INTRODUCTION

Americans were clearly dismayed by the lack of action by FEMA and all other Federal agencies in the five days after Hurricane Katrina wreaked her horrific damage. Rather than efficiently flying medical and relief supplies in within hours after the storm left, agencies of the Bush Administration dallied and delayed as New Orleans seemed to slowly sink beneath the waves, possibly to never arise again.

And, contrary to the media spin now being propagated by all Mass Media that President Bush could not act because the New Orleans mayor and the Louisiana governor would not allow him to act, the truth is that both the mayor and the governor were repeatedly promised aid in the opening hours which never came.

If you carefully review the articles which we have listed during August 29 - September 10, and/or our two newsletters following August 29, you will see that both the mayor and the governor were waiting for aid promised but not delivered. This is the reality.

Further, this is the reality seen by America's enemies -- nations threatened by President Bush's foreign policy. Their political and military leadership looked at the seemingly inept Federal response, in addition to the bungling we have exhibited in Iraq and Afghanistan, and have concluded that America is an empty threat -- or at least an overblown threat.

Upon this basis, Iraq has grown even more brazen in its confrontation with the United States over both its nuclear power plant program and over Bush's invasion of Iraq. This time, Iran was very blunt in its threat as to how they would counterattack should President Bush even dare to launch any kind of an attack on her nuclear power plant facilities.

That threat is the subject of this article.

IRAN'S UNBELIEVABLE THREAT

NEWS BRIEF: "Iran military says Katrina showed U.S. could be turned into 'war zone' ", Iran Focus, 11 September 2005

"Tehran, Iran, Sep. 11 – Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have been following closely the way the United States government has been handling Hurricane Katrina, and drawing strategic conclusions from it ... a top official of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) said the devastating hurricane had exposed America’s vulnerabilities."

Every enemy looks for vulnerabilities of an enemy they believe that their forces may one day face on a battlefield. Governments will likely allocate as much funding for this project as they can possibly afford, for their national life may literally be at stake. Therefore, this effort which Iran is undertaking is very common for governments throughout the world. Remember, Iran has seen America fall into the trap called Iraq for the past two years; in NEWS1910, we revealed Iran's plan to deliberately allow America an easy victory in Iraq because of their belief that the Saddam's country would turn into a "swamp" into which "The Great American Satan" would slowly sink.

This strategy has proven to be very accurate over the past two years. Surely, most of the money, expertise, and skilled leadership within Iraq which is opposing America has very strong Iranian links; in numerous cases, Iraqi leaders opposing America are literally trained Iranian agents. Because of very strong Russian backing, Iran has been antagonistic to America ever since we launched our Iraqi invasion on March 20, 2003. Rather than being in awe of America's superpower status, Iran has consistently taunted the Bush Administration. Let us now return to our featured article to see how the taunting has just moved upward one strong notch.

" 'The mismanagement and the mishandling of the acute psychological problems brought about by Hurricane Katrina clearly showed that others can, at any given time, create a devastated war-zone in any part of the U.S.', Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri, the official spokesman of the IRGC, said ... 'How could the White House, which is impotent in the face of a storm and a natural disaster, enter a military conflict with the powerful Islamic Republic of Iran..."

What makes Iran so powerful is her Russian backing, a fact about which we have been very vocal in the past. The Bush Administration has been threatening to attack and/or invade Iran for the past two full years! Once you understand how very superior the Russian scalar weaponry is to anything America possesses, you will understand how Iran could feel so secure being so adamantly opposed to American policies and being so publicly voracious in expressing that opposition. A good analogy would be why a 90-pound weakling could be so "in your face" to a mighty body-builder -- the weakling has an even more mighty body-builder standing right behind him!

The Islamic Republic of Iran is "mighty" only because she knows she is backed by the even more powerful Russia -- armed with scalar weaponry. Read our following articles: (NEWS1802; NEWS1776; NEWS1776b; NEWS1813)

Now, let us return to our featured article, for the next quote reveals the bottom-line conclusion drawn by Iran's leadership.

"Jazayeri said the hurricane havoc showed that 'contrary to public perception, the strength of America’s leadership is like a balloon, which can easily burst ... Precise information from inside America shows a lack of coordination among military, security, and political agencies in that country and brings to light the fact that others can cause many times the amount of damage compared to the blows they may receive'."

How can Iran hope to deliver "many times the amount of damage compared to the blows they may receive"? The only answer is that they know Russia is prepared to intervene with scalar weaponry -- a technology so vast compared to anything America has that the informed person can only shudder. Listen to Col. Byron Weeks and LTC Beardon compare America's military capability to that of the Russians.

Col. Weeks -- "So-called Imperial America very probably does not have the means to back up it´s various attempts to control the world. We are weaker now than we have ever been. Bush´s bravado is empty, and even if we do have the Tesla howitzer, so do Russia and China, and Russia has had scalar EM weapons longer--long enough to have tried and tested various forms of them many times. But although we evidently do have some HAARP powered weapons, physicist LTC Thomas Beardon says we don´t have much, if any, and our scalar weaponry is not yet ready to deploy effectively ...."

LTC Beardon tells us exactly why America is so vulnerable to Russian and Chinese scalar technology.

"We have ground-based radars, endoatmospheric interceptors, exoatmospheric interceptors, airborne sensors, space-based sensors, chemically propelled interceptors, electromagnetic railguns, particle beam weapons, high energy lasers, all tied together by a massive command and control systems ... Massive systems. Electromagnetic marvels. Nuclear-pumped lasers of staggering power. Perhaps even x-ray and gamma ray lasers. Directed energy RF weapons. Stupendous railguns. Sensors everywhere. Giant webs of communications. Banks of computers and control systems.

"And it's totally vulnerable to scalar EM interferometer weapons. Giant scalar EM 'radars' can simply sweep through all that like a scythe through standing hay." ["Fer De Lance", Ibid. , p. 331]

Scalar weaponry can "sweep through" any combination of our weapons like "a scythe through standing hay."

Now you know the REAL reason Bush has never actually attacked Iran, despite his two full years of verbal threats. Is it any wonder that Iran no longer respects our military power?

Then, Iranian leadership delivers the threat.

" 'If the U.S. attacks Iran, each of America’s states will face a crisis the size of Katrina', he said, referring to the massive hurricane which hit the southern coast of the United States. “The smallest mistake by America in this regard will result in every single state in that country turning into a disaster zone”.

The Iranians believe that they can reduce America to a level of impotence by attacking some target in every single American state. Ours is such a wide-open country that it is possible that a foreign power could launch some sort of meaningful attack in every one of our 50 states, particularly if that enemy has access to scalar technology. If American states receive deadly earthquakes, or tornados, or hurricanes, or flooding, or drought, how can the American government accuse a country like Iran with launching those attacks? Why, such devastating weather is just "an act of God"!

But, Russia and China both have scalar weaponry and both can launch those kinds of attacks against any location within the United States -- and President Bush knows it.

CONCLUSION

We have been watching Iran "kick sand into the eyes" of the American superpower for over two years now, and have rightly concluded that the only reason she could feel safe in doing so is because she is being actively supported and defended by Russia. In past newsletters, we have noted that Russia has flown into Iran the mobile radar batteries which control the anti-aircraft and anti-missile-missiles by which Russia currently protects her own cities. We have noted that Russian military technicians are serving on the ground at the very Iranian facilities which we would attack, thereby widening the conflict immediately to Russia vs America. We have noted that the Russians have provided the Iranians with the supersonic "Sunburn" missile and the radar to control them, thereby giving Iran the capability of shutting the Strait of Hormuz down for a very long time.

We have noted the firm guarantees which the Russians have granted Iran, firmly stating that she would not allow Iran to be attacked.

And, finally, we have noted that America's vaunted military is not what it is cracked up to be: Read "16 U.S. NAVAL SHIPS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PERSIAN GULF! INCLUDES ONE AIRCRAFT CARRIER DESTROYED -- Recent War Games Disaster" (NEWS2026).

For all these reasons, plus Iran's perception that our response to Hurricane Katrina proves that American leaders are just as incapable as they have proven to be in Iraq and Afghanistan, Americans should be very worried. Our bitter enemies, which President Bush has already threatened with "Regime Change", now believe they can prevail against us, and that belief could trigger a much wider war and bring much heartache at home.

The End of the Age "wars and rumors of wars" seems to be getting close to a real explosion.
