"Charges of crimes against humanity filed against Cuban President Fidel Castro are proceeding 'quite well', despite a lack of support from the Bush administration and self-proclaimed human-rights groups, according to Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman. Judicial Watch is a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. 'Castro takes this seriously,' Klayman told WorldNetDaily, revealing that the Cuban dictator has hired a 'high-priced defense attorney' to represent him against the charges. Castro has obtained the services of Jan Fermon, a 'top notch … left-leaning defense attorney,' according to Chris Farrell, the legal group's director of investigations.
"Klayman says the Bush administration's lack of action against Castro and his communist government induced Judicial Watch to file charges in Belgium. According to that nation's laws, individuals committing human-rights violations anywhere in the world can be held accountable in Belgium. Belgium's legal structure was used to bring charges against Augusto Pinochet, the former Chilean dictator. Judicial Watch's accusations against Castro and his government include murder, political imprisonment and rape, according to Klayman and a Judicial Watch press release."
While Judicial Watch has always maintained a profile of defending the U.S. Constitution against government intrusion, it has really stepped over the line. By trying to get the World Court in Brussels, Belgium, to place Castro on trial for murder, political repression and rape, Judicial Watch is casting a very strong mantle of respectability upon the World Court!
The fact is, the World Court poses a most powerful threat to American sovereignty and American laws! These unelected, and un-American, judges can theoretically overturn any American law, Federal, State, or Local. Given the anti-Christian bias of the World Court, any American law based upon Judeo-Christian values could be overturned! It would matter not one bit that Americans have lobbied their representatives on a particular issue to pass a certain law, for the World Court could step in and overturn that law in a moment of time!
National Sovereignty is the only true type of government which will act to protect the lives and welfare of its particular citizens! The Jews learned this fact the hard way during World War II, as we detail below. Americans -- indeed, citizens of all nations -- are about to learn this lesson the hard way again.
Remember these facts about individual governments versus a global government.
Therefore, when Judicial Watch goes to the World Court to try to put Castron on trial, it is advocating the godless viewpoint.
Until World War II, people seemed to understand that their best protection against hostile neighbors was a solid sovereign nation that looked out carefully and vigilantly for their best interests. Jews learned this lesson the hard way, following the Nazi Holocaust. They realized that the best defense against aggression against the Jews was to have their own sovereign nation, backed by the most powerful military they could muster. This realization gave great impetus to the national rebirth of Israel in 1948, and has served to keep the Jews energetic in their defense of national sovereignty.
Americans have traditionally been strong advocates of a powerful, sovereign nation. Led by our first President, George Washington, our Founding Fathers built the kind of nation that would protect the freedoms of individual citizens while simultaneously possessing the strength necessary to defend us against foreign enemies. Indeed, all Globalist American leaders have chafed at the strength and durability of the American sovereign ideal.
Utilizing the precepts of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, our Globalist leaders have steadily conditioned the American electorate to the concept that we need the United Nations to possess power over every nation on earth, including the United States. Let us quickly review the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan to see how it is being used in this battle to end American sovereignty, with the blessing of the people. Remember, this Plan is used to change deeply held values without the people being aware that their values and/or attitudes have changed. This kind of change is subtle, over a long period of time, and works invisibly.
SIX STEP ATTITUDINAL CHANGE PLAN
Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.
Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.
Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT
of the debate.
Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.
Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.
Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.
The first step in understanding how this Plan is being used to condition us to accept United Nations sovereignty, you need to understand that this very concept is a shocking, offensive concept! For two centuries, Americans have been ingrained with the very concept of national sovereignty. We have accepted national sovereignty as readily as we accept the air we breathe. Therefore, many Americans are heartily offended whenever this subject is brought up directly.
However, we are less shocked by an indirect approach on the part of our national leaders. Secretary of State Albright certainly qualifies as a RESPECTED expert, and her high office is highly respected by most Americans. When President Bush declared, repeatedly, that he could not act on his own, but that he could only act as the United Nations had ordered, Bush was subtly changing the minds of many Americans. Bush was certainly a RESPECTED expert, and his office was respected by almost all Americans. When President Clinton has repeatedly gone to the United Nations for "advice and consent", he was furthering the precept of surrendering national sovereignty to the United Nations. When President Bush based his global war on terror upon United Nations resolutions [Read NEWS1551 for full details], he is ensuring that this deliberate surrender to United Nations extends now to the past three presidential administrations.
Very soon, probably after another major contrived crisis, the American people will be fully ready to accept the full power and authority of the United Nations government, especially if the supreme leader of this global government is the fully "enlightened" superman, Antichrist. After all, look how much "progress" to the dictatorial global government has been accomplished because of the 9/11 attacks.
This movement toward globalization in Government , Economy, and Religion is a very, very strong sign that the End of the Age draweth nigh.
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones?
