I. The U.S. Supreme Court Saves ObamaCare!

Running roughshod over the meaning of plain English in the Constitution, six Justices ruled that ObamaCare does NOT violate the Constitution.

"Obamacare has survived -- again. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court saved the controversial health care law that will define President Barack Obama's administration for generations to come."

President Obama was well pleased, as we should expect.

"Five years ago, after nearly a century of talk, decades of trying, a year of bipartisan debate, we finally declared that in America, health care is not a privilege for a few but a right for all," Obama said from the White House. 'The Affordable Care Act is here to stay'."

"He was joined by Justice Anthony Kennedy -- who is often the Court's swing vote -- and the four liberal justices."

This ruling would not have been possible had it not been for two "Conservative" Justices, John Roberts and Anthony Kennedy. One of the most enduring misunderstandings in the minds of Christian voters is that there really is a difference between Republican and Democrat leaders. Unfortunately, Fundamental Christians strongly support the Republican while Mainstream Christians overwhelmingly support Democrat leaders. The truth is exactly what Alabama Governor George Wallace exclaimed in 1968:

"There ain't a dime's worth of difference between Republican and Democrat parties"!

The bottom-line truth is that leaders of Republican and Democrat parties are equally committed to the coming New World Order.

Let us now examine the political party of the President who nominated each of these Justices currently on the Court,

• Samuel Alito – appointed by Republican George Bush
• Sonia Sotomayor – appointed by Democrat Barack Obama

Justices appointed by “Conservative” Presidents outnumber "Liberal" Justices 5 to 4.

I well remember the Presidential campaign of 2004. Republicans were screaming loudly that voters needed to re-elect President Bush because we needed to ensure that the majority of the Supreme Court remained in Conservative Republican hands. That idea was a joke then and a really bad joke today. Since World War II, Republican Supreme Courts have handed the Elite some of the greatest and most important victories which were needed to radically transform America.

What are some of these Supreme Court decisions that fundamentally changed America on the road to the anti-Christian New World Order?

* Legalizing Sodomy and the Gay Lifestyle-- On 6/26/2003, the Supreme Court legalized homosexual acts in Texas -- and by the nature of their high national office -- and throughout the rest of the nation as well. The Supreme Court ruled in such a way that, not only did they legalize sodomy, but they further enhanced abortion rights! Justice Scalia warned that this law also legalized other sins, such as Adult Euthanasia, Bestiality, Incest, and Bigamy.

Now, let us examine the six Justices who voted for this historic decision. Guess what, the majority of them were appointed by Republican Presidents!

* Roe vs Wade Decision that Legalized Abortion!

No single decision has more devastated America than Roe vs Wade. Almost 50 million babies have been murdered in the womb since that horrific decision. Many people have held up this decision as the ultimate in "Judicial Activism". Yet, guess what? Most of the judges voting for Roe vs Wade were appointed by Republican presidents!

Here is the list of the Justices who voted to pass Roe vs Wade.

Republican-appointed Justices

The only Judges who dissented were William Rehnquist appointed by Reagan, and Byron White appointed by John F. Kennedy. The decision was a 7-2 majority in favor of it. The irony of it was the court HAD a majority of Republican appointed judges. Five Republican justices joined two Democrat Justices to legalize Abortion on Demand!

II. THE Most Serious Offense

The most serious offense that the Supreme Court decision on ObamaCare delivered against the freedoms of Americn citizens lies in the fact that the Justices simply refused to follow the plain writing of the law. Instead, they decided what they wanted the law to read and issued their judgment on that basis.

One day, a dictator is going to stand before the American people to declare that he has the right under the Constitution to impose an Absolute Dictatorship, knowing that the Supreme Court will back him fully.

"Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts determined that Congress, while too dumb to put it into words, intended to create a system that provided Federal subsidies to even those who were forced to use state healthcare exchanges to purchase their insurance policies under the Affordable Care Act."

"King v. Burwell centered on whether plaintiffs' arguments that middle- and low-income adults who purchased health insurance through the federally run Healthcare.gov marketplace were entitled to subsidies based on the language of the law that says tax credits are only to be distributed for marketplaces 'established by the state'."

The language of the law was clear: tax credits are only to be distributed for marketplaces 'established by the state'."

But, the Obama Administration did not want to abide by the "letter of the law", i.e., by what the law says in plain English. Rather, the Justices decided that the old Liberal argument on how the Supreme Court is to interpret the law is correct; the decision should be made, liberals have always proposed, on what the current Supreme Court Justices "thought" the intent of the original write of the law meant.

"The law's architects countered that subsidies were always meant to be distributed through both channels, and that the goal of the law was to cover all Americans. The Supreme Court agreed."

The shocking part of this entire fiasco is that a leading "Conservative" Justice, John Roberts, voted with the Liberals and even wrote the Majority opinion.

This decision places America in dire peril. Now there is no situation where a President can be forced to take action or refuse to take action based upon what any law or Constitution says. This is the essence of what dictators do. One day, one of the greatest of all dictators will stand before us to say that he is taking it upon himself to dissolve our Constitution and throw any of us into prison he wants to, based solely on his desire.

This ruling means that Americans no longer can depend upon any document in the land, for a leader can sweep it all away in a moment's notice. America has truly crossed over the symbolic river, into "Post-Law America", which should go great with the type of society we have become, i.e., a "Post-Christian America"!

III. America is now officially the New Sodom!

The US Supreme Court has just legalized Gay Marriage nationwide!

"The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 on Friday that it is legal for all Americans, no matter their gender or sexual orientation, to marry the people they love. The decision is a historic victory for gay rights activists who have fought for years in the lower courts ... public support has reached record levels nationwide."

Who were the Justices who voted in the Majority?

• Anthony Kennedy – appointed by Republican Ronald Reaganz
• Ruth Bader Ginsburg – appointed by Democrat Bill Clinton
• Stephen Breyer – appointed by Democrat Bill Clinton
• Sonia Sotomayor – appointed by Democrat Barack Obama
• Elena Kagan – appointed by Democrat Barack Obama

Again, the swing vote was cast by a Justice appointed by a Republican President.

These Justices also bent over backward to give gay partners privileges that no one ever thought of beforehand.

"In the majority opinion, the justices outlined several reasons same-sex marriage should be allowed. They wrote that the right to marriage is an inherent aspect of individual autonomy, since 'decisions about marriage are among the most intimate that an individual can make'. They also said gay Americans have a right to 'intimate association" beyond merely freedom from laws that ban homosexuality'. "

Therefore, the Justices created a new class of privilege only granted to gays: the "right to 'intimate association" beyond merely freedom from laws that ban homosexuality'. "

But, then, the Justices revealed that their view of marriage is NOT shaped by the Biblical definition! In so doing, they repudiated the very foundation upon which Cultural America was founded.

"In its opinion, the majority recognized the profound cultural shifts in marriage views, citing both the Chinese educator Confucius and the Roman philosopher Cicero. The justices noted how marriage has been transformed from a union arranged by a couple's parents for financial reasons to a voluntary contract, and from a male-dominated relationship to an agreement where women have 'equal dignity' ..."

When our leaders repudiate the Biblical foundation of our culture, we will suffer rulings like this one.

However, this ruling is not your average, "run-of-the-mill" decision. The subject here is Marriage and Gay Marriage.

The Bible declares that God is especially sensitive toward marriage because He views it in the Old Testament as a picture of His relationship with Israel. God married Israel and then divorced her in Hosea and then promised to marry her again when Jesus returns to Earth after the 7-Year Tribulation is completed.

In the New Testament, the Christian Church is portrayed as a Bride awaiting her husband to arrive so they can be married. The actual marriage between Jesus Christ and the Christian Church will occur at the "Marriage Supper of the Lamb"!

Therefore, Gay Marriage violates an institution very near and dear to God's heart. How dare any group of individuals, or nations, arbitrarily decide they need a "New Definition" of what constitutes marriage? God's commands will endure and be in force, for eternity. What God commanded 5,000 years ago, He commands today.

3. The California Assembly approves mandatory vaccination of children.

Parents are faced with the choice of pulling their children out of Public Schools!

NEWS BRIEF: "California Assembly approves one of the toughest mandatory vaccination laws in the nation -- Will force parents to remove their children from Public Schools ", June 25, 2015

"California lawmakers on Thursday approved one of the toughest mandatory vaccination requirements in the nation, moving to end exemptions from state immunization laws based on religious or other personal beliefs. The measure, among the most controversial taken up by the Legislature this year, would require more children who enter day care and school to be vaccinated against diseases including measles and whooping cough."

Are there any exemptions allowed under this law? Yes, a few.

"Those with medical conditions such as allergies and immune-system deficiencies, confirmed by a physician, would be excused from immunization. And parents could still decline to vaccinate children who attend private home-based schools or public independent studies off campus."

This issue of mandatory vaccinations has been a heated issue for decades. In 2005, at the height of the SARS scare, we posted an article explaining the great importance of vaccination to the Elite and the critically importance of vaccination to leaders intent upon achieving radical population reduction.

They plan to create panic about a certain new virus and then mandate vaccinations worldwide. No one will be exempt. However, these vaccinations will be tainted so people will die at the rate of nearly 100%.

This is the direction in which the California Assembly is pointing us.

Remember, public officials do not have your best interests at heart. In the final analysis, they are under the tight control of the murderous Global Elite, whose ultimate aim is to produce the New World Order so Antichrist can arise.
