Critical News Analysis -- End of the Age

1. The Florida Sheriff investigating the Parkland School has just announced his "breakthrough" discovery:

The only way in which to secure a school from a deadly shooter is to "arm the teachers"!

NEWS BRIEF: "Sheriff Investigating Parkland Shooting: Teachers Must Be Armed to Stop Attacks ", Breitbart News, 21 Nov 2018

"Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri is leading an investigation into the February 14, 2018, Parkland high school shooting and insists teachers must be armed to stop attacks."

Wow! Imagine this conclusion by a professional law enforcement officer; school shootings cannot be prevented by depending upon SWAT police teams getting to the school in time to prevent the shooter from wounding and/or killing a lot of people.

"This is a change in his position as he long contended that only law enforcement should be armed in schools."

This position is the mantra of the Gun Seizure crowd and was the major promise that Hitler and Stalin made to their people that persuaded most of the citizenry to surrender their guns. Genocide began very quickly after the guns were surrendered.

But, this historical truth is not what moved this Sheriff to change his position. He realized that a public shooter fires so quickly that a police force which is 3-5 minutes away will not prevent a tragedy; only people at the school with guns can prevent or limit the death toll.

"He notes that the gunman who killed 17 on February 14 was able to stop shooting and reload five times during his attack. The times he stopped provided a window of time for an armed teacher to take him out, but teachers were not allowed to carry guns. Gualtieri says that scenario 'gnaws' at him. He noted, 'People need to keep an open mind to it as the reality is that if someone else in that school had a gun it could have saved kids' lives'."

How bad was it at the school?

"Defenseless teachers were simply gunned down with their students in Parkland. And the Florida Education Association (FEA), a teachers union, wants to maintain the status quo by keeping teachers unarmed. FEA spokeswoman Joni Branch said, 'Teachers should not be acting as armed security guards. The majority of our members don't want to be armed – they know it would be impractical and dangerous'."

This view is the Conventional Wisdom by people who want to seize guns, but the evidence simply does NOT support this concept.

"Branch did not explain why teachers would be dangerous with guns as there are no instances of an armed teacher harming a student (or students) in any of the states where armed teachers are allowed."

When a professional law office like this Sheriff stands up to say that teachers must be armed, the public narrative must change, and become much more sane!

2. Liberal / Leftist New York assembly person is introducing a gun control bill that is designed to make it much more difficult to obtain a license!

Anyone wanting to apply for a gun license must be willing to open up their Social Media account for investigation.

"A proposed new bill for a change in New York law would require gun owners in the state to open up their social media accounts and online search history to authorities when applying for, or renewing, their handgun license . Should the legislation pass, New Yorkers could potentially be required by law to submit to a state review of their social media histories and internet searches."

This approach to gun control is very clever. People wanting to get a gun will be very reluctant to allow authorities to peer into their Internet Searches and social media postings.

Bills like this one chip away at the Second Amendment guarantee of citizens owning weapons.

Already, "Red Flag" laws allow states to brazenly seize weapons from any citizen against whom someone -- anyone -- registers a concern to law enforcement that they "fear" what might result from this individual.

And, just like that, police are authorized to show up and seize the guns of a perfectly innocent citizen thus taking away his ability to protect himself in an country which is becoming more and more dangerous every single day.

One expert summed up this bill succinctly:

"It's an invasion of privacy. Some would see it as a Fourth Amendment violation, and a violation of the First Amendment, freedom of speech."

But, this bill is a clear violation of our Second Amendment rights!

 

3. Senate Republicans are pressuring GOP Senate leaders to schedule a vote on USMCA (United States/Mexico/Canada Agreement) before the end of the year.

"The clock is ticking for Republicans to pass President Trump's trade deal with Canada and Mexico before Democrats officially take control of the House of Representatives. In a letter Tuesday a dozen Republican senators requested the White House send Congress the final text of the United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement to start the process for a vote. The group, which includes Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Utah Senator Mike Lee, explained it will be much harder to pass the bill as is with Democrats in power in the lower chamber next year."

"The White House has until November 30 to submit the draft in order for the legislation to be considered by the current Congress."

From the beginning of President Trump's inauguration on January 20, 2017, we voiced our conviction that Trump's major goal was to become so popular with Conservative voters that he could convince enough of them to support the creation of the North American Union -- USMCA -- even though such a political union would surrender the national sovereignty of each of the participants.

4. As planned, a "Free Kurdistan" country is being carved out in the Middle East, just as the new region was envisioned by during the time of President George W. Bush!

"ERBIL, Kurdistan Region — As the Kurdistan Region tries to balance US sanctions against its No. 2 trade partner Iran and navigate new governments in Baghdad and Erbil, a US trade delegation is visiting in an appeal to grow existing connections. The United States Kurdistan Business Council spoke at a reception in Erbil on Monday."

Once completed, most nations in the Middle East will be dramatically changed!

Obviously, for the Kurds to receive this new country -- Free Kurdistan -- both Turkey and Iran are going to have to relinquish significant territory! Turkey will be forced to give up some land on her Eastern border with Iraq, while Iran will have to forfeit some of her land on her Western border with Iraq. In this past year, since this map was made public, Turkey's pro-American, pro-Western military has undergone a great transformation. These generals have been pro-American since World War II.

And, yet, in the past year, Turkish and Iranian leaders have been communicating regularly and have even gotten together on occasion. Events in northern Iraq have demonstrated that these leaders have evidently been drawing up a joint plan by which they are going to prevent the Kurds from gaining their own country.

Saudi Arabia's brutal dictatorship must be overthrown according to the Pentagon's New Map Strategy. * She gives up land to the south so Yemen can be expanded. Now, can you see why Saudi Arabia is fighting against Yemen?

The incredible fact is that, if this map is implemented, Saudi Arabia will be stripped of almost all her access to the ocean -- both on the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf! This reality must mean that some other nation is going to control Saudi Arabia's oil export terminals! How can the Saudis tolerate this violation of her sovereignty.

Another reason for war.

* Most shockingly, Saudi Arabia is going to be stripped of all management and control over the Islamic Sacred Sites! I cannot imagine any Saudi leader voluntarily giving up control of the Islamic sacred sites! Perhaps this map is the reason Saudi leaders recently received Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for the first time in modern history! Perhaps this map is the reason Saudi leaders are fighting the most serious outbreak of rebellion in any country other than in Iraq.

Perhaps this map is the reason moderate Arab countries throughout the entire Middle East are shaking and shuddering in their boots as they face the most powerful rebellion within their countries they have ever faced! Do not be surprised if this war sweeps aside all pro-American, moderate Arab regimes throughout the region. The implications of this map have given radical Islamic militants tremendous power within all moderate pro-West Arab countries, a power threatening America's allies in the entire Middle East.
