He called
this failed system "seductive", able
to lure people within its nets.

Donald Trump told Breitbart News on Monday that
he feels 'very strongly' that the United States
will never succumb to socialism. 'I feel it
very strongly', Trump replied ... Trump continued
by explaining that many Democrats are campaigning
on socialism, however, because it is 'easy'
to campaign on but difficult 'to govern on'."
I believe the
President has understated his case here: Socialism
is easy to proclaim during a campaign, but it
is impossible to actually carry out because
the government always runs out of money they
can legally steal -- taxation -- and much earlier
than they anticipated.
Former British
Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher once correctly
observed: "Socialism works until you run
out of the other people's money"!
And, the old adage
commonly attributed to a French politician around
1803 is also correct: When asked if he thought
the new American experiment in a Representative
Republic would work, he stated, "Yes, it
will work, until citizens realize they can vote
themselves money out of the National Treasury"!
This next article
indicates that Leftist politicians are already
running out of their most precious commodity
during a campaign, free stuff ideas to give
away!

York City is a Liberal paradigm
of Socialism: Massive government programs, high
taxes that "soak the rich", and FREE
stuff for so many.

This condition
is very typical of any Socialist economy, and
a number of cities in California are facing
this same problem.
But, the
government is going broke and officials have
their hands in the cookie jar!

How much money
has Bill de Blasio and Chirlane McCray pulled
out of that New York City "cookie jar"?
"McCray is
the proprietress of ThriveNYC, a mental-health-related
something-or-other created four-plus years ago
to give a little heft to the conceit that Bill
and Chirlane were elected as co-mayors —
which is nonsense on stilts ... So, ipso presto,
co-Mayor Bill coughed up enough cash to break
a pack mule's back and sent it off to
co-Mayor Chirlane — who then went forth
to cure Gotham's mental-illness problems."
"Fast-forward
to Wednesday, when the City Council was startled
to discover that McCray and Team Thrive are
closing in on having spent an eye-popping $900
million since the program's inception
— and nobody seems to have a clue on what."
But, 'Hiz Honor',
Bill, is presiding over the theft out of another
cookie jar!
"Right up
there with co-Mayor Bill, who started the week
on his own sour note — announcing that
his signature Renewal school program was closing
up shop after pounding $773 million down a rathole
... he also had no credible explanation for
the debacle, nor did he apologize for it."

the co-mayors could fly under the radar to burn
through $1.6 billion to no obvious good effect
is an embarrassment ..."
Then, the Governor
in Albany climbed on the Socialist bandwagon.
The Governor
whined, "Tax the rich, tax the rich, tax
the rich," Cuomo announced ... "We did.
Now, God forbid, the rich leave"

state auditors are looking to stick wealthy
residents fleeing the state's high taxes
with a hefty bill to make up for a $2.3 billion
budget deficit ... Now, the New York Democrat
is looking for payback from these high-roller
residents looking to find refuge in low states
by sending auditors to collect money from these
nonresidents."
"If you're
a high earner in New York and you move to Florida,
your chances of a residency audit are 100 percent',
Barry Horowitz, a partner at the WithumSmith+Brown
accounting firm, told CNBC."
Then, to add fuel
to this fire, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC)'s
mother fled New York City to escape high taxes.
"Even Rep.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's (D-NY) mother, Blanca,
boasted about fleeing New York to live in Florida
to take advantage of the state's lower taxes.
'I was paying $10,000 a year in real estate
taxes up north', Blanca Ocasio-Cortez told the
Daily Mail on Monday. 'I'm paying $600 a year
in Florida. It's stress-free down here'."
Once you implement
Socialism, and once you start running out of
other people's money, you then reach out to
snatch the money you need from the bank accounts
of people whose only crime is to have worked
hard to earn an amount large enough to be seized
by that intrusive Socialist government.
You see, if a
private individual stole money from another
person's bank account, that is felony theft
and can be prosecuted with the threat of decades
in prison. But, if government officials write
a law which takes even more money from taxpayer's
bank accounts, that is legal, and that is Socialism!
This inevitable
stealing of taxpayer's money through official
government laws is never really talked about
during an election, at least not effectively
penetrating the voter's mind with this very
real and inescapable, tax increase.
"Remember
in November" is the rallying cry for the
discerning citizen. Before you pull that lever
to vote for anyone, be sure that you know the
issues upon which you are voting! Never before
has it been so important that discerning citizens
turn out in 100% numbers to vote, for our Republic
has never been so close to the edge of the Abyss!
3. Venezuela
is a Liberal Utopia of Socialism: Massive government
programs, high taxes that "soak the rich",
and FREE stuff for so many.

on to describe a devastating scene — an
electrical blackout affecting the entire nation
that has now lasted nearly three full days.
And he noted that, in a nation where food is
already in short supply, the inability to safely
store food puts thousands more at imminent risk
for starvation."
Medical
Threat
"To make
matters worse, Rubio noted that some hospitals
that had been able to keep the power on with
generators would soon be unable to do so because
fuel is quickly running out ... According to
reports, Rubio said that hospitals had reported
17 deaths 'due to lack of electricity', and
he warned that 'the true number is higher'."
"Rubio concluded
with a call for aid, saying that if it didn't
come, 'I fear we are headed for an unprecedented
catastrophe'."
While I believe
that Senator Rubio is probably correct in his
assessment of the deteriorating situation on
the ground in Venezuela, I am also very aware
of the year-long effort carried out by various
Bush Administration officials in 2002 to convince
the world that Saddam Hussein was such a dual
threat, to his own people and to his neighbors
with his WMD weapons, that America simply had
to intervene.
If you look back
to our Daily News Update pages for the year
January 2002 to March 2003, you will see
the headlines of the "humanitarian disaster"
within Iraq that simply demanded our military
intervention. the fact that these "catastrophe"
claims were later proven to be false was almost
obscured by the dirt and mire of an all-out
war against Iraq by American-led Coalition Forces.
I certainly hope
that these warnings of "unprecedented humanitarian
catastrophe" are not forming a pretext
for our military intervention! That tactic worked
well in justifying a planned intervention in
the Eastern sphere of the "Non-Integrating
Gap" (Iraq) that it just might be used
again to justify our intervention in the Western
sphere of the "Non-Integrating Gap"
(Venezuela)!
But, the
government is going broke and officials have
their hands in the cookie jar!
NEWS BRIEF: "Venezuela
is blaming a crippling 5-day blackout on US
cyber warfare — but experts say it's
probably the country's neglected power network",
"Juan Guaidó,
the self-declared interim president trying to
unseat Maduro, accused the government of corruption
and squandering investments for the electricity
system. '[The state] stole the money for power
generation. No one believes its lies: whether
it's iguanas or 'cyber attacks,'" he tweeted.
'Iguanas' was a reference to a previous incident,
where the Maudro government blamed iguanas for
a blackout."
Not only is Socialism
so inefficient that it cannot last for long,
it is impossible to sustain because the officials
running the system are always corrupt, i.e.,
state leaders dip their hands into treasury
coffers, and who is there to stop them, since
Socialism grants government unquestioned power
over every aspect of the economy.
4. Conservative
counties in the West are declaring that their
sheriffs are NOT going to enforce gun confiscation
laws.

declared sanctuary cities and refused to follow
the law on illegal immigration; it is perhaps
not surprising that conservatives are now declaring
their own sanctuaries – to defy gun control."
Some counties
are even voting themselves as "Gun Sanctuaries"!
"Colorado
counties Custer and Freemont have decided to
become "Second Amendment Sanctuaries,"
Breitbart reports. They are joining nine other
Colorado counties that have already vowed to
protect gun-owning residents, including Teller
County. Norm Steen, chairman of the county,
stated that the decision "defends the
right of Teller County law enforcement to abide
by the authority given to them by the U.S. Constitution."
"Colorado
isn't the only state seeking to defend
its second amendment rights. In New Mexico,
29 of the state's 33 sheriffs signed a
statement pledging they would not enforce any
new gun laws passed by the federal government.
In Illinois, 26 of the state's 102 counties
have adopted "gun sanctuary" measures
that allow local law enforcement to disregard
new federal laws restricting firearm ownership.
But, the
same Leftists who argued strenuously for "Sanctuaries"
for illegal immigrants are now trying to deny
the same designation to protect Second Amendment
gun rights.

comes as counties in Colorado, Illinois, and
New Mexico reject state-level Democrats'
push to place more and more gun control on the
back of law-abiding citizens ... In Illinois,
Rep. Howard wants to create law prohibiting
such anti-gun control declarations.
"Her bill
is HB 3553, the synopsis of which says: [This
bill] amends the Counties Code and the Illinois
Municipal Code. Provides that a county or municipality
may not pass an ordinance or resolution restricting
enforcement of any State law or regulation concerning
the ownership or use of firearms unless permitted
to do so under the express provisions of the
law or regulation."
As my Daddy used
to say "What is good for the goose is good
for the gander"!
If Leftists can
flaunt the law by creating "Sanctuaries"
to protect criminals who would otherwise be
cast into jail, then concerned Conservatives
can create "Sanctuaries" to protect
our Second Amendment Constitutional Rights to
own guns.
