been conducting rare mass evacuation and black out drills
throughout the country in preparation for war ... Multiple
sources told NK News that the drills have taken place
in secondary and tertiary cities and towns, particularly
along the east coast, but not in the capital city, Pyongyang."
Just a few days ago, we
revealed that a pilot of a commercial airline had snapped
photos of Pyongyang, revealing it to be quite void of
normal hustle and bustle normally seen in the downtown
capital. Now, we hear that "mass evacuation and
black out drills" have been ordered throughout
North Korea.
As a former Intelligence
Analyst, I can tell you that this is a major "war
signal"!

Democrat Congressmen step in to thwart President Trump,
trying to tie his hands in the event of military confrontation.

Notice that this bill
was co-sponsored by two of the most Liberal Democrats
in the Congress, premier members of the "Never
Trump" movement and determined to oppose any action
or proposed action by President Trump.

Conyers, a Korean War veteran, said Thursday in a press
release on his website that he and Senator Edward J.
Markey proposed the bipartisan and bicameral legislation
to reaffirm the constitutional power of Congress to
declare war. "
I do not oppose Congress
reinvigorating its Constitutional authority to declare
war. But, are we really going to not shoot preemptively,
waiting for North Korea to launch a 100-missile barrage
before our military goes into action?
Using only our conventional
"missile hitting a missile" system more than
half of these missiles could get through!
And, if each missile was
carrying a nuclear warhead, that would truly devastate
America.
Bill does allow
for American forces to respond to an attack. But, I
do not believe that this strategy is worthy to consider!
"Exceptions are applied
when repelling a sudden attack, defending the U.S. 's
allies and rescuing U.S. personnel, it said. "
If Congress truly wants
to reign in the President, it only has to cut off funds
to continue the war action. This would be the true check
on Presidential authority.
3. We should consider

This granting of time
to North Korea is what our past Presidents recklessly
did:
1) 1991 - President H.W.
Bush acknowledged the problem of North Korea having
nuclear weapons and "urged" her leadership
to suspend their program!
2) 1994-2000 -- President

3) President George W.
Bush spent his entire Presidency pretending that "Six
Party Talks" would really move North Korea to agree
to give up her drive toward nuclear arms.
4) President Barack Obama
spent his entire 8 years "talking the issue to
death", and of course, nothing was ever achieved.
5) President Donald Trump
has, therefore, inherited a real message. Now, North
Korea has used this gift of 25 years of peace to hone
his technical ability to create nuclear bombs that can
be delivered on his new intercontinental ballistic missiles.
However, when this war
kicks off, I bet that "Never-Trumpers", both
Democrat and Liberal Republicans, will try to hang President
Trump for the entire mess.

The "source"
quoted here is CNN News, which means that the Mueller
investigation team had to leak this story, and that
is a crime!

As we warned about 8 months
ago, the office of a Special Prosecutor is really a
"broad fishing expedition", where the Prosecutor
is not limited to the supposed crime for which he was
created to examine
In this case, Robert Mueller
discovered some alleged financial crimes emanting from
the Ukraine back in 2012-2014.
While Paul Manafort served
briefly with the Trump Campaign in a financial role,
he resigned quickly as his criminal past was revealed
to Candidate Trump.
But, the HUGE news here
is that Mueller's indictment did NOT accuse Manafort,
nor his associate, Richard Gates, of collusion with
Russia. Therefore, these many months of a Mass Media
mock trial over Trump's collusion with Russia during
the 2016 election is shown to be false.
Now that Paul Manafort
is not accused of collusion with Russia, President Trump
immediately took the next logical step:

'what if" Trump and Bannon drew up a plan to have
Robert Mueller create a Special Prosecutor -- Mueller
-- which ostensibly is aimed at Trump, but is truly
aimed at Hillary? Nine months have now passed, and now
that the investigation seems to be turning against Hillary,
she will have scant time to prepare her defense.
We have to wait to see
how indictments turn out, but either way, the news of
Hillary and her 'Uranium One' bribery scandal will drive
daily news of Trump collusion with Russia to the back
page!
