

In light of this news, I wonder if Egypt is neutralized by a useless war she has initiated with Ethiopia?

One fact is clear: at the time of the Russian-led invasion of Israel -- Ezekiel 38-39 -- Ethiopia is listed as a nation marching against Israel, while long-term enemy of Israel -- Egypt -- is not mentioned at all.
