In NEWS1877, we reported that the US Supreme Court silently let stand an earlier Ninth Circuit Court ruling that individuals do not possess a Constitutionally protected right to "keep and bear arms". By letting this terrible ruling stand, the Supreme Court immediately took Second Amendment rights away from citizens in the territory over which the Ninth Circuit Court has jurisdiction. We hotlinked a map of all 11 Circuit Court systems in the United States in NEWS1877, because you may be one of the farmers, ranchers, or hunters who owns a gun in that region. For all American citizens living within the Ninth Circuit region, you no longer have any Constitutionally-protected right to "keep and bear arms"!

However, the real horror is that other Circuit Courts or State Supreme Courts, may now issue similar rulings, basing their decisions upon this precedent. Within a short period of time, every American citizen may be stripped of their Constitutional right of own and operate guns as one state after another falls to this ruling, much like the proverbial line of stacked dominoes. We consulted a criminal lawyer to ensure we properly understood this possibility before issuing our Part 1 article.

We have briefly mentioned in numerous articles over the past six years that dictatorships always confiscate the guns of their people, and then subjugate and murder them terribly. In this article, we shall provide the historic proof of this reality, offering statistics that will more than back up our alarm that the Supreme Court has effectively taken Second Amendment rights from American citizens. You will have ample statistical evidence from the annals of history to realize the kind of deep trouble awaiting us in this country.

Some gun advocacy groups have always warned that the real issue here goes much deeper than just guaranteeing our rights to own guns. These groups have always contended that the Second Amendment issue is the "canary in a coal mine" type of issue; in other words, just as a canary is to be the first to die when poisonous gases are coming through the coal mine shaft, thus alerting the miners of the danger, so the demise of the Second Amendment should alert the rest of us to the presence of poisonous political gases.

In other words, the death of the Second Amendment will cause the rest of our Constitutional protections to be quickly destroyed. If the Supreme Court can nullify our rights under the heavily-defended Second Amendment, they can nullify any other amendment as well!

But, that subject is for another article; in this article, we shall take the good Judge Kozinski at his word and examine the historical record to see what has happened to other peoples who allowed their government to take their guns away. Let us begin by quoting Judge Kozinski again; we quoted him at the end of our first article and it is proper we begin this article with his quote.

Dire Dissent by Judge Kozinski, Ninth Circuit Court

"It is wrong to use some constitutional provisions as springboards for major social change while treating others like senile relatives to be cooped up in a nursing home until they quit annoying us. As guardians of the Constitution, we must be consistent in interpreting its provisions. If we adopt a jurisprudence sympathetic to individual rights, we must give broad compass to all constitutional provisions that protect individuals from tyranny … The able judges of the panel majority are usually very sympathetic to individual rights, but they have succumbed to the temptation to pick and choose. Had they brought the same generous approach to the Second Amendment that they routinely bring to the First, Fourth and selected portions of the Fifth, they would have had no trouble finding an individual right to bear arms." After Judge Kozinski finishes with his statement, above, he then launches into a history lesson that Cutting Edge has been teaching for over 10 years, and one that Americans had been learn in a hurry, before our Illuminist leaders tighten the noose once and for all around our collective necks. However improbable these contingencies may seem today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make only once … Fortunately, the Framers were wise enough to entrench the right of the people to keep and bear arms within our constitutional structure. The purpose and importance of that right was still fresh in their minds, and they spelled it out clearly so it would not be forgotten. Despite the panel's mighty struggle to erase these words, they remain, and the people themselves can read what they say plainly enough:

Did you notice a key phrase in Judge Kozinski's write-up? "My excellent colleagues have forgotten these bitter lessons of history"

It is time we re-learn the "bitter lessons of history".

What disarms the citizens? The idea of "gun control", sugar-coated with the propaganda lie that such gun control makes the individual citizen safer! It is also the idea that only the government has the right to possess firearms, and that citizens have no unalienable right to use force to defend against aggression. The old adage that "history keeps repeating because people refuse to learn its lessons" is so applicable here it makes my skin crawl! Now, you know the reason the Illuminati seized control of the Public Education and the textbook writing curricula prior to World War II; as they began to count down toward the time when they would take away our right to "keep and bear arms" as a precursor to seizing our guns, they did not want a wide understanding of history amongst the population to impede their progress!

When Gun Control was recently being advocated in such countries as Great Britain and Australia, the common promise by these governments is that their armed police were sufficient to protect the people against madmen and criminals! Even though American police departments are usually overwhelmed and it takes up to 30 minutes for officers to respond, this same argument is being made: government police forces will protect you.

Did you know that the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, has ruled that no government is under any obligation to protect its citizenry from madmen and criminals? It is a matter of public record, so listen:

"There is no constitutional right to be protected by the state (or Federal) against being murdered by criminals or madmen. It is monstrous if the state fails to protect its residents against such predators but it does not violate the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, or, we suppose, any other provision of the Constitution. The Constitution is a charter of negative liberties: it tells the state (gov't) to let people alone; it does not require the federal government or the state to provide services, even so elementary a service as maintaining law and order" (Bowers v. Note the recent, modern date of this insightful ruling: 1982! Thus, even though the government is not under any obligation to protect its citizens, Gun Control advocates are deliberately urging us to depend upon governments for protection! Too many people are naively assuming we are safe, depending upon local and state police forces for our personal defense! But, this position did not arise just in 1982, for it has always been this way in American jurisprudence! Listen:

"The Supreme Court last dealt with this issue in 1856; the 1982 decision states the position in modern language. The laws of virtually every state parallel federal law (see JPFO Special Report 'Dial 911 and Die!' covered in Guns & Ammo, July 1992). This has been so, ever since the Constitution was adopted in 1791. As a result, the framers of the Second Amendment deliberately created (guaranteed) an individual civil right to be armed. It is your only reliable defense against criminals. GCA '68 ties your hands and keeps you from carrying out your legal duty to ensure your own self defense. GCA '68 thus undermines a pillar of U.S. law and helps criminals to kill law abiding Americans. Hitler would be pleased." [Ibid.]

Before we get to a historic review of what has happened in the 20th Century to the people who allowed their government to take their guns, let us first turn to that old "crime fighter", gun control dictator, Adolf Hitler. Soon after he seized power, Adolf started promising German citizens greater safety if they would just turn their guns over to authorities!

Nazi View of Gun Control

Did you know that much of the 1968 American Gun Control Act was copied, virtually word-for-word, from Hitler's 1938 Nazi Weapons Law? Truthfully, the system of dictatorship coming upon us and the whole world is Nazism revived!

Did you catch that last pertinent phrase? "... who unjustifiably nevertheless keeps his weapon...must be regarded as an enemy of the national government."

The New Age Movement to bring about the necessary changes in the world so "The Christ" may arise is simply Nazism Revived. Further, President Bush, his father, and his grandfather, are all members of the Brotherhood of Death Society called Skull & Bones; in 1919, a young German veteran of World War I joined the German Brotherhood of Death Society, a secret society called The Thule Society. His name was Adolf Hitler!

Not only are Skull & Bones and The Thule Society identical Black Magick Societies, but Adolf Hitler and President George Bush have gone through exactly the same rituals! In fact, the similarities between Hitler and Bush even extend to the fact that both claimed to be Born Again and both gave excellent testimonies of their salvation experience (Read Hitler's shocking Christian testimony in NEWS1770d)!!

Therefore, you need to examine Hitler and his Nazi Germany carefully, for that is the regime about to forced upon us globally. HISTORIC RECORD OF GUN CONTROL

Strap your mental and emotional seatbelts on, for the facts presented below are not only historically accurate, but are about to occur again, not only in this country, but in all countries who have allowed their guns to be taken. Remember, Hitler killed his tens of millions, but Antichrist is prophesied to kill his 4 billion (66% reduction, as revealed in the Book of Revelation).

Study now the sorry historic record.

"In the 20th Century, governments murdered four times as many civilians as were killed in all the international and domestic wars combined. The Human Cost of "Gun Control" Seizures

In just these nine instances, between 74,200,000 - 89,800,000 people died once they had given over their guns to their government! This means that an average of 8,244,000 to 9,978,000 people died per country in which they allowed their government to take control of their individual arms. But, more than just nine governments in the 20th Century took guns away from their people. The total number of people killed in the 20th Century at the hands of the very government to whom they had given up their guns is a staggering figure. Listen:

"This does not even count the numbers from World Wars and secondary deaths or deaths we do not know about, not to mention the crime deaths from people not being able to protect themselves. The historical truth: evil governments did wipe out 170,000,000 innocent non-military lives in the 20th Century alone. This estimate of 200,000,000 (200 million) people dying at the hands of their own government once they gave up control of their individual guns is almost too staggering to be believed. Yet, this is the lesson of history, and we ignore it at our peril. Just using the figures contained without this table, we realize that this issue of Second Amendment has as many as 10 million people in its grasp! At least 10,000,000 Americans may die because of this ruling! This is the bitter lesson of history!

A check at the Satanic symbol on the back of our One Dollar Bill -- the Eye of Lucifer hovering over an unfinished pyramid -- should tell us all that we need to know about our American government, no matter who the current president might be! The American government has been used by the Illuminati since 1776 (the date in Roman Numerals on the bottom row of bricks on the unfinished pyramid) to gradually move the nations of the world into the Kingdom of Antichrist (New World Order -- Novus Ordo Seclorum). Thus, the American government is just as capable as any of these nations we have mentioned above of unleashing this tyrannical genocide against us; our Founding Fathers knew the lessons of history, including the reality that the deadliest enemy any individual citizen will ever face is his own government! To protect us, our Founding Fathers created a three-partitioned government -- Executive, Legislative, and Judicial -- in which the powers are strewn through the three branches, with the intent that not one of the three would ever gain absolute control.

Further, all branches of government were limited as to what they can do by our precious Constitution and Bill of Rights. The Illuminati is gradually taking this protection away, and few seem to notice. Gentlemen, we are witnessing the gradual and very silent dissolution of all our protections and liberties. The reason too many people are not really and truly upset about this turn of events is that they believe that our government is simply incapable of such monstrous behavior, plus they are naive enough to believe the propaganda that these laws are being implemented only to fight those nasty terrorists! Such a naive person never stops to think that the government has already redefined "terrorist" to include "Domestic Terrorist", people like you and me. The Same Tactics Used Over and Over Again!

Let us quickly review the tactics used by these nine countries in this table; not only are many of the them the same, but many of them are being publicly propagated today as the way in which to "solve" gun crimes and make life for the individual citizen one of "peace and safety"! When certain tactics continually fool the people, why change?

These are the various tactics governments have successfully used in the past to take firearms from their unsuspecting -- and too trusting -- people:

•Government list of owners
•Government permit system
* Warrentless searches -- recently begun in high crime and drug trafficking areas plus a major part of Patriot Act!
•Registration & Licensing for guns, owners, ammunition & transactions
•Ban on possession
•Ban on private ownership
•Registration & Licensing for guns, owners, ammunition & transactions
•Stricter handgun laws
•Photo ID with fingerprints
•Licenses inspected quarterly
* Confiscating powers

Doesn't this list sounds just like your Daily Newspaper? Truly, when people are not correctly taught history, the Illuminati does not need to change tactics! For nearly 100 years, governments that wish to enslave their people have first deceived them into believing that their lives will be safer and more secure if they give up their individual guns to the government! Then, just like hungry wolves encircling the flock of sheep, the governments begin to suppress, murder, and enslave their people.

This fact is not only modern history, it is the active plan of the Illuminati to change the world so their Antichrist can arise.

Once governments gain control of the guns of their people, they begin to carry a much bigger punishment stick. These "bigger sticks" include:

* Severe penalties
* Prison or death to "counter-revolutionary criminals" and anyone resisting any government program
* Death penalty for those who supply guns to such "criminals"

CONCLUSION

I find it difficult to imagine a more momentous decision than this one cooked up by the Ninth Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court; without causing any significant numbers of the American citizenry to realize what had just been done to them, our Judiciary System quietly stripped our Second Amendment from us. This decision is much more dangerous to our "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness" than the Roe vs Wade abortion decision, the decision to throw God out of the public schools, the decision to legalize Sodomy, or the decision to remove the Ten Commandments from public display!

While all of these decisions were reprehensible, none of them placed the lives of 10 million adult citizens at risk. If you doubted that the End of the Age is near, or that our government plans to collapse our Constitution, you should doubt no longer, for this is truly the "canary in the coal mine"!
